Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the LORD, whom you seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom you delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.
The “way” above, Malachi 3:1, is the Hebrew word derek, meaning “a road (as trodden); figuratively, a course of life or mode of action, often adverb.”
What follows in the chapter tells of the work of the messenger, restoring and refreshing the way before us, and the LORD, who is the messenger of the covenant, shall suddenly (unexpectedly) come to His temple. The verse says it’s the LORD (Jehovah) of hosts (who is a man of war) speaking of the LORD (‘adown) who is God in His king. It is the same wording and context we’ve discussed appearing in Psalms 110:1, which says, “The LORD (Jehovah) said unto my LORD (‘adown), Sit you at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.”
This work, refining and purify God’s people, spoken of in Malachi as the work of the messenger who is the coming king, brings remembrance of His way, so we follow Him only, which is also, in like manner, spoken of in Isaiah 1:24.
Isaiah 1
16 Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;
17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.
18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD [Jehovah]: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
19 If you be willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land:
20 But if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD [Jehovah] has spoken it.
21 How is the faithful city become a harlot [leaving the LORD and following other men]! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers.
22 Your silver is become dross, your wine mixed with water:
23 Your princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loves gifts, and follows after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither does the cause of the widow come unto them.
24 Therefore saith the LORD [‘adown – in His messenger and king], the LORD of hosts [Jehovah the man of war], the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies [and make them the footstool of My messenger and king]:
25 And I will turn my hand upon you, and purely purge away your dross, and take away all your tin:
26 And I will restore your judges as at the first, and your counselors as at the beginning: afterward you shall be called, The city of righteousness, the faithful city.
27 Zion shall be redeemed with judgment, and her converts with righteousness.
28 And the destruction of the transgressors and of the sinners shall be together, and they that forsake the LORD [Jehovah] shall be consumed.
Malachi 3
1 Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the LORD, whom you seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom you delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.
2 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appears? for he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap:
3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness.
4 Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the LORD, as in the days of old, and as in former years.
5 And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts.
6 For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore you sons of Jacob are not consumed.
7 Even from the days of your fathers you are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the LORD of hosts. But you said, Wherein shall we return?
When the above speaks of the way (derek) “prepared” by the messenger, it is the Hebrew word panah, meaning “to turn; by implication, to face, i.e. appear, look.” In the verse, what appears (eventually realized through understanding) is the LORD in the messenger, His presence (work) not only proving (declaring) His son and king, but also His high priest.
Malachi 2
1 And now, O you priests, this commandment is for you.
2 If you will not hear, and if you will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the LORD of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because you do not lay it to heart.
3 Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it.
4 And you shall know that I have sent this commandment unto you, that my covenant might be with Levi, saith the LORD of hosts.
5 My covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave them to him for the fear wherewith he feared me, and was afraid before [paniym] my name [in My presence].
6 The law of truth was in his mouth, and iniquity was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace and equity, and did turn many away from iniquity.
7 For the priest’s lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek [baqash] the law at his mouth: for he is the messenger of the LORD of hosts.
8 But you are departed out of the way [derek – My way]; you have caused many to stumble at the law; you have corrupted the covenant of Levi, saith the LORD of hosts.
9 Therefore have I also made you contemptible and base before all the people, according as you have not kept my ways [derek], but have been partial in the law.
The words rendered “partial” are nasa’ paniym, meaning these priests have lifted the presence (person) of others, in the law, meaning they have perverted judgment: applying it differently depending on the person. (Suffer with me while I preach, as a priest should, adding context: most of the churches of the day are filled with people who vote for government (men in them) whose WAYS are antichrist, while they claim they are following CHRIST. They, by proxy, KILL innocent human children calling it choice, STEAL from their neighbors calling taxation after COVETING what they have calling it social justice, oppress their neighbors BEARING FALSE WITNESS it is a pandemic emergency, to name a few. Their priests say nothing, and in their acquiescence, they pervert judgment, disturb the peace of the nation, and elevate (nasa’) the wicked into power. For this, the nation is cursed with a curse of its own making, the consequence of devolutionary (primitive and uncivilized) acts known to produce the outcomes they have.)
Malachi 3
8 Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed me. But you say, Wherein have we robbed you? In tithes and offerings.
