For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall show signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.
The LORD today leads us to understand the impact of false prophets on all, except the very elect: those who’ve received this word as it is: from the mouth of God.
Deuteronomy 8
3 And he humbled you, and suffered you to hunger, and fed you with manna, which you knew not, neither did your fathers know; that he might make you know that man does not live by bread only, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the LORD does man live.
Before we look at the evidence provided, I tell you the words from the LORD’s mouth are the signs and wonder, which become the trap and the snare catching the wicked who’ve rejected it. This word is the table of the LORD. The other is the table of devils (the lying signs and wonders of misleaders).
1 Corinthians 10
20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice [those who don’t know God and worship worthless idols: the vain words of men, put in His place], they sacrifice to devils [misleaders], and not to God: and I would not that you should have fellowship with devils.
21 You cannot drink the cup of the LORD, and the cup of devils: you cannot be partakers of the LORD’s table, and of the table of devils.
22 Do we provoke the LORD to jealousy? are we stronger than he?
23 All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient [sumphero – do not bring together for our profit]: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify [oikodomeo – to build the house – build up by teaching] not.
24 Let no man seek his own, but every man another’s wealth [profiting in this way].
John 5
17 But Jesus answered them, My Father works here-to [this profiting and building into one house], and I work.
18 Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the Sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.
19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Truly, truly, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he sees the Father do: for what things so-ever he does, these also does the Son likewise.
20 For the Father loves the Son, and shows him all things that himself does: and he will show him greater works than these, that you may marvel.
21 For as the Father raises up the dead [by His word], and quickened them; even so the Son quickens [brings to life the dead flesh of] whom he will.
22 For the Father judges no man, but has committed all judgment unto the Son [the mouth from where He speaks]:
23 That all men should honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. He that honors not the Son honors not the Father which has sent him.
24 Truly, truly, I say unto you, He that hears my word, and believes on him that sent me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
25 Truly, truly, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.
26 For as the Father has life in himself; so has he given to the Son to have life in himself;
27 And has given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.
28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which has sent me.
31 If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true.
32 There is another that bears witness of me; and I know that the witness which he witnesses of me is true.
In the above words of the LORD, which He now speaks of me, He tells of the signs and wonders appearing before the eyes of the world, first to awaken His elect remnant, who by faith realize they are in the presence of Jehovah’s Salvation in the flesh (Jesus). All others (all the world in unbelief) are blinded to what has appeared, and this is the trap in which they are caught.
Romans 11
7 What then? Israel has not obtained that which he seek for; but the election [the elect remnant] has obtained it, and the rest were blinded.
8 (According as it is written, God has given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.
9 And David says, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumbling-block, and a recompense unto them:
10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back always.
11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles [to all who now worship idols men put in God’s place], for to provoke them to jealousy.
12 Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fullness [when the LORD has again filled their minds with His ways and ideas]?
13 For I speak to you Gentiles [to you who worship idols men put in God’s place], inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:
14 If by any means I may provoke to emulation [provoke a like mind in] them which are my flesh, and might save some of them [as the word effectually works in them bringing their dead flesh to life].
15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?
16 For if the first-fruit [the elect remnant] be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.
17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, wert grafted in among them, and with them partake of the root and fatness of the olive tree [which produces the fruit, from where comes the oil that supplies the light’s flame: understanding into the darkness and life from death];
18 Boast not against the branches. But if you boast, you bear not the root, but the root you.
19 You will say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in.
20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by faith. Be not high-minded, but fear:
21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spares not you.
22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in his goodness: otherwise you also shall be cut off [as enemies among His people, in unbelief resisting and opposing His work, which is only known by faith in His presence and word].
23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again.
24 For if you were cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and were grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?
25 For I would not, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel [all God’s people, except the very elect remnant], until the fullness of the Gentiles [the total desolation and repentance of those who were before worshipping corrupt ideas and men, which they created and put in God’s place] be come in.
26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. [refereing to Jeremiah 31:31 thru 34, saying, “Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was a husband unto them, says the LORD: But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, says the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts [into their mind’s foundation]; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, says the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.]
28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father’s sakes.
29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
30 For as you in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:
31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.
32 For God has concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.
33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
34 For who has known the mind of the LORD? or who has been his counselor?
35 Or who has first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?
36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory forever. Amen.
Romans 9
6 Not as though the word of God has taken none effect [on those who remain in unbelief]. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:
7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall your seed be called.
