The name Nineveh leads us to the three times used Hebrew word niyn (meaning son), and the once used word nuwn, meaning “to resprout, i.e. propagate by shoots; figuratively, to be perpetual.” As previously discussed, the proper name Nun (Nuwn) is the father of Oshea (salvation or deliverer), who Moses called Joshua (Jehovah’s Salvation). Joshua (Jesus – Jehovah’s Salvation personified) is the name (identifier) of the perpetual son, in who Jehovah is personified saving His people. In the context of the LORD’s use in the title verse, His people are here identified in the name Nineveh, the dwelling place of the perpetual children of God, who rise in judgment in this last/first generation.

The above definition is depicted in Psalms 72, where the word nuwn appears, in verse 17, the once it’s used.

1 Give the king your judgments, O God, and your righteousness unto the king’s son.
2 He shall judge your people with righteousness, and your poor with judgment.
3 The mountains shall bring peace to the people, and the little hills, by righteousness.
4 He shall judge the poor of the people, he shall save the children of the needy, and shall break in pieces the oppressor.
5 They shall fear you as long as the sun and moon endure, throughout all generations.
6 He shall come down like rain upon the mown grass: as showers that water the earth.
7 In his days shall the righteous flourish; and abundance of peace so long as the moon endures.
8 He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.
9 They that dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him; and his enemies shall lick the dust.

The name Sheba mentioned above is referring us to the “queen of the south” the LORD speaks of in Matthew 12:42 (immediately after the title, verse 41), and in context, the referenced verses recorded in 1 Kings 10.

17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying,
18 Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall show JUDGMENT to the Gentiles.
19 He shall not strive, nor cry; neither shall any man hear his voice in the streets.
20 A bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax shall he not quench, till he send forth judgment unto victory.
21 And in his name shall the Gentiles trust.
22 Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spoke and saw.

44 Then he said, I will return into my house [when he has come out from among the deceivers and returned to his right mind] from whence I came out; and when he is come, he finds it empty, swept, and garnished.
45 Then goes he, and taketh with himself seven [the partial teaching of false churches, that misleads and blurs the lines of good judgment] other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first [because he thinks he is saved and instead is condemning the guiltless]. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.
46 While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him.

The name Sheba (queen of the south) means seven (perfection of the oath), which we understand represents spiritual perfection, a set goal reached, seeing what was before only hoped (rumor – shmuw’ah, a report not yet believed, until realized to be sound doctrine and the arm of the LORD revealed). This revelation is the pattern seen in 1 Kings 10, which the LORD alludes to in His above reference to the coming son of man, the perpetual son who comes as Jehovah’s Presence and Salvation personified.

1 And when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon [tranquility – Shiloh as the son who comes in the order of Melchizedek, king of righteousness who is the king of Salem (Shiloh), the king of peace] concerning the name of the LORD, she came to prove him with hard questions.
2 And she came to Jerusalem with a very great train, with camels that bare spices, and very much gold, and precious stones: and when she was come to Solomon, she communed [see the communion described below] with him of all that was in her heart.
3 And Solomon told her all her questions: there was not any thing hid from the king, which he told her not.
4 And when the queen of Sheba had seen all Solomon’s wisdom, and the house that he had built,
5 And the meat of his table, and the sitting of his servants, and the attendance of his ministers, and their apparel, and his cupbearers, and his ascent by which he went up unto the house of the LORD; there was no more spirit in her.
6 And she said to the king, It was a true report that I heard in mine own land of your acts and of your wisdom.
7 Howbeit I believed not the words, until I came, and mine eyes had seen it [the goal reached]: and, behold, the half was not told me: your wisdom and prosperity exceeds the fame which I heard.
8 Happy are your men, happy are these your servants, which stand continually before you, and that hear your wisdom.
9 Blessed be the LORD your God, which delighted in you, to set you on the throne of Israel: because the LORD loved Israel forever, therefore made he you king, to do judgment and justice.

It’s in this way the LORD proves what Paul tells Timothy of, in 1 Timothy 6, the revelation of the King of kings and LORD of lords.

1 Timothy 6
1 Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters [teachers] worthy of all honor, that the name of God and his doctrine be not blasphemed.
2 And they that have believing masters [teachers], let them not despise them, because they are brethren; but rather do them service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort.
3 If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our LORD Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strife of words, whereof comes envy, strife, railings, evil surmising,
5 Perverse disputing of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw yourself.
6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.

16 Who only has immortality, dwelling in the light [understanding] which no man can approach unto; whom no man has seen, nor can see [only God reveals His secret things]: to whom be honor and power everlasting. Amen.
17 Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high-minded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy;
18 That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate;
19 Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.
20 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to your trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called [antithesis gnosis pseudonumos – {avoid} the opposite of, what is falsely named, knowledge – the lies now called science and truth, when they are men’s corrupted opinions at best, and more often outright known lies from known liars – from false prophets and false teachers in church and state]:
21 Which some professing [this is the “evil” profession contrasted with the “good profession,” my calling {kaleo}, spoken of in verse 12 above] have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with you. Amen.

The LORD’s means of showing Himself in those He chooses is referred to above in verse 2 in the words “partaker” of the “benefit.” The phrase is from the three times used Greek word antilambanomai, meaning “to take hold of in turn, i.e. succor [rescue – set free or take back]; also to participate,” and the twice used word euergesia, meaning, work that results in good.

This idea of doing the good work of setting free is what Paul tells Timothy, in 1 Timothy 4:16, again speaking of it as teaching sound doctrine, by which those heeding it are saved.

1 Timothy 4
13 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
14 Neglect not the gift [the sound mind God has given, created in, me] that is in you, which was given you by prophecy [by the things foretold of Me, the goal set and now fulfilled], with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery [those in the order of your elders, those who came before you in the order of Melchizedek].
15 Meditate upon these things; give yourself wholly to them; that your profiting may appear to all.
16 Take heed unto yourself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this you shall both save yourself, and them that hear you.

The other use of the word euergesia is in Acts 4:9, rendered “good deed done,” telling of when it was done to an “impotent” man. The chapter begins with telling of it coming as the disciples spoke, and “they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the [the LORD unknown, as the Holy Spirit in them, saving those who heed and receive] resurrection from the dead.”

The word in Acts 4:9 rendered “impotent” is asthenes, “from 1 (as a negative particle) and the base of 4599; strengthless (in various applications, literal, figurative and moral).” The word (4599 reversed) it’s from is sthenoo, meaning “to strengthen, i.e. (figuratively) confirm (in spiritual knowledge and power).” As we know, strength comes from the LORD, understanding only He has, and gives to us freely. This is what Peter, in Act 4:11, after in verse 10 confessing it’s the risen LORD working in them, says is the Stone the builders set at naught, which has become the head of the corner.

Isaiah 40
21 Have you not known? have you not heard? has it not been told you from the beginning? have you not understood from the foundations of the earth?
22 It is he that sits upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretches out the heavens as a curtain, and spreads them out as a tent to dwell in:
23 That brings the princes to nothing; he makes the judges of the earth as vanity.
24 Yea, they shall not be planted; yea, they shall not be sown: yea, their stock shall not take root in the earth: and he shall also blow upon them, and they shall wither, and the whirlwind shall take them away as stubble.
25 To whom then will you liken me, or shall I be equal? says the Holy One.
26 Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who has created these things, that brings out their host by number: he calls them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that he is strong in power; not one fails.
27 Why say you, O Jacob, and speak, O Israel, My way is hid from the LORD, and my judgment is passed over from my God?
28 Have you not known? have you not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, faints not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.

Acts 4
1 And as they spoke unto the people, the priests, and the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees, came upon them,
2 Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead.
3 And they laid hands on them, and put them in hold unto the next day: for it was now eventide.
4 Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.
5 And it came to pass on the morrow, that their rulers, and elders, and scribes,
6 And Annas the high priest, and Caiaphas, and John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the kindred of the high priest, were gathered together at Jerusalem.
7 And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have you done this?
8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, You rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,
9 If we this day be examined of the good deed [euergesia] done to the impotent [asthenes] man, by what means he is made whole;
10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him does this man stand here before you whole.
11 This is the stone which was set at naught of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.
12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marveled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.
14 And beholding the man which was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it.
15 But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves,
16 Saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle has been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it.
17 But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name.
18 And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.
19 But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge you.
20 For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.
21 So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people: for all men glorified God for that which was done.

26 The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the LORD, and against his Christ.
27 For of a truth against your holy child Jesus, whom you have anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together,
28 For to do whatsoever your hand and your counsel determined before to be done.
29 And now, LORD, behold their threatening: and grant unto your servants, that with all boldness they may speak your word,
30 By stretching forth your hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of your holy child Jesus.
31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.
32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common [they became one church, one body and mind].
33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the LORD Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.

We know from Paul’s and Peter’s words (the LORD in them working mightily) the devil’s (misleader’s) work is to remove strength (full understanding) and replace it with untruth (the elements, stoicheion, of the corrupt world), and the LORD manifests Himself into this darkness, to counter it by returning strength (renewing the light and awakening us to a new day).

First, in 1 Corinthians 11:30, after speaking of communion, meaning the common union in one body with the LORD, which comes by only receiving the cup and bread directly from Him, risen from the dead as the one and only head of the church, Paul, speaking of not discerning it’s the LORD’s body manifested, says, “For this cause many are weak [asthenes] and sickly among you, and many sleep.”

This word I preach, as I received it from Him alive in me, is the cup and bread: the blood and body (His sacrifice in the body He prepared for Himself, to deliver the message as received) of the LORD manifested for our salvation. It is against this word, which is the light and life of the world, all must judge themselves or be judged with the world. This is the truth, no matter what any other man tells you.

Isaiah 8
13 Sanctify [declare Him, His word, holy] the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.
14 And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
15 And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.
16 Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.
17 And I will wait upon the LORD, that hides his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.
18 Behold, I and the children whom the LORD has given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwells in mount Zion.
19 And when they shall say unto you, “Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter:” should not a people seek unto their God? [or look] for the living [God] to the dead [where He isn’t]?
20 [Or] To the law and to the testimony [?]: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light [or life] in them.
21 And they shall pass through it, hardly bestead and hungry: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their king [I Am] and their God [His presence in Me], and look upward.
22 And they shall look unto the earth; and behold trouble and darkness [ignorance of those misleading it], dimness of anguish; and they shall be driven to darkness [deeper into the cultivated delusions of the day, and the resulting insanity].

1 Corinthians 11
22 What? have you not houses to eat and to drink in [that you come into God’s house and drink wine and eat a cracker, wrongly leaning it is the communion of the One body of Christ]? or despise you the church of God, and shame them that have not? what shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not.
23 For I have received of the LORD that which also I delivered unto you, that the LORD Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed [as He has been in your churches, and does this now, here outside of them] took bread:
24 And when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken [into many pieces, as is the Church, His body] for you: this do in remembrance of me.
25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament in my blood [as is this testimony]: this do you, as oft as you drink it, in remembrance of me.
26 For as often as you eat this bread, and drink this cup, you do show the LORD’s death till he come.
27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the LORD, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the LORD.

29 For he that eats and drinks unworthily, eats and drinks damnation to himself, not discerning [the LORD’s body is one, outside the many divided, strength-less churches] the LORD’s body.

31 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
32 But when we are judged, we are chastened of the LORD, that we should not be condemned with the world.
33 Wherefore, my brethren, when you come together to eat, tarry one for another.
34 And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; that you come not together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I come.

1 Peter 5
1 The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed:
2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;
3 Neither as being lords over God’s heritage, but being examples to the flock.
4 And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, you shall receive a crown of glory that fades not away.
5 Likewise, you younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resists the proud, and gives grace to the humble.
6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
7 Casting all your care upon him; for he cares for you.
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour:

10 But the God of all grace, who has called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that you have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen [sthenoo], settle you.
11 To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

The word “settle” in verse 10 above (telling of the LORD received {God’s grace} making us perfect, by establishing us in His strength, which is the foundation of our thinking) is the Greek word themelioo, meaning “to lay a basis for, i.e. (literally) erect, or (figuratively) consolidate:–(lay the) found(- ation), ground, settle.”

Colossians 1
10 That you might walk worthy of the LORD unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which has made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
13 Who has delivered us from the power of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now has he reconciled
22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblamable and unreprovable in his sight:
23 If you continue in the faith grounded [themelioo] and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which you have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;
24 Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body’s sake, which is the church:
25 Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;
26 Even the mystery which has been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:
27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
28 Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
29 Whereunto I also labor, striving according to his working, which works in me mightily.

Galatians 4
1 Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differs nothing from a servant, though he be LORD of all;
2 But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father.
3 Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements [stoicheion] of the world:
4 But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.
6 And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.
7 Wherefore you are no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
8 Howbeit then, when you knew not God, you did service unto them which by nature are no gods.
9 But now, after that you have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn you again to the weak [asthenes] and beggarly elements [stoicheion], whereunto you desire again to be in bondage?
10 You observe days, and months, and times, and years.
11 I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labor in vain.
12 Brethren, I beseech you, be as I am; for I am as you are: you have not injured me at all.
13 You know how through infirmity of the flesh I preached the gospel unto you at the first.
14 And my temptation which was in my flesh you despised not, nor rejected; but received me as an angel of God, even as Christ Jesus.

2 Peter 3
1 This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance [reminding you of things once known, but are now hidden in the ignorance cultivated over time by misleaders]:
2 That you may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the LORD and Savior:
3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers [by ignorance] fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition [apoleia] of ungodly men.
8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the LORD as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9 The LORD is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
10 But the day of the LORD will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise [Isaiah 66:6 and Ezekiel 43:2], and the elements [stoicheion – the foundational ideas of these false prophets and false teachers] shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements [stoicheion – the foundational ideas of these false prophets and false teachers] shall melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwells righteousness [truth and justice].
14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that you look for such things, be diligent that you may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
15 And account that the longsuffering of our LORD is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him has written unto you;
16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable [as Reuben – see Genesis 49:4] wrestle, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction [apoleia – perdition that comes as the lies are exposed as what caused the destruction of the old world].
17 You therefore, beloved, seeing you know these things before, beware lest you also, being led away with the error [plane – misleading] of the wicked, fall from your own steadfastness [your fixed positions in heaven].
18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen.

Psalms 24
1 The earth is the LORD’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
2 For he has founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.
3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?
4 He that has clean hands, and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
6 This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek your face, O Jacob. Selah.
7 Lift up your heads, O you gates; and be you lifted up, you everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
8 Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.
9 Lift up your heads, O you gates; even lift them up, you everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
10 Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.