9 You are cursed with a curse: for you have robbed me, even this whole nation.
10 Bring you all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts.
12 And all nations shall call you blessed: for you shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of hosts.
13 Your words have been stout against me, saith the LORD. Yet you say, What have we spoken so much against you?
14 You have said, It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance [you shall not kill, steal, covet, or bear false witness], and that we have walked mournfully before the LORD of hosts?
15 And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up [elevated into power]; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered.
16 Then they that feared the LORD spoke often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.
17 And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spares his own son that serves him.
18 Then shall you return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serves God and him that serves him not.
Malachi 4
1 For, behold, the day comes, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that comes shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.
2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun [the understanding of a new day] of righteousness arise with healing in his wings [Matthew 23: 37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you that kill the prophets, and stone them which are sent unto you, how often would I have gathered your children together, even as a hen gathers her chickens under her wings [to protect and teach], and you would not! 38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate [because you reject this protection and teaching]. 39 For I say unto you, You shall not see [not understand, because of your rejection] me henceforth, till you shall say, “Blessed is he that comes in the name of the LORD.”]; and you shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
3 And you shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts.
4 Remember you the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto [tsavah – which I charged – see the charges given Timothy, me, below] him in Horeb [when I untaught you the ways of oppression and taught you My WAY] for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.
5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
The Sun rising is the panah (“preparation”) by the LORD, the Stone who is become the head of the corner (gonia – pinnah), turning us in a new direction, which is the new nation in the new heaven and earth, wherein dwell righteousness.
Psalms 118
12 They [the wicked in church and state] compassed me about like bees: they are quenched as the fire of thorns [misleaders]: for in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.
13 You have thrust sore at me that I might fall: but the LORD helped me.
14 The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation.
15 The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD does valiantly.
16 The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD does valiantly.
17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.
18 The LORD has chastened me sore: but he has not given me over unto death.
19 Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD:
20 This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.
21 I will praise you: for you have heard me, and are become my salvation.
22 The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner [pinnah – gonia].
23 This is the LORD’s doing; it is marvelous in [opening] our eyes [and healing us].
24 This is the day which the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
25 Save now [Hosanna], I beseech you, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech you, send now prosperity.
26 Blessed be he that comes in the name of the LORD: we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.
The “gates” of righteousness are the mouths of God’s people, opened with understanding, declaring His presence and glory, saying “Blessed is he that comes in the name of the LORD.”
When the verse quoted above continues, saying, “we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD,” it is referring to what is spoken in the title, when He will suddenly appears in His temple, even the messenger of the covenant. It says He is the one you “seek,” the LORD thereby referring us to Hebrews 11:1 & 6, saying “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen,” and “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”
This “seeking,” from the Hebrew word baqash, is for the word of God from the mouth of His messenger, as is said in Malachi 2:7 above, saying, “For the priest’s lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek [baqash] the law at his mouth: for he is the messenger [mal’ak] of the LORD of hosts.” It is through this WAY the LORD manifests His presence, rendering His righteousness to man, when he repents and turns to Him.
Ezekiel 43
1 Afterward he brought me to the gate [sha’ar], even the gate that looketh [baqash – seeking the Sun rising] toward [derek – the way] the east:
2 And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way [derek] of the east [the LORD’s coming is in the WAY of the Sun rising]: and his voice was like a noise of many waters [this word of God from heaven]: and the earth shined [was given understanding] with his glory.
3 And it was according to the appearance of the vision which I saw, even according to the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city: and the visions were like the vision that I saw by the river Chebar [far off – this time]; and I fell upon my face.
4 And the glory of the LORD came into the house [suddenly] by the way [derek] of the gate [sha’ar] whose prospect is toward [derek] the east [His way is to come as the Sun rising].
5 So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house.
6 And I heard him speaking unto me out of the house; and the man [I Am] stood by me.
7 And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel forever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom [those who’ve left Me], nor by the carcasses of their kings [the dead] in their high places.
8 In their setting of their threshold [their gate, their open mouths holding My people in hell] by my thresholds [My way, entering My kingdom], and their post by my posts, and the wall [lies upon lies] between me and them, they have even defiled my holy name by their abominations [the lies they’ve put in My place] that they have committed: wherefore I have [with My fire] consumed them in mine anger.
9 Now let them put away their whoredom, and the carcasses of their kings [the dead who rule over you in death, holding you down {katecho}, who will until they are taken out of the way {mesos – out of your midst}], far from me, and I will dwell in the midst of them forever.