8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
9 For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sarah shall have a son.
10 And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;
11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election [of His faithful remnant] might stand, not of works, but of him that calls;)
12 It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.
13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau [the unbelieving enemies mixed among God’s faithful children] have I hated.
The title verse, Mark 13:22, is the LORD referring us to Deuteronomy 13:1 and the continuing passage.
Deuteronomy 13
1 If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and gives you a sign or a wonder [advice, words spoken to show understanding and the way, at which men wondered if they are true or false],
2 And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spoke unto you, saying, Let us go after other gods [ways and ideas that aren’t from God, but put in his place, calling them gods], which you have not known, and let us serve them [singing their praises as we sing to God, repeating the misleading songs they give us];
3 You shall not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proves you, to know whether you love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
4 You shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and you shall serve him, and cleave unto him.
Luke 11
15 But some of them said, He casts out devils [misleaders who divider and scatter] through Beelzebub the chief of the devils.
16 And others, tempting him, sought of him a sign from heaven.
17 But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falls.
18 If Satan [those in the church resisting and opposing this word of God] also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because you say that I cast out devils through Beelzebub.
19 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your sons cast them out? therefore shall they be your judges.
20 But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you.
21 When a strong man armed keeps his palace, his goods are in peace:
22 But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armor wherein he trusted, and divides his spoils.
23 He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathers not with me scatters.
In Mark 13:22 (the title verse) above, the LORD speaks of the false prophets who’ve come in His name scattering the flock and making it a house divided against itself. The verses that follow Luke 11 above, speak of after this has occurred and he has come to gather. It is when His word is sown into the world and has drawn them into the house He swept and fully furnished. He says these people are drawn into the same corrupt places: the fully leavened church teaching the same creations of men that produced the total desolation of God’s people, who now, as Nineveh, don’t know their right hand from their left. He says these are the seven (church) spirits that make a man’s latter state worse than the one he escaped: because he believes he is saved and isn’t. Away from men’s ideas and ways, to the church, the LORD, like Jonah, calls all to repent.
Luke 11
24 When the unclean spirit is gone out [is cast out – as the LORD is doing above] of a man, he walks through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he says, I will return unto my house whence I came out.
25 And when he comes, he finds it swept and garnished.
26 Then goes he, and taketh to him seven other [corrupt church] spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.
27 And it came to pass, as he spoke these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare you, and the paps which you have sucked.
28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.
29 And when the people were gathered thick together, he began to say, This is an evil generation: they seek a sign; and there shall no sign be given it, but the sign of Jonah the prophet.
30 For as Jonah was a sign unto the Ninevites [calling all to repentance], so shall also the Son of man be [I Am] to this generation.
31 The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation, and condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.
32 The men of Nineveh shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonah; and, behold, a greater than Jonah is here.
33 No man, when he has lighted a candle [given understanding to His one church], puts it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick [in His one church], that they which come in may see the light [God’s understanding sent for the Salvation of the world].
34 The light of the body is the eye [understand come from what we see, by the LORD’s leading us to it]: therefore when your eye is single [sees as He sees], your whole body also is full of light [of understanding]; but when your eye is evil [sees what misleads, as do the false prophets], your body also is full of darkness [ignorance].
35 Take heed therefore that the light [the understanding] which is in you be not darkness [be not ignorance].
36 If your whole body therefore be full of light [when all God’s people see and understand as God’s understands {biyn biynah}], having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle does give you light.
37 And as he spoke, a certain Pharisee [the religious leaders of the corrupted lump] besought him to dine with him: and he went in, and sat down to meat.
38 And when the Pharisee saw it, he marveled [wondered and didn’t understand] that he had not first washed before dinner.
39 And the LORD said unto him, Now do you Pharisees make clean the outside of the cup and the platter; but your inward part is full of ravening and wickedness [misleading that leads to desolation].
40 You fools, did not he that made that which is without make that which is within also?
41 But rather give alms of such things as you have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.
42 But woe unto you, Pharisees! for you tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God [which is His sacrifice: correcting us with good judgment]: these ought you to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
43 Woe unto you, Pharisees! for you love the uppermost seats in the synagogues, and greetings in the markets.
44 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you are as graves which [you are dead who] appear not, and the men that walk over them are not aware of them.
45 Then answered one of the lawyers, and said unto him, Master, thus saying you reproach us also.
46 And he said, Woe unto you also, you lawyers! for you lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and you yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.
