Trust in him at all times; you people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.
The above, Psalms 62:8, is the LORD, through David, commanding us to make Him our “refuge,” from the twenty times used word machaceh.
The same word (machaceh) is used in the previous verse, telling us our “refuge” is in God, who is the Rock of our strength. We understand the rock describes something firm on which we can rely, trusting it will not change. When personified, it represents the place from where words flow as advice (counsel) to be followed (obeyed).
Friends, we live in a time of mass insanity, when the majority of those in power, at war against the people at large they speak to, give advice that has (make evil decrees that have) no connection to reality. They tell us the economy is good while they intentionally drain life from it through confiscatory inflation, taxation, and interest rates. To demoralize us, the insane tell us good is evil, evil is good, wrong is right, right is wrong, normal is abnormal, and abnormal is normal. Their intention is depopulation through destructive policies (decrees) that weaponize institutions and industries: education, media, food, entertainment, religion, finance, health, and justice, all to destroy achievement and remove sanity from policies that lead to population increase through security in life, liberty, and property. In other words, these manically insane powers, by corrupting all language, are destroying (murdering) the world while (delusionally) believing they are its saviors. They are the antichrist, the many false Christs, false teachers, and false prophets, false rocks in church and state, of whom the LORD says, “Come out from among them that you be not partakers in their plagues.”
As we know, the word selah, meaning “suspension (of music [of the words you repeat]), i.e. pause,” speaks of stopping (words and actions) and thinking (critically) about what (things of critical importance) was just stated.
Psalms 62
1 Truly my soul waited upon God: from him comes my salvation [yshuw’ah – the true Jesus, Jehovah manifesting His presence in the flesh of those He sends as saviors with His good advice].
2 He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved [by the false rocks in power].
3 How long will you imagine mischief [hathath – only used hear, meaning to assail and speak] against a man [in whom the LORD has chosen to manifest His presence in His words]? you shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall [the falling of which comes suddenly, in an instant] shall you be, and as a tottering fence [as the gate of hell ready to be trampled down by the LORD’s presence]
4 They [all the world’s powers] only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly [all humanity]. Selah.
5 My soul, wait you only upon God; for my expectation [the destruction of the spiritually wicked in power] is from him.
6 He only is my rock and my salvation [yshuw’ah – Jesus in me]: he is my defense; I shall not be moved.
7 In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge [machaceh], is in God.
8 Trust in him at all times; you people, pour out [shaphak – pour out His word from] your heart [your minds] before him [paniym – as His true Rocks manifesting His presence, Jesus, alive in you]: God is a refuge [machaceh] for us. Selah.
9 Surely men of low degree are [led, advised, taught into] vanity [worthless in their thoughts], and men of high degree [who’ve led all into blinding darkness] are a lie: to be laid the balance [judged rightly], they are [when weighed against the LORD they are] altogether lighter than vanity [less than worthless].
10 Trust not in oppression [of those in power], and become not vain [worthless] in robbery: if riches [chayil – meaning “a force, whether of men, means or other resources; an army, wealth, virtue, valor, strength”] increase, set not your heart [make them not the foundation of your thoughts, things you think are your refuge] upon them.
11 God has spoken once; twice [before and after my death] have I heard this; that power [‘oz – “strength in various applications (force, security, majesty, praise)” to raise the dead] belongs unto God [alone].
12 Also unto you, O LORD, belongs mercy: for you render to every man according to his work.
Job 12
2 No doubt but you [my accusers] are the people [of vanity], and wisdom shall die [has died] with you [with your death].
3 But I have understanding as well as you; I am not inferior to you: yea, who [but the dead] knows not such things as these?
4 I Am as one [to whom wisdom has come again from the LORD] mocked of his neighbor, who calls upon God, and he answers him: the just upright [resurrected] man is laughed to scorn [by the dead].
5 He [without understanding] that is ready to slip with his feet is as a lamp [a guide in the darkness] despised [buwz – held in contempt and shamed] in the thought of him that is at ease [sha’anan – secured by the LORD].