Job 33
2 Behold, now I have opened my mouth [in the way of God, the gate of His righteousness, opened as His messenger, His presence in His son, king, and chief priest in the order of Melchisedec], my tongue has spoken in my mouth.
3 My words shall be of the uprightness of my heart: and my lips shall utter knowledge clearly.
4 The spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty has given me life.
5 If you can answer me, set your words in order before me, stand up.
6 Behold, I am according to your wish in God’s stead: I also am formed out of the clay.
7 Behold, my terror shall not make you afraid, neither shall my hand be heavy upon you.
8 Surely you have spoken in mine hearing, and I have heard the voice of your words, saying,
9 I am clean without transgression, I am innocent; neither is there iniquity in me.
10 Behold, he finds occasions against me, he counts me for his enemy,
11 He puts my feet in the stocks, he marks all my paths.
12 Behold, in this you are not just: I will answer you, that God is greater than man.
13 Why do you strive against him? for he gives not account of any of his matters.
14 For God speaks once, yea twice, yet man perceives it not [because He is veiled in a flesh man].
15 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls upon men, in slumbering upon the bed;
16 Then he opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction,
17 That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man.
18 He keeps back his soul from the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword.
19 He is chastened also with pain upon his bed, and the multitude of his bones with strong pain:
20 So that his life abhors bread, and his soul dainty meat.
21 His flesh is consumed away, that it cannot be seen; and his bones that were not seen stick out.
22 Yea, his soul draws near unto the grave, and his life to the destroyers.
23 If there be a messenger [mal’ak] with him, an interpreter, one among a thousand, to show unto man his uprightness:
24 Then he is gracious unto him, and saith, Deliver him from going down to the pit: I have found a ransom.
25 His flesh shall be fresher than a child’s: he shall return to the days of his youth:
26 He shall pray unto God, and he will be favorable unto him: and he shall see his face with joy: for he will render unto man his righteousness.
27 He looks upon men, and if any say, I have sinned, and perverted that which was right, and it profited me not;
28 He will deliver his soul from going into the pit, and his life shall see the light.
29 Lo, all these things worketh God oftentimes with man,
30 To bring back his soul from the pit, to be enlightened with the light [understanding] of the living.
The Hebrew word above rendered “messenger,” mal’ak, means “to dispatch as a deputy; a messenger; specifically, of God, i.e. an angel (also a prophet, priest or teacher).” It is speaking of the one the LORD sends to His people who will become heirs of His kingdom (the earth), by His WAY (derek), which is manifesting Himself, at His will, in His messenger, son, king, chief priest, teacher, the LORD of hosts, a man of war, and the angel of the LORD.
Deuteronomy 18
18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto you [Moses], and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command [tsavah – charge] him.
19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.
20 But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded [tsavah – charge] him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.
21 And if you say in your heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD has not spoken?
22 When a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken, but the prophet has spoken it presumptuously: you shall not be afraid of him.
2 Timothy 4
1 I charge you therefore before God, and the LORD Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2 Preach the word [of God, as commanded]; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
5 But watch you in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of your ministry [in the order of Melchisedec, as ordained, in the prophesies sent before me – See Deuteronomy 18 above].

12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto you are also called, and have professed a good profession before many witnesses.
13 I give you charge in the sight of God, who quickens [brings to light and life] all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession;
14 That you keep this commandment without spot, unrebukable, until the appearing [epiphaneia – manifestation, of the presence] of our LORD Jesus Christ:
15 Which in his times he shall show, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and LORD of lords;
16 Who only has immortality, dwelling in the light [unsderstanding] which no man can approach unto; whom no man has seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and power everlasting. Amen.
2 Timothy 4
8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the LORD, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing [epiphaneia – the manifestation of His presence].
2 Thessalonians 2
1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming [parousia – presence] of our LORD Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together [into ONE BODY] unto him,
2 That you be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away [an apostasy – a standing away from the truth – see atopos in 2 Thessalonians 3:2] first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition [in the pattern of Rueben, who went up into his father’s place, and will not remain];
4 Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits [preaching and teaching] in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
5 Remember you not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
6 And now you know what withholds [katecho – holds down] that he might be revealed in his time.
7 For the mystery of iniquity does already work: only he who now lets [katecho – holds down] will let, until he be taken out of the way [mesos – out of your midst].