47 Woe unto you! for you build the sepulchers of the prophets, and your fathers killed them.
48 Truly you bear witness that you allow the deeds of your fathers: for they indeed killed them, and you build their sepulchers.
49 Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute:
50 That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation;
51 From the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zachariah which perished between the altar and the temple: truly I say unto you, It shall be required of this generation.
52 Woe unto you, lawyers! for you have taken away the key of knowledge: you entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in you hindered.
53 And as he said these things unto them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to urge him vehemently, and to provoke him to speak of many things:
54 Laying wait for him, and seeking to catch something out of his mouth, that they might accuse him.
The above ends telling of the trap these men’s ways lead them into, trying to prove the LORD wrong and their ways right, and in doing, their ignorance destroys them. The destruction that comes, the signs and wonders, the call to repentance, and its rejection, are seen in these men.
Romans 11
8 (According as it is written, God has given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.

10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back always.
Romans 1
17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God has shown it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
The word rendered “wonders” in the title is the Greek word teras: its Strong’s Greek Dictionary definition is: “of uncertain affinity; a prodigy or omen:–wonder.” Unknown, its affinity is to the Greek thera, the once used word that appears only in Romans 11:9 above, there rendered “trap.”
We know its men’s words from its (teras) use in 2 Thessalonians 2:9, where it’s the lying signs and “wonders,” which are the working of Satan. It’s against these works, after they’ve, as now, turned into mass delusion, the LORD comes with the love of the truth (to destroy the works of the devils – misleaders).
1 John 3
7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that does righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
8 He that commits sin is of the devil; for the devil sins from the beginning [has been a misleader from the beginning]. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
9 Whosoever is born of God does not commit sin; for his seed remains in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever does not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loves not his brother.
11 For this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should [with truth] love one another.
Zechariah 3
6 And the angel of the LORD protested [reiterated] unto Joshua, saying,
7 Thus says the LORD of hosts; If you will walk in my ways, and if you will keep my charge, then you shall also judge my house, and shall also keep my courts, and I will give you places to walk among these that stand by.
8 Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, you, and your fellows that sit before you: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the Branch.
The word above rendered “wondered” (and rendered “wonder” in Deuteronomy 13:1 & 2) is the Hebrew word mowpheth, meaning “from 3302 [yaphah – to be bright] in the sense of conspicuousness [like a candle on a candlestick]; a miracle; by implication, a token or omen:–miracle, sign, wonder(-ed at).”
It’s referring us to its appearing in Ezekiel 24:24 & 27, where it tells of when the mouths that have been closed are opened. This is as in Luke 19:38, when the mouths of the people are opened, “Saying, Blessed be the King that comes in the name of the LORD: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.”
In Ezekiel 24, as in Luke 19, the LORD tells of His profaning the sanctuary because of its degenerate state, which is what’s covered (closed) the mouths of His people. As we know, the LORD saying, in Luke 19:40, “if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out,” is referring to Habakkuk 2:11, when “the stone shall cry out of the wall,” speaking of the silenced prisoners’ mouths opened.”
Ezekiel 24
9 Therefore thus says the LORD God; Woe to the bloody city! I will even make the pile for fire great.
10 Heap on wood, kindle the fire, consume the flesh, and spice it well, and let the bones be burned.
11 Then set it empty upon the coals thereof, that the brass of it may be hot, and may burn, and that the filthiness of it may be molten in it, that the scum of it may be consumed.
12 She has wearied herself with lies, and her great scum went not forth out of her: her scum shall be in the fire.
13 In your filthiness is lewdness: because I have purged you, and you were not purged, you shall not be purged from your filthiness any more, till I have caused my fury to rest upon you.
14 I the LORD have spoken it: it shall come to pass, and I will do it; I will not go back, neither will I spare, neither will I repent; according to your ways, and according to your doings, shall they judge you, says the LORD God.
15 Also the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
16 Son of man, behold, I take away from you the desire of your eyes with a stroke: yet neither shall you mourn nor weep, neither shall your tears run down.
17 Forbear to cry, make no mourning for the dead, bind the tire of your head upon you, and put on your shoes upon your feet, and cover not your lips, and eat not the bread of men.
18 So I spoke unto the people in the morning: and at even my wife died; and I did in the morning as I was commanded.
19 And the people said unto me, Will you not tell us what these things are to us, that you do so?
20 Then I answered them, The word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
21 Speak unto the house of Israel, Thus says the LORD God; Behold, I will profane my sanctuary, the excellency of your strength, the desire of your eyes, and that which your soul pities; and your sons and your daughters whom you have left shall fall by the sword.