6 The tabernacles of robbers [shadad – the dead] prosper, and they that provoke God are secure [battuchowth – putting their trust in worldly strength]; into whose hand God bringeth abundantly [this power by which they deceive themselves].
7 But ask now the beasts [bhemah – dumb flesh, those who were silent], and they shall teach you; and the fowls of the air [who’ve risen into heaven by the LORD’s strength], and they shall tell you:
8 Or speak to the earth [where these things are manifested into reality, ending the old and corrupt and beginning the new], and it shall teach you: and the fishes of the sea [My elect remnant living among humanity at large, below its surface in this deep] shall declare unto you [bringing your end suddenly, in an instant].
9 Who knows not in all these that the hand of the LORD has wrought this [by which He says, “Here I Am”]?
10 In whose hand [work] is the soul of every living thing, and the breath [life] of all mankind.
11 Does not the ear try words? and the mouth taste his meat?
12 With the ancient is wisdom; and in length of days understanding.
13 With him is wisdom and strength, he has counsel and understanding.
14 Behold, he breaks down, and it cannot be built again: he shuts up a man, and there can be no opening.
15 Behold, he withholds the waters [of heaven], and they dry up: also he send them out, and they [His words, these words] overturn the earth.
16 With him is strength [‘oz] and wisdom: the deceived and the deceiver are his.
17 He leads counselors away spoiled, and makes the judges fools.
18 He looses the bond [of death] of kings, and gird [prepares] their loins with a girdle [these provisions, with which He crowns them].
19 He leadeth princes away spoiled, and overthrows the mighty.
20 He removes away the speech of the trusty [who’ve refused these waters], and taketh away the understanding of the aged.
21 He pours contempt upon princes, and weakens the strength of the mighty.
22 He discovers [these] deep things out of darkness [hidden in men’s ignorance], and bringeth out to light [understanding] the shadow of death [which is the ignorance of men in power].
23 He increases the nations [the population of those who haven’t known Him], and destroys them [by the hand those they choose to follow]: he enlarges [scattering them abroad] the nations, and straitens them again [nachah – “to guide; by implication, to transport (into exile, or as colonists)”].
24 He taketh away the heart [the sound mind] of the chief of the people of the earth, and cause them to wander [by going their own ignorant way] in a wilderness where there is no way.
25 They grope in the dark [following their own ignorance] without light [understanding], and he makes them to stagger like a drunken man.
The word nachah, speaking of when the LORD leads (by good advice) His people, is used in this sense in the passages below.
Exodus 15
3 The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.
4 Pharaoh’s chariots and his host [the army of darkness] has he cast [yarah – flowed His teaching against] into the sea [humanity at large]: his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea [at this limit reached, where their proud waves are stayed].
5 The depths have covered them: they sank into the bottom as a stone [silenced].
6 Your right hand, O LORD, is become glorious in power: your right hand, O LORD, has dashed in pieces the enemy.
7 And in the greatness of your excellency you have overthrown them that rose up against you: you sent forth your wrath, which consumed them as stubble.
8 And with the blast of your nostrils the waters were gathered together, the floods stood upright as a heap, and the depths [understanding held in the darkened deep] were congealed in the heart [minds] of the sea [humanity at large].
9 The enemy said, I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil; my lust shall be satisfied upon them; I will draw my sword, my hand shall destroy them.
10 You did blow with your wind [and Your Spirit, You unknown, moved upon the face of the darkened waters], the sea covered them: they sank as lead in the mighty waters.
11 Who is like unto you, O LORD, among the gods? who is like you, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?
12 You stretched out your right hand, the earth swallowed them [like Korah, as in Revelation 12:16].
13 You in your mercy have led [nachah] forth the people which you have redeemed: you have guided them in your strength unto your holy habitation.
14 The people shall hear [shama’ – and obey], and be afraid: sorrow shall take hold on the inhabitants of Palestina [the invading army].
15 Then the dukes of Edom [the leaders of these enemies among us at war with us] shall be amazed; the mighty men [‘ayil] of Moab [whose mouths are the gates of hell], trembling shall take hold upon them; all the inhabitants of Canaan shall [be humiliated and] melt away.
