In the previous post, we saw the above as the first of three appearances of the Hebrew word rea’, here rendered “shouted.” In the first of the other appearances, it’s (in Job 36:33) the noise from the LORD’s tabernacle (first darkness and later His people), as the waters and light are held and then sent from the cloud. In the other (Micah 4:9), it’s the LORD asking why the people cry out “aloud.” It comes after He tells of (now) when the kingdom has come, the first dominion (ri’shown memshalah), saying if this has come, “is there no king in you? is your counselor perished? for pangs have taken you as a woman in travail.”

In the following verse in Micah, the LORD describes what is occurring, saying, “Be in pain, and labour to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail: for now shall you go forth out of the city, and you shall dwell in the field, and you shall go even to Babylon; there shall you be delivered; there the LORD shall redeem you from the hand of your enemies.”

As we’ve seen in other posts, this deliverance from confusion (Babylon) is what Zachariah (chapter 4) describes when using the name Zerubbabel, meaning he is brought to life by coming out of Babylon (which results from hearing the LORD’s voice and receiving understanding). In Zechariah 3, is described the prerequisite occurrence of the priesthood (represented by the Highest priest, Joshua – Jesus), cleansing the body, and putting on garments of the clean (pure). The passage then says these two are one king crowned.

Until the church, its many feckless parts, unite in the hand of the one king, the confusion and misery will continue. I am that one person, not of my own calling, but of the Father’s choosing. I don’t care what anyone thinks about this: His declaration and choice. I have a mission, for which He has anointed me: “a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished!”

Luke 12
49 I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?
50 But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished!
51 Suppose you that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:
52 For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.
53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
54 And he said also to the people, When you see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway you say, There comes a shower; and so it is.
55 And when you see the south wind blow, you say, There will be heat; and it comes to pass.
56 You hypocrites, you can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that you do not discern this time?
57 Yea, and why even of yourselves judge you not what is right?

The above is right dividing (delineating – drawing the line between) the church and confusion (Babylon).

Luke 13
6 He spoke also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.
7 Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbers it the ground?
8 And he answering said unto him, LORD, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:
9 And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that you shall cut it down.

The above is the LORD speaking of the confused and corrupt (leavened) church, His people, as the fig tree in His vineyard that has become fruitless. Remember, when the LORD describes His people in this generation as Ephraim, He is saying they are those who’ve become fruitful by this second blessing, which we know is described in Genesis 49:22 thru 26. This blessing is the “digging:” breaking up the fallow ground, and the “dunging.”

Genesis 49
22 Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well [a tree of life by these waters of God]; whose branches run over the wall [the wall of lies men have created and teach]:
23 The archers [ba’al – the gods of this world whose teaching has blinded all form seeing the Father, in the son, the seed of the women who brings forth the man child – see Revelation 12:5 below] have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him:
24 But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob; (from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:)
25 Even by the God of your father, who shall help [‘azar] you; and by the Almighty, who shall bless you with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lies under [the deep meaning that lies below the surface], blessings of the breasts, and of the womb [seed, the son]:
26 The blessings of your father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors [all those who have come before us, and were only blessed with part of what is perfected in our return to the LORD] unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren.

Ezekiel 21
27 I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he comes whose right it is; and I will give it him.

These passages speak of the troubles as birth pains, meaning there is a son and king in you, and you must bring him forth.

Revelation 12
5 And she [God’s body – His church] brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up [harpazo – pulled from the fires of hell] unto God, and to his throne.

The two identical words niyr appear six time, twice together (niyr niyr, in Jeremiah 4:3 & Hosea 10:12), rendered “break up your fallow ground.” The other appearances are Proverbs 13:23 & 21:4.

Proverbs 13
9 The light [understanding] of the righteous rejoices: but the lamp of the wicked shall be put out.
10 Only by pride [zadown] comes contention: but with the well advised is wisdom.
11 Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathers by labor shall increase.
12 Hope deferred makes the heart sick: but when the desire comes, it is a tree of life.
13 Whoso despises the word shall be destroyed: but he that fears the commandment shall be rewarded.
14 The law of the wise is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.
15 Good understanding gives favor: but the way of transgressors is hard.
16 Every prudent man deals with knowledge: but a fool lays open his folly.
17 A wicked messenger falls into mischief: but a faithful ambassador is health.
18 Poverty and shame shall be to him that refuses instruction: but he that regards reproof shall be honored.

Jeremiah 4
1 If you will return [shuwb], O Israel, says the LORD, return [shuwb] unto me: and if you will put away your abominations out of my sight, then shall you not remove.
2 And you shall swear, The LORD lives, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness; and the nations shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory.
3 For thus says the LORD to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, Break up [niyr] your fallow ground [niyr], and sow not among thorns [the leaders that have grown from neglecting the fig tree and the vineyard].
4 Circumcise yourselves to the LORD, and take away the foreskins of your heart [your mind governed by the flesh], you men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: lest my fury come forth like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.