22 And you shall do as I have done: you shall not cover your lips, nor eat the bread of men.
23 And your tires shall be upon your heads, and your shoes upon your feet: you shall not mourn nor weep; but you shall pine away for your iniquities, and mourn one toward another.
24 Thus Ezekiel is unto you a sign [mowpheth]: according to all that he has done shall you do: and when this comes, you shall know that I am the LORD God.
25 Also, you son of man, shall it not be in the day when I take from them their strength, the joy of their glory, the desire of their eyes, and that whereupon they set their minds, their sons and their daughters,
26 That he that escapes in that day shall come unto you, to cause you to hear it with your ears?
27 In that day shall your mouth be opened to him which is escaped, and you shall speak, and be no more dumb: and you shall be a sign unto them [mowpheth]; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
This sign is what Isaiah speaks of, in Isaiah 8:18, saying, “I and the children whom the LORD has given me are for signs [the standard lifted to show the way] and for wonders [mowpheth] in Israel from the LORD of hosts [the Army of heaven: His children], which dwells in mount Zion.” It goes on to say, “if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light [understanding] in them.”
Isaiah 8
…O Immanuel.
9 Associate yourselves, O you people, and you shall be broken in pieces; and give ear, all you of far countries: gird yourselves, and you shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and you shall be broken in pieces.
10 Take counsel together, and it shall come to naught; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.
11 For the LORD spoke thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying,
12 Say you not, A confederacy [of the irrational and deluded, those who wear the mark, the mask, showing they follow and kneel to the advice of ignorance {Does this offend you?}], to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear you their fear, nor be afraid.
13 Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.
14 And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offense to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
15 And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.
16 Bind up the testimony [this word of God, which is His seal], seal the law among my disciples.
17 And I will wait upon the LORD, that hides his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.
18 Behold, I and the children whom the LORD has given me are for signs [the standard lifted to show the way] and for wonders [mowpheth] in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwells in mount Zion.
19 And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits [the voices of the known dead], and unto wizards [the so-called experts of this world] that peep, and that mutter [broad-casting their spells to mislead]: should not a people seek unto their God? [should they be looking] for the living to the dead [the familiar spirit – known liars telling known lies]?
20 [They should be looking] To the law and to the [this] testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light [understanding] in them.
21 And they shall pass through it, hardly bestead and hungry [because they refuse this manna]: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their king and their God, and [in the resulting ignorance] look upward [and see darkness].
22 And they shall look unto the earth; and behold trouble and darkness [ignorance], dimness of anguish; and they shall be driven to darkness [into ever greater delusion, as they have].
1 Chronicles 16
7 Then on that day David delivered first this psalm to thank the LORD into the hand of Asaph [the gatherers] and his brethren.
8 Give thanks unto the LORD, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people.
9 Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, talk you of all his wondrous works.
10 Glory you in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.
11 Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face [presence] continually.
12 Remember his marvelous works that he has done, his wonders [mowpheth], and the judgments of his mouth;
13 O you seed of Israel his servant, you children of Jacob, his chosen ones.
14 He is the LORD our God; his judgments are in all the earth.
15 Be you mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a thousand generations;
16 Even of the covenant which he made with Abraham, and of his oath unto Isaac;
17 And has confirmed the same to Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant,
18 Saying, Unto you will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance;
19 When you were but few, even a few, and strangers in it.
20 And when they went from nation to nation, and from one kingdom to another people;
21 He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes,
22 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
23 Sing unto the LORD, all the earth; show forth from day to day his salvation.
24 Declare his glory among the heathen; his marvelous works among all nations.
25 For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised: he also is to be feared above all gods.
26 For all the gods of the people are idols: but the LORD made the heavens.
27 Glory and honor are in his presence; strength and gladness are in his place.
28 Give unto the LORD, you kindred of the people, give unto the LORD glory and strength.
29 Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.
30 Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved.
31 Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The LORD reigns.
32 Let the sea roar, and the fullness thereof: let the fields rejoice, and all that is therein.
33 Then shall the trees [the upright men] of the wood sing out at the presence of the LORD, because he comes to judge the earth.
34 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endures forever.
35 And say you, Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather us together, and deliver us from the heathen, that we may give thanks to your holy name, and glory in your praise.
36 Blessed be the LORD God of Israel forever and ever. And all the people said, Amen, and praised the LORD.