16 Fear and dread shall fall upon them; by the greatness of your arm they shall be as still [damam – silent] as a stone; till your people pass over [‘abar – passover death into life], O LORD, till the people pass over [‘abar – into life], which you have purchased [qanah – resurrected in Your new creation].
17 You shall bring them in, and plant them in the mountain [Your now perfected government] of your inheritance, in the place, O LORD, which you have made [Your new creation] for you to dwell in, in the Sanctuary, O LORD, which your hands have established.
18 The LORD shall reign forever and ever.
Deuteronomy 32
1 Give ear, O you heavens, and I will speak; and hear [shama’ – and obey], O earth, the words of my mouth.
2 My doctrine shall drop as the rain [from the cloud of heaven], my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass [bringing life from the earth]:
3 Because I will publish the name [identity] of the LORD: ascribe you greatness unto our God.
4 He is the Rock [from where His word flows His teaching, in which we can trust], his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
5 They have corrupted themselves, their spot [indelible mark] is not the spot [indelible mark] of his children: they are a perverse and crooked generation.
6 Do you thus requite the LORD, O foolish people and unwise? is not he your father that has bought you? has he not made you, and established you?
7 Remember the days of old, consider the years of many generations: ask your father, and he will show you; your elders, and they will tell you.
8 When the Most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the bounds of the people according to the number of the children of Israel.
9 For the LORD’s portion is his people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance.
10 He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.
11 As an eagle stirs up her nest, flutters over her young, spreads abroad her wings, takes them, bears them on her wings:
12 So the LORD alone did lead [nachah] him, and there was no strange god with him.
13 He made him ride on the high places of the earth, that he might eat the increase of the fields; and he made him to suck honey out of the Rock [His presence manifested in the flesh speaking and working], and oil [His anointing] out of the flinty Rock [Christ];
14 Butter of kine, and milk of sheep, with fat of lambs, and rams of the breed of Bashan [the fruitfulness of His flock], and goats, with the fat of kidneys of wheat; and you did drink the pure blood of the grape.
15 But Jeshurun [His people in prosperity that comes from following {obeying} His advice] waxed fat, and kicked [against His leading]: you are waxed fat [in prosperity], you are grown thick, you are covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation [yshuw’ah – Joshua: Jesus: Jehovah’s Salvation manifested in the perpetual son of His choosing].
16 They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations [they created and put in His place] provoked they him to anger.
17 They sacrificed unto devils [misleaders telling them their abomination are their gods], not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.
18 Of the Rock that begat you you are unmindful, and have forgotten God that formed you.
19 And when the LORD saw it, he abhorred them, because of the provoking of his sons, and of his daughters.
20 And he said, I will hide my face [paniym – My presence] from them, I will see what their end [‘achariyth – in these last days] shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.
21 They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God; they have provoked me to anger with their vanities [their worthless words and ways]: and I will move them to jealousy with those [the elect remnant I have chosen] which are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation.
22 For a fire is kindled in my anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell [as it does], and shall consume the [old and corrupt] earth with her increase [as it has], and set on fire the [corrupt] foundations of the mountains [their current, devil possessed, church and state governments].
Job 38
16 Have you entered into the springs of the sea [these life-giving waters intended to save all who receive and obey them]? or have you walked in the search of the depth [the deep understanding reserved therein]?
17 Have the gates of death [and hell] been opened unto you? or have you seen the doors of the shadow of death?
18 Have you perceived the breadth [the end and beginning] of the earth? declare if you know it all.
19 Where is the way where light dwell [in those to whom God alone gives it]? and as for darkness, where is the place thereof [with the wise and powerful of this world],
20 That you shouldest take it to the bound thereof [the end of ignorance, in these last days of darkness], and that you shouldest know the paths to the house thereof?
21 Know you it, because you were then [thereby] born? or because the number of your days is great?
22 Have you entered into the treasures of the snow [My word I reserved, froze, in the cloud for this moment]? or have you seen the treasures of the hail [this understanding from there sent against the current corrupt crop misleaders],
23 Which I have reserved against the time of trouble [tsar – by enemies in our midst, as tyrants in power], against the day of battle and war [which none can any longer doubt is raging around us]?
24 By what way is the light parted [into the many colors of the bow now seen in the cloud], which scatters the east wind [The LORD’s Spirit working, unseen moving] upon the earth?
25 Who has [rightly] divided a watercourse for the overflowing of waters [who, as I Am, has sent these words revealing men’s trespasses beyond the LORD’s set limits], or a way for the lightning [understanding to come against them from heaven] of thunder [qowl – by LORD’s voice heard from there];
26 To cause it to rain [these waters from heaven] on the earth, where no [living] man is; on the wilderness [the earth the dead have made desolate: without form and void], wherein there is no man [with this light, which is life];
27 To satisfy the desolate and waste ground; and to cause the bud of the tender herb to spring forth [on this third day of creation]?
28 Has the rain a father? or who has begotten the drops of dew [this word that now appears on earth]?
29 Out of whose womb came the ice? and the hoary frost of heaven, who has gendered it [made it bring forth children]?
30 The waters are hid as with a stone [I Am, the Rock through whom it flows from the LORD], and the face of the deep [my presence revealed from where it] is frozen.
31 Can you bind the sweet influences [qashar ma’adannah – compact into a group, referring to the madad, the end of the course plotted] of Pleiades [kiymah – a constellation of seven celestial lights], or loose the bands [open the understanding] of Orion [kciyl – of the constellations]?
32 Can you bring forth Mazzaroth [the true meaning in the Zodiac, the plan of God’s salvation therein presented and passed on verbally, before the written word] in his season [at this appointed time]? or can you guide [nachah – transport] Arcturus [‘ash – Ursa Major, the fold, and the great flock – referring to Asher as spoken of in Deuteronomy 33:24 – 29] with his sons?
33 Know you the ordinances of heaven? can you set the dominion thereof [when heaven rules over the earth, when I establish My government here and now] in the earth?
34 Can you lift up your voice to the clouds [where My word is reserved for this time of war], that abundance of waters may cover you?
35 Can you send lightnings [this understanding from the cloud], that they may go and say unto you, Here we are [as My words say “Here I Am”]?
36 Who has put wisdom in the inward parts? or who has given understanding to the heart [mind]?
37 Who can number [caphar – declare in writing] the clouds in wisdom? or who can stay [stop] the bottles of heaven [to keep this understanding there],
38 When the dust [the ruin of the earth] grows into hardness, and the clods [regeb] cleave fast together?
39 Will you hunt the prey for the lion [of Judah]? or fill the appetite of the young lions [“I and the children the LORD has given me are for signs and wonders” among His people],
40 When they couch [shachach – humble themselves and become obedient] in their dens, and abide in the covert [cukkah – their booths: tabernacles] to lie in wait [for their LORD]?
41 Who provides for the raven [those covered in the darkness of their own ignorance] his food? when his young ones cry unto God, they wander [into apostasy: the darkness of ignorance] for lack of meat [without this deep understanding only He provides].
Deuteronomy 33
1 And this is the blessing, wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death.
2 And he said, The LORD [Jehovah] came from Sinai [against thorns – the misleader mixed among us], and rose up from Seir [against the rulers of Edom – devils ruling over us] unto them; he shined [sent His understanding as light] forth from mount Paran [clarity in which His presence is clearly seen], and he came with ten thousands of saints [as Enoch prophesied, saying, “Behold, the LORD comes with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.” From Jude 1:14 & 15, as in Revelation 14:1]: from his right hand went a fiery law [dath] for them.
3 Yea, he loved the people; all his saints are in your hand: and they sat down at your feet; everyone shall receive of your words [and thereby become the LORD’s children].
4 Moses commanded us a law, even the inheritance of the congregation of Jacob.
5 And he was king in Jeshurun [among the LORD’s people who by obeying these things prospered], when the heads of the people and the tribes of Israel were gathered together [into ONE BODY].
24 And of Asher [happy – those who’ve found the true happiness they’ve pursued] he said, Let Asher be blessed [happy] with children [who are now born into this new earth, wherein dwells righteousness]; let him be acceptable to his brethren, and let him dip his foot in oil [shemem – walk in the way of his anointing].
25 Your shoes shall be iron and brass; and as your days [of old], so shall your strength be [risen here and now again into life].
26 There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun [by whom His people prosper], who rides upon the heaven [with full understanding] in your help, and in his excellency on the sky.
27 The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before you; and shall say, Destroy them.
28 Israel then shall dwell in safety alone [without enemies mixed among them]: the fountain of Jacob [these living waters] shall be upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew [when the word of God appears on the earth].
29 Happy are you, O Israel: who is like unto you, O people saved by the LORD, the shield of your help, and who is the sword of your excellency! and your enemies shall be found liars unto you; and you shall tread upon their high places.
The LORD only uses the word nachah twice, in Isaiah 57:18 & 58:11, after its appearance in Proverbs 18:16, all flowing hereafter.
Proverbs 18
1 Through desire a man [as was woman desired to know wisdom, and therefor ate from the tree – Genesis 3:6], having separated himself [parad – from the LORD, into the advice of serpents], seeks [searches] and intermeddles [mixing their own ignorance] with all wisdom.
2 A fool has no delight in understanding [because it opposes his desire], but that his heart may discover [find ways to justify] itself [his own creation: opinions and delusions].
3 When [by this the fool becomes] the wicked comes, then comes also contempt [of wisdom and understanding], and with ignominy reproach [this shame exposed in words].
4 The words of a man’s mouth are as deep waters [showing the deep thoughts of the mind], and the wellspring [words] of wisdom as a flowing brook [flowing to any who desire it].
5 It is not good to accept [exalt] the person [paniym – the manifestation of wickedness in the words] of the wicked, to overthrow the righteous in judgment.
6 A fool’s lips enter into contention [with the righteous], and his mouth calls for strokes [the punishment of those opposing wickedness].
7 A fool’s mouth [speaking words of ignorance] is his destruction, and his lips are the snare [condemning] of his soul.
8 The words of a talebearer [slanderer, false accuser] are as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly [of hell].
9 He also that is slothful in his work [refusing to follow {obey} and take up His cross] is brother to him that is a great waster [destroyer all that is good and normal].
10 The name [identity] of the LORD [manifested in His words] is a strong tower [migdal – Micah 4: 8 And you, O tower {migdal} of the flock, the strong hold of the daughter of Zion, unto you shall it come, even the first dominion; the kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem. 9 Now why do you cry out aloud? is there no king in you? is your counselor perished? for pangs have taken you as a woman in travail.]: the righteous runs into it, and is safe.
11 The rich man’s wealth is his strong city [which he believes will protect him], and as a high wall in his own conceit [thinking he wise he thinks he is protected].
12 Before destruction the heart [mind] of man is haughty [in pride he exalts himself], and before [paniyn – the LORD’s presence, His Spirit in us bringing our spirit to life, which is] honor is humility.
13 He that answers [shuwb] a matter [dabar – returns words] before he hears [shama’ – before he hears it from the LORD, and obeying repeats it as he received] it, it is folly and shame unto him.
14 The spirit of a man will sustain [restrain him] his infirmity [his weakness, when he is without understanding]; but a wounded [nake’ – a four times used word referring us to Isaiah 16] spirit who can bear [who can raise it up]? [Isaiah 16:6 We have heard of the pride of Moab {men whose mouths are the gates of hell}; he is very proud: even of his haughtiness, and his pride, and his wrath: but his lies shall not be so {shall not stand}. 7 Therefore shall Moab howl for Moab, every one shall howl: for the foundations {of these men’s minds} of Kirhareseth {wall of potsherds, which protects against nothing} shall you mourn; surely they are stricken {nake’ – wounded by their own pride and haughtiness}.]
15 The heart of the prudent gets knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.
16 A man’s gift [giving these treasures as the LORD has given them] makes room for him, and brings him before great men.
17 He that is first in his own cause seems just [saying he has wisdom and knowledge]; but his neighbor comes and searches him.
18 The lot [gowral – referring us to Proverbs 16:32 He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that rules his spirit than he that taketh a city. 33 The lot {gowral} is cast into the lap; but the whole disposing thereof is of the LORD.] causes contentions to cease, and parts [parad – shows who is joined with the LORD and who is separated from Him, into following the advice of serpents] between the mighty.
19 A brother offended [whose contentions never cease because of the pride and haughtiness of his spirit] is harder to be won than a strong city: and their contentions are like the bars of a castle [keeping the LORD out, even when He has cast the lot and shown Himself present and joined with the one with whom the contend: I Am].
20 A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth [words, good or evil, speaking life or death]; and with the increase [profiting from his talents, these treasures the LORD has given us] of his lips shall he be filled.
21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love [with] it [the tongue] shall eat the fruit thereof.
22 Whoso finds a wife [woman – a faithful church] finds a good thing, and obtains favor of the LORD.
23 The poor [without worldly power of force] use entreaties [humble words]; but the rich answer roughly [with the violence of “dark sentences:” evil decrees by which men now rule the world].
24 A man that has friends must show himself friendly: and there is a friend [I Am] that sticks closer than a brother.
Isaiah 57
1 The righteous perish [wander away, loose themselves, from the apostate church and state], and no man lays it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come [upon these corrupt institutions].
2 He shall enter into peace: they shall rest [in death’s sleep] in their beds, each one [by themselves] walking in his uprightness.
3 But draw near hither, you sons of the sorceress [who put yourselves in the LORD’s place, who with your words manipulate and control those following your advice into going your evil way], the seed of the adulterer and the whore [churches that left the LORD to follow these sorcerers].
4 Against whom do you sport yourselves? against whom make you a wide mouth, and draw out the tongue? are you not children of transgression, a seed of falsehood.
5 Enflaming yourselves with idols under every green tree, slaying the children in the valleys under the clifts of the rocks [the strongholds of the false Christs men follow]?
6 Among the smooth stones of the stream is your portion; they, they are your lot [gawral – from LORD]: even to them have you poured a drink offering [of evil advice], you have offered a meat offering [your own understanding]. Should I receive comfort in these?
7 Upon a lofty and high mountain [in the governments of church and state] have you set your bed [where you sleep in death]: even thither went you up to offer sacrifice.
8 Behind the doors also and the posts have you set up your remembrance: for you have discovered yourself to another than me, and are gone up; you have enlarged your bed, and made you a covenant with them; you loved their bed where you saw it.
9 And you went to the king with ointment, and did increase your perfumes, and did send your messengers far off, and did debase yourself even unto hell [where you now find yourselves].
10 You are wearied in the greatness of your way; yet said you not, [In your ways] There is no hope: you have found the life [and death] of your hand [in your words and works]; therefore you were not grieved.
11 And of whom have you been afraid or feared, that you have lied, and have not remembered me, nor laid it to your heart? have not I held my peace even of old [and haven’t spoken to you as long and you and your ilk put yourselves in My place], and you feared me not?
12 I will declare your righteousness, and your works [that they are wickedness]; for they shall not profit you.
13 When you cry, let your companies deliver you; but the wind shall carry them all away; vanity [their own worthlessness] shall take them: but he that put his trust in me shall possess the land [‘erets – the earth], and shall inherit my holy mountain [My new Government here on the earth];
14 And shall say, Cast you up, cast you up, prepare the way, take up the stumbling-block out of the way of my people.
15 For thus says the high and lofty One that inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
16 For I will not contend forever, neither will I be always wroth: for the spirit should fail before me, and the souls which I have made.
17 For the iniquity of his covetousness was I wroth, and smote him: I hid me, and was wroth, and he went on forwardly [twisting and perverting truth] in the way of his heart.
18 I have seen his ways, and will heal him: I will lead [nachah] him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners.
19 I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off [rachowq – now in this time when the world is ruled by the evil decrees of wicked men in power], and to him that is near [here in this time], says the LORD; and I will heal him.
20 But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt.
21 There is no peace, says my God, to the wicked.
Isaiah 28
14 Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, you scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem.
15 Because you have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge [machaceh], and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
16 Therefore thus says the LORD God, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone [the Rock, I Am], a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believes shall not make haste [and flee away in shame].
17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge [machaceh] of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.
18 And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then you shall be trodden down by it.
19 From the time that it goes forth it shall take you: for morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by night: and it shall be a vexation only to understand the report [shmuw’ah – to understand it is the voice of Jehovah heard and obeyed].
20 For the bed [of those sleeping in death and hell] is shorter than that a man can stretch himself on it: and the covering narrower than that he can wrap himself [to hide] in it.
21 For the LORD shall rise up as in mount Perazim, he shall be wroth as in the valley of Gibeon [when He called His people at large to join Him in the destruction of those who’ve caused strife among them throughout history], that he may do his work [declaring His word as His presence], his strange work; and bring to pass his act, his strange act [that only he knows].
22 Now therefore be you not mockers, lest your bands be made strong: for I have heard from the LORD God of hosts a consumption [kalah], even determined [charats] upon the whole earth.
23 Give you ear, and hear [shama’ – obey it, because it is] my voice; hearken, and hear [shama’ – and obey it, because it is] my speech.
Isaiah 58
1 Cry aloud [as the LORD’s messengers], spare not, lift up your voice like a [last] trumpet, and show my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.
2 Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God: they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to God.
3 Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and you see not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and you take no knowledge? [As referred to in Isaiah 42:19, the LORD’s perfect servant, His messenger, who is blind and deaf to the corruption men created and put in His place.] Behold, in the day of your fast you find pleasure, and exact all your labors [Going your own ways, saying you have done all these things in My name, while you oppose Me and refuse My words – see Matthew 7:21].
4 Behold, you fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: you shall not fast as you do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high.
5 Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? will you call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the LORD?
6 Is not this the fast [abstaining from your own words] that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke?
7 Is it not to deal your bread [this word the LORD has given us] to the hungry, and that you bring the poor that are cast out to your house? when you see the naked, that you cover him; and that you hide not yourself from your own flesh [those who are our ONE BODY]?
8 Then shall your light [understanding] break forth [upon the enemies] as the morning [of this new creation of heaven and earth], and your health shall spring forth [as new life] speedily: and your righteousness shall go before you [paniym – shall manifest My presence]; the glory of the LORD [in you] shall be your reward.
9 Then shall you call, and the LORD shall answer; you shall cry, and he shall say, Here I Am. If you take away from the midst of you the yoke [joining you with the wicked in power in church and state], the putting forth of the finger [falsely accusing the innocent just because they indict the wicked in power], and speaking vanity [worthlessness];
10 And if you draw out your soul to the hungry [who need this word], and satisfy the afflicted soul [with this word]; then shall your light rise [then shall this understanding be exalted] in obscurity, and your darkness be as the [and where ignorance was it shall be as bright as] noon day:
11 And the LORD shall guide [nachah] you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and make fat your bones: and you shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of [life giving] water, whose waters fail not.
12 And they that shall be of you shall build the old waste places: you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; and you shall be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
13 If you turn away your foot from the sabbath [when I interrupt your work to correct you back onto this right path], from doing your pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honorable; and shall honor him, not doing your own ways, nor finding your own pleasure, nor speaking your own words [but speaking the words I give you]:
14 Then shall you delight yourself in the LORD; and I will cause you to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father: for the mouth of the LORD has spoken it.
Psalms 5
1 Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation.
2 Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto you will I pray.
3 My voice shall you hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto you, and will look up.
4 For you are not a God that has pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with you.
5 The foolish shall not stand in your sight: you hate all workers of iniquity.
6 You shall destroy them that speak leasing [falsehood]: the LORD will abhor the bloody and deceitful man.
7 But as for me, I will come into your house in the multitude of your mercy: and in your fear will I worship toward your holy temple.
8 Lead [nachah] me, O LORD, in your righteousness because of my enemies; make your way straight before my face [paniym – in Your presence].
9 For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness; their throat is an open sepulcher [speaking death]; they flatter with their tongue.
10 Destroy you them, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions; for they have rebelled against you.
11 But let all those that put their trust in you rejoice: let them ever shout [your words] for joy, because you defend them: let them also that love your name [idenity] be joyful in you.
12 For you, LORD, will bless the righteous; with favor will you compass him as with a shield.