8 And then shall that Wicked [see 2 Thessalonians 3:2] be revealed, whom the LORD shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness [epiphaneia – the manifestation of His presence giving understanding] of his coming [parousia – presence]:
9 Even him [the LORD in me], whose coming [parousia – presence] is after the working [after the deception has misled all into apostasy] of Satan [those sitting in God’s place resisting Him at His coming] with all power and signs and lying wonders [misleading all],
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion [the HOAX that now rules the world], that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
13 But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren beloved of the LORD, because God has from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our LORD Jesus Christ.
15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast [don’t fall away], and hold [into the future] the traditions which you have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
16 Now our LORD Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which has loved us, and has given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
17 Comfort your hearts, and establish you in every good word and work.
Psalms 104
1 Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, you are very great; you are clothed with honor and majesty.
2 Who covers yourself with light [understanding] as with a garment: who stretches out the heavens [full understanding] like a curtain:
3 Who lays the beams of his chambers in the waters [this word of God]: who makes the clouds [from where understanding comes] his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind [of sound doctrine]:
4 Who makes his angels [mal’ak – His messenger in who He manifest His presence] spirits; his ministers a flaming fire [see Hebrews 1:7 below – where this verse is quoted]:
5 Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed forever.
6 You covered it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.
7 At your rebuke they fled; at the voice of your thunder they hasted away.
8 They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which you have founded for them.
9 You have set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.
10 He sends the springs into the valleys, which run among the hills.
11 They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.
12 By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches.
13 He waters the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of your works.
14 He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;

Hebrews 1
1 God, who at sundry times and in diverse manners [in many seeming unconnected parts] spoke in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
2 Has in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he has appointed heir of all things [to bring these parts in one message of Salvation], by whom also he made the worlds;
3 Who being the brightness [understanding] of his glory, and the express image of his person [manifested in me], and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:
4 Being made so much better than the angels [also a king, teacher, priest, and a man of war, and much more], as he has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time, You are my Son, this day have I begotten you? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?
6 And again, when he brings in the first-begotten into the world, he says, And let all the angels [messengers] of God worship him.
7 And of the angels he says, Who makes his angels [mal’ak – His messengers in who He manifests His presence] spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
8 But unto the Son he says, Your throne, O God, is forever and ever: a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of your kingdom.
9 You have loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows.
10 And, You, LORD, in the beginning have laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of your hands:
11 They shall perish; but you remains; and they all shall wax old as does a garment;
12 And as a vesture shall you fold them up, and they shall be changed: but you are the same, and your years shall not fail.
13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool?
14 Are they not all ministering spirits [as in verse 7 above, messengers in who He manifests His presence], sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
Hebrews 2
1 Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.
2 For if the word spoken by angels [those sent with messages they may not have fully understood] was steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense of reward;
3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the LORD, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
4 God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?
Hebrews 12
25 See that you refuse not him that speaks. For if they escaped not who refused him that spoke on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaks from heaven [from the place of full understanding]:
26 Whose voice then shook [saleuo] the earth: but now he has promised, saying, Yet once more I shake [seio] not the earth only, but also heaven.
27 And this word, Yet once more, signifies the removing of those things that are shaken [saleuo], as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken [saleuo] may remain.
28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
29 For our God is a consuming fire.
Hebrews 13
5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as you have: for he has said, I will never leave you, nor forsake you.
6 So that we may boldly say, The LORD is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
7 Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.
8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.
9 Be not carried about with [the winds of] divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
Psalms 91
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence [the lies that is the COVID HOAX].
4 He shall cover you with his feathers, and under his wings shall you trust: his truth shall be your shield and buckler.
5 You shall not be afraid for the terror by night [the irrational fear that comes with ignorance]; nor for the arrow that flies by day [the false accusations that come against the truth];
6 Nor for the pestilence [the COVID HOAX] that walketh in darkness [that only continues because of ignorance]; nor for the destruction that wastes at noonday.
7 A thousand shall fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you.
8 Only with your eyes shall you behold and see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because you have made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the Most High, your habitation;
10 There shall no evil befall you, neither shall any plague come nigh your dwelling.
11 For he shall give his angels [mal’ak – the messenger He sends, in who He manifests His presence at His will] charge [tsavah] over you, to keep you in all your ways [derek].
12 They shall bear you up in their hands, lest you dash your foot against a stone [and stumble in the way].
13 You shall tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shall you trample under feet.
14 Because he has set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he has known my name.
15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honor him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation
