The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

The LORD begins today in Proverbs 15:3, a chapter that continues with telling of what He sees as good and evil. The wicked believe the LORD doesn’t see their evil, and therefore they don’t heed the instruction coming from the tree of life, nor are they corrected. As we know, evil and good qualities appear in advice (teaching) and where it leads.

Evil (in the likeness of the devil) uses deception and ignorance to justify, manipulate, and force people to do its will, even when it destroys the person. Evil only cares about its underlying agenda. In our time, it (evil) is in the Communists, the Democrat Party, its globalists, cultural, agenda allies, and is broadcast through all media: news, entertainment, sports, and social.

Good (in the likeness of God) has no self-centered agenda. It is only motivated by a will to teach, enlighten, broaden the mind, and unlock God-given (providential) potential. This is man’s evolution, achievement through critical analysis resulting in a correct course forward, overcoming whatever confronts us. It’s the course we’ve been on throughout history, a right path now stifled by the Communists, tyrants seeking to return us to a more primitive state.

Most are familiar with the quote attributed to Edmund Burke, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” In researching it, I found (at openculture.com) what is said to be a longer form of the same sentiment, again from Edmund Burke, his book, Thoughts on the Cause of the Present Discontents.

“Whilst men are linked together, they easily and speedily communicate the alarm of any evil design. They are enabled to fathom it with common counsel, and to oppose it with united strength. Whereas, when they lie dispersed, without concert, order, or discipline, communication is uncertain, counsel difficult, and resistance impracticable. Where men are not acquainted with each other’s principles, nor experienced in each other’s talents, nor at all practised in their mutual habitudes and dispositions by joint efforts in business; no personal confidence, no friendship, no common interest, subsisting among them; it is evidently impossible that they can act a public part with uniformity, perseverance, or efficacy. In a connection, the most inconsiderable man, by adding to the weight of the whole, has his value, and his use; out of it, the greatest talents are wholly unserviceable to the public. No man, who is not inflamed by vain-glory into enthusiasm, can flatter himself that his single, unsupported, desultory, unsystematic endeavours, are of power to defeat the subtle designs and united cabals of ambitious citizens. Friends, again, I, the son of man, tell you of the mission on which my Father and LORD has sent me. It is to unite His church, all His people, under one head. I am that head, Christ in me awakening, resurrecting His people into one body, His hosts, His army, to take this word into His new creation, the age of righteousness and light. I know most don’t think this is the time – as meant to be when that house is broken up into many feckless parts.

39 And this know, that if the goodman [those in charge of the house] of the house had known what hour the thief [the thorns] would come, he would have watched [referring to their neglect], and not have suffered his house to be broken through.

Proverbs 15

33 The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom; and before honor is humility.

The phrase “the eyes of the LORD” in the title verse is intended to lead us to its appearing in Zechariah 4:10. The passage speaks of Zerubbabel, his name meaning he is born by coming out of confusion (out of darkness into the light). He is said to be the one who laid the FOUNDATION of the house, and therefore, will be the one whose HANDS FINISH it. The specific verse describes this building as the seven in His hand, meaning when the church is united, and are “the eyes of the LORD,” meaning we see just as He sees (eye to eye).

Zechariah 4
9 The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and you shall know that the LORD of hosts has sent me unto you.
10 For who has despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet [the proper assessment of the problem] in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth [gathering information to rightly judge].

Zechariah 4
1 And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep.

Ezekiel 44
1 Then he brought me back the way of the gate of the outward sanctuary which looks toward the east; and it was shut.
2 Then said the LORD unto me; This gate shall be shut, it shall not be opened, and no man shall enter in by it; because the LORD, the God of Israel, has entered in by it, therefore it shall be shut.

7 In that you have brought into my sanctuary strangers, uncircumcised in heart, and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, to pollute it, even my house, when you offer my bread, the fat and the blood, and they have broken my covenant because of all your abominations.
8 And you have not kept the charge of mine holy things: but you have set keepers of my charge in my sanctuary for yourselves.

Psalms 118

Isaiah 49

Proverbs 22

Psalms 11

21 Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.