15 For a voice [qowl] declares from Dan [judgment], and publishes affliction from mount Ephraim [the head, Joseph, of God’s people in this generation].

Revelation 12
6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is [the misleaders – communists, Democrats, and their false prophets] come down unto you, having great wrath [as it is this day], because he knows that he has but a short time [to destroy the God’s nation and His better-civilized culture].
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil [misleaders], and Satan [who resist and oppose the word and work of God], which deceives the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the [this] testimony of Jesus Christ.

The “noise” in the title verse (Exodus 32:17) is the Hebrew word qowl, meaning voice, which in the following verse is identified as God’s people singing the songs of the calf that Aaron made and put in God’s place. “And he said, It is not the voice [qowl] of them that shout for mastery, neither is it the voice [qowl] of them that cry for being overcome: but the noise [qowl] of them that sing do I hear.”

The word here rendered “sing” is ‘anah, a word meaning to be humbled before, and therefore subordinate. It’s the word rendered “humble” in Deuteronomy 8:2 & 3, which say, “And you shall remember all the way which the LORD your God led you these forty years in the wilderness, to humble [‘anah] you, and to prove you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep his commandments, or no. And he humbled [‘anah] you, and suffered you to hunger, and fed you with manna, which you knew not, neither did your fathers know; that he might make you know that man does not live by bread only, but by every word that proceed out of the mouth of the LORD does man live.”

The word “gather,” in Jeremiah 4:5, is male’, the word rendered “consecrate” in the Exodus 32:29 below.ation, of the false teachers and false prophets who taught them. The “new” song is these words, meant to be repeated as received from the mouth of God.

It (‘anah) is from an identical word, which in its meaning gives us the instruction, the commandment of God to follow, “properly, to eye or (generally) to heed, i.e. pay attention; by implication, to respond; by extens. to begin to speak; specifically to sing, shout, testify, announce.”

Exodus 32
18 And he said, It is not the voice [qowl] of them that shout [‘anah] for mastery, neither is it the voice [qowl] of them that cry [‘anah] for being overcome: but the noise [qowl – the voice] of them that sing [‘anah – that humble themselves to idols put in God’s place] do I hear.”

11 Beware that you forget not the LORD your God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command you this day:

15 Who led you through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought you forth water out of the rock of flint;
16 Who fed you in the wilderness with manna, which your fathers knew not, that he might humble [‘anah] you, and that he might prove you, to do you good at your latter end;
17 And you say in your heart, My power and the might of mine hand has gotten me this wealth.

26 Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, Who is on the LORD’s side? let him come unto me. And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together [‘acaph – they left the idols behind] unto him.
27 And he said unto them, Thus says the LORD God of Israel, Put every man his sword [this word of God] by his side, and go in and out from gate to gate throughout the camp, and slay every man his brother, and every man his companion, and every man his neighbor [letting them know they are dead in this trespass of worshipping a calf put in God’s place and called God].
28 And the children of Levi did according to the word of Moses: and there fell of the people that day about three thousand men.
29 For Moses had said, Consecrate [male’ – fill yourselves with the LORD – His word from His mouth] yourselves today to the LORD, even every man upon his son, and upon his brother; that he may bestow upon you a blessing this day.

Deuteronomy 1
29 Then I said unto you, Dread not, neither be afraid of them.
30 The LORD your God which goes before you, he shall fight for you, according to all that he did for you in Egypt before your eyes;
31 And in the wilderness, where you have seen how that the LORD your God bare you, as a man does bear his son, in all the way that you went, until you came into this place.
32 Yet in this thing you did not believe the LORD your God,
33 Who went in the way before you, to search you out a place to pitch your tents in, in fire by night, to show you by what way you should go, and in a cloud by day.
34 And the LORD heard the voice of your [idol’s] words, and was wroth, and swore, saying,
35 Surely there shall not one of these men of this evil generation see that good land, which I swore to give unto your fathers.
36 Save Caleb [who as a dog, attacked as commanded] the son of Jephunneh [who has prepared himself – to meet the LORD and enter His kingdom]; he shall see it, and to him will I give the land that he has trodden upon, and to his children, because he has wholly [male’ – filled himself with the LORD’s word, the bread of heaven] followed the LORD.

The “defensed” cities are from the Hebrew word, mibtsar, meaning “a fortification, castle, or fortified city; figuratively, a defender.” In Jeremiah 5:17 it’s used to tell of the desolation of these places of defense, because the misleader refused to receive correction (verse 3) and wouldn’t return (shuwb). The LORD then says, in verse 12, these men have belied Him, and said, “It is not He; neither shall evil come upon us; neither shall we see sword or famine.” As we know, the sword is this word of God to those who reject it, and the famine is them without His word (because they refuse it). This understanding is seen in the following verse (13) saying, “And the prophet shall become wind [an evil misleading spirits], and the word [of God] is not in them: thus shall it [the evil, sword, and famine] be done unto them.”

Jeremiah 5
1 Run you to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if you can find a man, if there be any that executes judgment, that seeks the truth; and I will pardon it.
2 And though they say, The LORD lives; surely they swear falsely.
3 O LORD, are not your eyes upon the truth? you have stricken them, but they have not grieved; you have consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return [shuwb].
4 Therefore I said, Surely these are poor; they are foolish: for they know not the way of the LORD, nor the judgment of their God.
5 I will get me unto the great men, and will speak unto them; for they have known the way of the LORD, and the judgment of their God: but these have altogether broken the yoke, and burst the bonds.
6 Wherefore a lion out of the forest shall slay them, and a wolf of the evenings shall spoil them, a leopard shall watch over their cities: every one that goeth out thence shall be torn in pieces: because their transgressions are many, and their backslidings are increased.
7 How shall I pardon you for this? your children have forsaken me, and sworn by them that are no gods: when I had fed them to the full, they then committed adultery, and assembled themselves by troops in the harlots’ houses.
8 They were as fed horses in the morning: every one neighed after his neighbour’s wife.
9 Shall I not visit for these things? saith the LORD: and shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?
10 Go you up upon her walls, and destroy; but make not a full end: take away her battlements; for they are not the LORD’s.
11 For the house of Israel and the house of Judah have dealt very treacherously against me, saith the LORD.
12 They have belied the LORD, and said, It is not he; neither shall evil come upon us; neither shall we see sword nor famine:
13 And the prophets shall become wind, and the word is not in them: thus shall it be done unto them.
14 Wherefore thus saith the LORD God of hosts, Because you speak this word, behold, I will make my words in your mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them.
15 Lo, I will bring a nation upon you from far, O house of Israel, says the LORD: it is a mighty nation, it is an ancient nation, a nation whose language you know not, neither understand what they say.
16 Their quiver is as an open sepulcher, they are all mighty men.
17 And they shall eat up your harvest, and your bread, which your sons and your daughters should eat: they shall eat up your flocks and your herds: they shall eat up your vines and your fig trees: they shall impoverish your fenced [mibtsar] cities, wherein you trusted, with the sword.
18 Nevertheless in those days, says the LORD, I will not make a full end with you.
19 And it shall come to pass, when you shall say, Wherefore does the LORD our God all these things unto us? then shall you answer them, Like as you have forsaken me, and served strange gods in your land, so shall you serve strangers in a land that is not your’s.
20 Declare this in the house of Jacob, and publish it in Judah, saying,
21 Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding; which have eyes, and see not; which have ears, and hear not:
22 Fear you not me? says the LORD: will you not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it?
23 But this people has a revolting and a rebellious heart; they are revolted and gone.
24 Neither say they in their heart, Let us now fear the LORD our God, that gives rain, both the former and the latter, in his season: he reserves unto us the appointed weeks of the harvest.
25 Your iniquities have turned away these things, and your sins have withheld good things from you.
26 For among my people are found wicked men: they lay wait, as he that sets snares; they set a trap, they catch men.
27 As a cage is full of birds, so are their houses full of deceit: therefore they are become great, and waxen rich.
28 They are waxen fat, they shine: yea, they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause, the cause of the fatherless, yet they prosper; and the right of the needy do they not judge.
29 Shall I not visit for these things? says the LORD: shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?
30 A wonderful and horrible thing is committed in the land;
31 The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means; and my people love to have it so: and what will you do in the end thereof?

Hosea 10
1 Israel is an empty vine, he brings forth fruit unto himself: according to the multitude of his fruit he has increased the altars; according to the goodness of his land they have made goodly images.
2 Their heart is divided; now shall they be found faulty: he shall break down their altars, he shall spoil their images.
3 For now they shall say, We have no king, because we feared not the LORD; what then should a king do to us?
4 They have spoken words, swearing falsely in making a covenant: thus judgment springs up as hemlock [poisonous words] in the furrows of the field.
5 The inhabitants of Samaria [God’s people fallen in idol worship] shall fear because of the calves of Bethaven [worthless house where they worship idols]: for the people thereof shall mourn over it, and the priests thereof that rejoiced on it, for the glory thereof, because it [God’s presence] is departed from it.
6 It [those found guilty – of leaving God] shall be also carried unto Assyria [into communism] for a present to king Jareb [who contend with God]: Ephraim shall receive shame, and Israel shall be ashamed of his own counsel [God’s people shall be disappointed when none of the idol words come true and they have not returned to the LORD].
7 As for Samaria, her king is cut off [damah] as the foam upon the water [carried away by the winds of false doctrine].
8 The high places also of Aven [worthless idolatry], the sin of Israel, shall be destroyed: the thorn and the thistle [the leaders that have grown from neglect] shall come up on their altars; and they shall say to the mountains, Cover us; and to the hills, Fall on us. [Luke 23:30 Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us. 31 For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry?]
9 O Israel, you have sinned from the days of Gibeah: there they stood: the battle in Gibeah against the children of iniquity did not overtake them. [Hosea 9: 7 The days of visitation are come, the days of recompence are come; Israel shall know it: the prophet is a fool, the spiritual man is mad, for the multitude of your iniquity, and the great hatred. 8 The watchman of Ephraim was with my God: but the prophet is a snare of a fowler in all his ways, and hatred in the house of his God. 9 They have deeply corrupted themselves, as in the days of Gibeah: therefore he will remember their iniquity, he will visit their sins.]
10 It is in my desire that I should chastise them; and the people shall be gathered [‘acaph – assembled] against them, when they shall bind themselves in their two furrows [together in one spirit].
11 And Ephraim is as a heifer that is taught, and loves to tread out the corn; but I passed over upon her fair neck: I will make Ephraim to ride; Judah shall plow, and Jacob [Ephraim and Judah bound together as one] shall break his clods.
12 Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up [niyr] your fallow ground [niyr]: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come [as I now have] and rain righteousness upon you.
13 You have plowed wickedness, you have reaped iniquity; you have eaten the fruit of lies: because you did trust in your way, in the multitude of your mighty men.
14 Therefore shall a tumult arise among your people, and all your fortresses [mibtsar – your cities of defense] shall be spoiled, as Shalman [those who worship what causes the fires] spoiled Betharbel [in the house of God’s ambush] in the day of battle: the mother was dashed in pieces upon her children.
15 So shall Bethel [the house of God – His risen children] do unto you because of your great wickedness: in a morning [when light, understanding from God, returns] shall the king of Israel utterly be cut off [damah – as the foam upon the water, carried away by the winds of his false doctrine].

Psalms 20
1 The LORD hear you in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend you;
2 Send you help from the sanctuary, and strengthen you out of Zion;
3 Remember all your offerings, and accept your burnt sacrifice; Selah.
4 Grant you according to your own heart, and fulfill all your counsel.
5 We will rejoice in your salvation [yshuw’ah – Jehovah’s Salvation personified], and in the name of our God we will set up our banners [dagal – His identity will we “flaunt, i.e. raise a flag; figuratively, to be conspicuous.”]: the LORD fulfill all your petitions [mish’alah only appears one other time – see Psalms 37:4 below].
6 Now know I that the LORD saves his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength [understanding] of his right hand.
7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name [identity] of the LORD our God.
8 They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright.
9 Save, LORD: let the king hear us when we call.

Psalms 37
1 Fret not yourself because of evildoers, neither be you envious against the workers of iniquity.
2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.
3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shall you dwell in the land, and truly you shall be fed.
4 Delight yourself also in the LORD: and he shall give you the desires [mish’alah] of your heart.
5 Commit your way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
6 And he shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your judgment as the noonday.
7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass.
8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not yourself in any wise to do evil.
9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.
10 For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, you shall diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.
11 But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
12 The wicked plots against the just, and gnashes upon him with his teeth.
13 The LORD shall laugh at him: for he sees that his day is coming.
14 The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, and to slay such as be of upright conversation.
15 Their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken.
16 A little that a righteous man has is better than the riches of many wicked.
17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the LORD upholds the righteous.
18 The LORD knows the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be forever.
19 They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.
20 But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away.
21 The wicked borrows, and pays not again: but the righteous shows mercy, and gives.
22 For such as be blessed of him shall inherit the earth; and they that be cursed of him shall be cut off.
23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delights in his way.
24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholds him with his hand.
25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.
26 He is ever merciful, and lends; and his seed is blessed.
27 Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore.
28 For the LORD loves judgment, and forsakes not his saints; they are preserved forever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.
29 The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein forever.
30 The mouth of the righteous speaks wisdom, and his tongue talks of judgment.
31 The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.
32 The wicked watch the righteous, and seeks to slay him.
33 The LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.
34 Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt you to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, you shall see it.
35 I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading himself like a green bay tree.
36 Yet he passed away, and, lo, he was not: yea, I sought him, but he could not be found.
37 Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.
38 But the transgressors shall be destroyed together: the end of the wicked shall be cut off.
39 But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble.
40 And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.
