The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel;
Today’s title verse, Proverbs 1:1, is followed by his, Solomon’s, telling us the purpose of the Book, the following three verses saying, “To know wisdom and instruction; to perceive the words of understanding; To receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, and judgment, and equity; To give subtlety to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion.”
He, the LORD speaking through him, then (in all, to all), in the remainder of the chapter, says:
Proverbs 1
5 A wise man will hear [shama’ – and obey], and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:
6 To understand a proverb [mashal], and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings [chiydah – of which the simple remain ignorant].
7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
8 My son [all My children], hear [shama’ – and obey] the instruction of your father, and forsake not the law of your mother:
9 For they shall be an ornament of grace unto your head, and chains about your neck.
10 My son, if sinners entice you, consent you not.
11 If they say, Come with us, let us lay wait for blood, let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause:
12 Let us swallow them up alive as the grave [sheol – here alive in hell]; and whole, as those that go down into the pit:
13 We shall find all precious substance, we shall fill our houses with spoil:
14 Cast in your lot among us; let us all [as communists] have one purse:
15 My son, walk not you in the way with them; refrain your foot from their path:
16 For their feet run to evil, and make haste to shed blood.
17 Surely in vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird.
18 And they lay wait for their own blood; they lurk privily for their own lives.
19 So are the ways of every one that is greedy of gain; which take away the life of the owners thereof.
20 Wisdom cries without; she utters her voice in the streets:
21 She cries in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates: in the city she utters her words, saying,
22 How long, you simple ones, will you love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge?
23 Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you.
24 Because I have called, and you refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded;
25 But you have set at naught all my counsel, and would none of my reproof:
26 I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear comes;
27 When your fear comes as desolation, and your destruction comes as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish comes upon you.
28 Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me:
29 For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD:
30 They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof.
31 Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices.
32 For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.
33 But whoso hearkens unto [shama’ – and obeys] me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.
Romans 2
13 (For not the hearers of the law [this written word revealing the spirit in the previously written word] are just before God, but the doers of [those obeying] the law shall be justified.
14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
15 Which show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)
16 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.
17 Behold, you are called a Jew, and rest in the law, and make your boast of God,
18 And know his will, and approve the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law;
19 And are confident that you yourself are a guide of the blind, a light of them which are in darkness,
20 An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which have the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law.
21 You therefore which teach another, teach you not yourself? you that preach a man should not steal, do you steal?
22 You that sayest a man should not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? you that abhor idols, do you commit sacrilege?
23 You that make your boast of the law, through breaking the law [not obeying His commands to speak] dishonor you God?
24 For the name [identity] of God is blasphemed [vilified] among the Gentiles through you [your silence, not answering the wicked], as it is written [in Isaiah 37:6 & 7, saying “Thus says the LORD, Be not afraid of the words that you have heard, wherewith the servants of the king of Assyria {the communists now in power} have blasphemed me. Behold, I will send a blast upon him, and he shall hear a rumor {shmuw’ah – this word from the mouth of the LORD, reported}, and return to his own land; and I will cause him to fall by the sword in his own land.”].
25 For circumcision truly profits, if you keep the law: but if you be a breaker of the law, your circumcision is made uncircumcision.
26 Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?
27 And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge you, who by the letter and circumcision do transgress the law?
28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart [the deep mind], in the Spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
James 1
16 Do not err, my beloved brethren.
17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is [these treasures are] from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
18 Of his own will begat he us [as His children] with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures [this new creation].
19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear [and obey], slow to speak [his own words], slow to wrath:
20 For the wrath of man works not the righteousness of God.
21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
22 But be you doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
24 For he beholds himself, and goes his way, and straightway forgets what manner of man he was.
25 But whoso looks into the [this] perfect law of liberty, and continues therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridles not his tongue [not speaking as the LORD commands], but deceives his own heart, this man’s religion is vain.
27 Pure religion and undefiled [uncorrupted] before God and the Father is this, To visit [as His identity, your mouth as His mouth, speaking according to this word, to] the fatherless and widows [those without a man to protect and defend them from evil] in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted [uncorrupted] from the world.
The above comes as I was speaking, in conversation, with the LORD (what the ignorant, the deaf and dumb, the cause and effect of refusing to hear and obey, superstitiously call prayer) about the deeper revelation I know remains for Him, at His time, to reveal – as He does.
The word rendered “interpretation,” in Proverbs 1:6 above, is the twice used Hebrew word mliytsah, from the word luwts, the word rendered “scorners” in the Proverbs 1:22, as wisdom is calling to such (scorners), asking how long they will remain in this state of simpleness, as fools who hate knowledge.
Proverbs 19
20 Hear [shama’ – and obey] counsel, and receive instruction, that you mayest be wise in your latter end [‘achariyth – in these last days of darkness].
21 There are many devices [machashabah – evil thoughts] in a man’s heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.
22 The desire of a man is his kindness: and a poor man is better than a liar.
23 The fear of the LORD tends to life: and he that has it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.
24 A slothful man hides his hand in his bosom [refusing to work], and will not so much as bring it to his mouth again.
25 Smite [nakah] a scorner [luwts], and the simple will beware: and reprove one that has understanding, and he will understand knowledge.
26 He that wastes [the knowledge of] his father, and chases away [the wisdom of] his mother, is a son that causes shame, and brings reproach.
27 Cease, my son, to hear [shama’ – and obey] the instruction that causes to err from the words of knowledge.
28 An ungodly witness scorns [luwts] judgment: and the mouth of the wicked devours iniquity.
29 Judgments are prepared for scorners [luwts], and stripes for the back of fools.
The only other time the word mliytsah appears is in Habakkuk 2:6, where it’s translated as a “taunting” proverb (chiydah) against those we know (by posts from 20 January 2018 and 1 – 5 February 2023) are antichrists of our time: false prophets and false teachers in church and state, who sit in God’s place, showing themselves as the false gods of this evil and insane world.
As previously discussed, these men are said to cover themselves (their identities and actions) in “thick clay,” from the word ‘abtiyt.
Following are excerpts from the aforementioned posts, ending with Psalms 127, with today’s additions in double brackets.
From 20 January 2018:
If the Righteous Scarcely be Saved, Where Shall the Ungodly and the Sinner Appear? (Judgment must begin at the house of God.)
Psalms 75
1 Unto you, O God, do we give thanks, unto you do we give thanks: for that your name is near your wondrous works declare.
2 When I shall receive the congregation [[mow’ed – Your people at this appointed time]] I will judge uprightly.
3 The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.
4 I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn [[your foolish power against God Almighty]]:
5 Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.
6 For promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
7 But God is the judge: he puts down one, and sets up another.
8 For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he pours out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.
9 But I will declare forever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
10 All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
The title is a quote from parts of 1 Peter 4:17 & 18, and is a trumpet sounding, calling all to the battle, to cleanse what has been defiled by the vermin infestation. As we know, the vermin claim to have the Holy Spirit, while theirs is the spirit now at work in the children of disobedience. We see this is Peter’s stating the mission objective, after he tells us judgment must begin at the house of God, and saying the end is the manifestation of those who do and don’t OBEY the gospel of God.
We have reached the point, even if you don’t see it yet and still keep it covered up, the religious leaders, all the false teachers and false prophets, know of these messages. They are fully aware that the LORD is speaking to them, long-suffering in manifesting His presence, correction, and purpose. This is done so they would fulfill the word of God, as it is written in Ezekiel 33 of them: “31 And they come unto you as the people comes, and they sit before you as my people, and they hear your words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they show much love, but their heart goes after their covetousness. 32 And, lo, you are unto them as a very lovely song of one that has a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument: for they hear your words, but they do them not. 33 And when this comes to pass, (lo, it will come,) then shall they know that a prophet has been among them.”
The above passage from Ezekiel 33 is the LORD GOD speaking of judgment, when the wicked are corrected, and are given the opportunity to turn from their wickedness. The works here that are mentioned as the wickedness, even in those who think their works are righteous, is their covetousness. As is seen in verse 31 above, they hear and like the sound of the words, but when they realize it is their works it is speaking against, their covetousness keeps them from doing the right thing.
The word covetousness here is from the Hebrew word is betsa’, meaning plunder.
Here is the Strong’s Hebrew Dictionary definition of betsa’, (which we know includes the translated forms after giving the definition:) Strong’s #1215: betsa` (pronounced beh’-tsah) from 1214; plunder; by extension, gain (usually unjust):–covetousness, (dishonest) gain, lucre, profit.
It is the word used in Habakkuk 2:9, also translated “covetousness,” to tell of those who sell their souls, even while the earth is filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, (glory, meaning His manifested presence). We are told they are those who have built their own kingdoms, and as James says, they have heaped treasure together for the last days, which become a witness against them.
Habakkuk 2
4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright [see the plumbline – Amos 7] in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
5 Yea also, because he transgresses by wine, he is a proud man, neither keeps at home [see 1 John 2:10], who enlarges his desire as hell, and is as death, and cannot be satisfied, but gathers unto him all nations, and heaped unto him all people:
6 Shall not all these take up a parable [[mashal]] against him, and a taunting [[mliytsah – the wise interpretation]] proverb [[chiydah]] against him, and say, Woe to him that increases that which is not his! how long? and to him that lades himself with thick clay [who has burdened those he’s taken pledges from – ‘abtiyt]!
7 Shall they not rise up suddenly that shall bite you, and awake that shall vex you, and you shall be for booties unto them?
8 Because you have spoiled many nations, all the remnant of the people shall spoil you; because of men’s blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
9 Woe to him that covets an evil covetousness to his house, that he may set his nest on high, that he may be delivered from the power of evil!
10 You have consulted shame to your house by cutting off many people, and have sinned against your soul.
11 For the stone shall cry out of the wall, and the beam out of the timber shall answer it.
12 Woe to him that builds a town with blood, and establishes a city by iniquity!
13 Behold, is it not of the LORD of hosts that the people shall labor in the very fire, and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity?
14 For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.
15 Woe unto him that gives his neighbor drink, that puts your bottle to him, and makes him drunken also, that you may look on their nakedness!
16 You are filled with shame for glory: drink you also, and let your foreskin be uncovered: the cup of the LORD’s right hand shall be turned unto you, and shameful spewing shall be on your glory.
(Strong’s #5671: ‘abtiyt (pronounced ab-teet’) from 5670; something pledged, i.e. (collectively) pawned goods:–thick clay (by a false etymology). This speaks of the money these men extort from those who follow their misleading and false teaching.)
This is speaking directly to the TV preachers, the false prophets who themselves are antichrist. The LORD says it is their riches that testify against them. Why do God’s people not preach and teach this truth, and expose those doing violence to God’s people? Are there any that call for judgment, and will stand for truth? Sadly, very few of the mighty and powerful will dare do so, because they themselves have things they covet and are willing to sell their souls for: positions, power, control, and worst of all – being too proud to admit they are part of the problem, and themselves in need of correction, which is why they all reject the word God has sent them.
1 Corinthians 1
26 For you see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, has God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to naught things that are:
29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.
And from 1 – 5 February 2023:
Isaiah 30
27 Behold, the name of the LORD comes from far [merchaq – recognized in His manner, as long ago [[decreed by Him]]], burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire:
28 And his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity: and there shall be a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing them to err.
29 You shall have a song [this word to be repeated as received], as in the night [in this time of darkness] when a holy solemnity [qadash – this time of cleansing] is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goes with a pipe [with this music] to come into the mountain of the LORD, to the mighty One of Israel.
30 And the LORD shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall show the lighting [understanding] down of his arm [by His works], with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones [this word frozen in heaven, sent against the current corrupt crop of leaders].
31 For through the voice of the LORD shall the Assyrian [the communists in power] be beaten down, which [He will] smote with a rod [this just law from My mouth].
32 And in every place where the grounded staff shall pass, which the LORD shall lay upon him, it shall be with tabrets and harps: and in battles of shaking [as in Hebrews 12] will he fight with it.
33 For Tophet [this place of fires] is ordained of old; yea, for the king it is prepared; he has made it deep and large: the pile thereof is fire and much wood; the breath of the LORD [whose words are a consuming fire], like a stream of brimstone, does kindle it.
Proverbs 6
9 How long will you sleep, O sluggard? when will you arise out of your sleep?
10 Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep:
11 So shall your poverty come as one that travels, and your want as an armed man.
12 A naughty [bliya’al – rejecting discipline] person, a wicked man, walketh with a froward mouth [twisting and perverting truth].
13 He winks with his eyes [signaling his evil intentions to his evil allies], he speaks with his feet [misleading those following his evil advice], he teaches with his [false accusing] fingers;
14 Frowardness is in his heart [the foundation of his mind is upon twisted and perverted truth], he devises mischief continually; he soweth discord [madown – dividing those opposing his evil].
15 Therefore shall his calamity come suddenly [pith’own]; suddenly [petha’] shall he be broken without remedy [marpe’].
16 These six things does the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him [nephesh – dividing His ONE BODY]:
17 A proud look [one], a lying tongue [two], and hands that shed innocent blood [three],
18 A heart that devises wicked imaginations [four], feet that be swift in running to mischief [five],
19 A false witness that speaks lies [six], and he that soweth discord [mdan – from madown, evil judgment {that follows the other six}] among brethren [seven – the abomination].
20 My son, keep your father’s commandment, and forsake not the law of your mother:
21 Bind them continually upon your heart, and tie them about your neck.
22 When you go, it shall lead you; when you sleep, it shall keep you; and when you awake, it shall talk with you.
Proverbs 29
1 He, that being often reproved hardens his neck, shall suddenly [petha’] be destroyed, and that without remedy.
2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked bear rule, the people mourn.
3 Whoso loves wisdom rejoices his father: but he that keeps company with harlots [the unfaithful churches] spends his substance.
4 The king by [good] judgment establishes the land [‘erets – the earth]: but he that receives gifts [as does Bandon from the communists] overthrows it [with unjust evil judgment repaying his gift – now when the {balloon} payment is due].
5 A man that flatters his neighbor spreads a net for his feet.
6 In the transgression of an evil man there is a snare: but the righteous does sing [these words of the LORD] and rejoice.
7 The righteous considers the cause of the poor: but the wicked regards not to know it.
8 Scornful men bring a city into a snare: but wise men turn away wrath.
The above, Proverbs 29:1, speaking of those often “reproved” (towkechah – corrected; in the LORD’s long-suffering, not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance) refers us to the final use of petha’, in Habakkuk 2:7. There it describes now when the sleeping, those “reproved” by the LORD, awaken at the appointed time (mow’ed), the end (qets) when the passage speaks. It says their opened mouths, in parable and taunting, vex the wicked who are laden with “thick clay.”
As previously discussed, “thick clay” (appearing in Habakkuk 2:6) is from the once-used Hebrew word ‘abtiyt, said to mean “something pledged, i.e. (collectively) pawned goods.” The rendering as “thick clay” is said (by Strong) to be from a false etymology, and he gives his meaning based on the statement before: “Woe to him that increases [by] that which is not his! how long [until the sluggard, held under the power that is to sit still, awakens]? and to him that lades himself with thick clay [pawning what isn’t his – or taking bribes for selling out what isn’t his to sell]!”
The rendering as “thick clay” is from the two words ‘ab and tiyt, respectively meaning “an envelope, i.e. darkness; specifically, a (scud) cloud; also a copse [thicket of small trees or shrubs];” and “from an unused root meaning, apparently to be sticky (rath. perb. a demon. from 2894, through the idea of dirt to be swept away); mud or clay; figuratively, calamity.” In this context, it speaks of the calamity of darkness that burdens the people sleeping: unaware of the wickedness at work and, of the experience, asking “how long” the people will remain unaware.
Habakkuk 2
1 I will stand upon my watch [mishmereth – a doorkeeper as a sentry posted], and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved [towkechah].
2 And the LORD answered [‘anah] me, and said, Write the vision [what you have seen, understood, in this experience], and make it plain upon tables, that he may run [ruwts – hurry to bring the sudden end] that reads it.
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time [mow’ed], but at the end [qets] it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
4 Behold, his soul [nephesh] which is lifted up [‘aphal – swelled with pride in his power to deceive the dead] is not upright [yashar – isn’t straight but is crooked] in him: but the just shall live by his faith [that this word written is the word of the LORD, as it is].
5 Yea also, because he transgresses [bagad – covers with deception] by wine [intentionally deceiving those whose minds he stupefied into insanity], he is a proud man [unwilling to change his way when reproved], neither keeps at home [he refuses to prepare his house to meet the LORD], who enlarges his desire as hell, and is as death, and cannot be satisfied, but gathers unto him all nations [gowy – all who don’t know the LORD and therefore don’t recognize the time and season], and heaps [collects – increase by that which isn’t his] unto him all people:
6 Shall not all these take up a parable [[mashal]] against him, and a taunting [[mliytsah]] proverb [[[chiydah -]] conundrum] against him, and say, Woe to him that increased that which is not his! how long [until the sluggards you’ve put to sleep awakens]? and to him that lades himself with thick clay [that brought the calamity of darkness upon My people and sold them into the hand of their enemies]!
7 Shall they not rise up suddenly [petha’] that shall bite [shall open their mouths against] you, and awake that shall vex you, and you shall be for booties unto them?
8 Because you have spoiled many nations [those who don’t recognize Me], all the [elect] remnant of the people shall spoil you; because of men’s blood [the life you’ve drained from humanity], and for the violence of the land [‘erets – earth], of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
9 Woe to him that covets an evil covetousness to [bring evil upon] his house, that he may set his nest on high [putting himself in My place, resting in heaven], that he may be delivered [natsal – harpazo, raptured {not the false fly away doctrine of false prophets}, pulled from the fire] from the power of evil [of their house: caused by misleading and deception]!
10 You have consulted shame to your house by cutting off many people [from seeing Me], and have sinned against your soul [nephesh – by not joining with Me].
11 For the stone shall cry out of the wall [from your house], and the beam out of the timber shall answer [‘anah – the answer of the LORD heard from those awakened] it.
12 [And they say] Woe to him that builds a town with blood [by draining its life with ways that bring only death], and establishes a city by iniquity!
13 Behold, is it not of the LORD of hosts [who is a man {I Am} of war] that the people shall labor in the very fires [these men’s ways and ideas cause], and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity [what is worthless]?
14 For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters [this pure word of God] cover the sea [all humanity].
15 Woe unto him that gives his neighbor drink [the wine above, that makes the mind ignorant and dysfunctional], that puts your bottle [filled with men’s corruption] to him, and make him drunken also, that you mayest look on their nakedness!
16 You are filled with shame for glory: drink you also, and let your foreskin [your flesh mind in which is hidden your evil intentions] be uncovered: the cup of the LORD’s right hand shall be turned unto you, and shameful spewing shall be on your glory [your wickedness plainly seen, that identifies you {marking your head and hand: your evil ideas and works}].
17 For the violence of Lebanon [the purity that should be seen in high places, which you’ve corrupted] shall cover you, and the spoil of beasts [those without My Spirit leading them], which made them afraid, because of men’s blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
18 What profits the graven image that the maker thereof has graven it; the molten image, and a teacher of lies, that the maker of his work trusts therein, to make dumb idols?
19 Woe unto him that says to the [known dead] wood, Awake; to the dumb stone [from whom no words of value come], Arise, it shall teach! Behold, it is laid over with gold and silver [which the world says have value], and there is no breath [ruwach – it is without My Spirit and therefore having to power to give life to the dead] at all in the midst of it.
20 But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him [and exalt His voice above all others].
In Isaiah 30:8 and Habakkuk 2:2, the LORD, through these writers, writes of our experience, giving us the understanding that His presence must be spoken of, as He speaks through those in whose mouths He’s put His words (as I have believed and have spoken). It is now when the earth is filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, which glory is revealed by these waters, His word from our mouths, covering, as the sun shines from the east to the west, all humanity, who by faith comes out of the house of corruption blinding them, into the light.
2 Samuel 22
33 God is my strength and power: and he makes my way perfect.
34 He makes my feet like hinds’ feet: and sets me upon my high places.
35 He teaches my hands to war; so that a bow of steel is broken by my arms.
36 You have also given me the shield of your salvation: and your gentleness [meekness – having the power to destroy, but choosing instead to save] has made me great.
37 You have enlarged my steps under me; so that my feet did not slip.
38 I have pursued my enemies, and destroyed them; and turned not again until I had consumed them.
39 And I have consumed them, and wounded them, that they could not arise: yea, they are fallen under my feet.
40 For you have girded me with strength to battle: them that rose up against me have you subdued under me.
41 You have also given me the necks of my enemies, that I might destroy them that hate me.
42 They looked, but there was none to save; even unto the LORD, but he answered [‘anah] them not.
43 Then did I beat them as small as the dust of the earth, I did stamp them as the mire [tiyt] of the street, and did spread them abroad.
44 You also have delivered me from the strivings of my people, you have kept me to be head of the heathen [gowy]: a people which I knew not shall serve me.
45 Strangers shall submit themselves unto me: as soon as they hear [from my awakened people], they shall be obedient unto me.
46 Strangers shall fade away, and they shall be afraid out of their close places.
47 The LORD lives; and blessed be my Rock; and exalted be the God of the Rock of my salvation [from who flows His word, which is exalted above all other voices].
48 It is God that avenges me, and that bringeth down the people under me.
49 And that bringeth me forth from my enemies: you also have lifted [His voice in] me up on high above them that rose up against me: you have delivered me from the violent man.
50 Therefore I will give thanks unto you, O LORD, among the heathen, and I will sing praises unto your name.
51 He is the tower of salvation for his king: and shows mercy to his anointed, unto David, and to his seed for evermore.
2 Samuel 23
1 Now these be the last words of David. David the son of Jesse said, and the man who was raised up on high, the anointed of the God of Jacob, and the sweet psalmist of Israel, said,
2 The Spirit of the LORD spoke by me, and his word was in my tongue.
3 The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spoke to me, He that rules over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God.
4 And he shall be as the light of the morning [the understanding of the new day], when the sun rises [and shines from the east to the west], even a morning without clouds [even a new day when understanding has fully returned to the earth]; as the tender grass springing out [new life returns to] the earth by of clear shining [of understanding] after rain [this word of God sent from heaven].
5 Although my house be not so with God; yet he has made with me an everlasting covenant [that of my seed shall one come to sit on the throne], ordered [bringing order again] in all things, and sure: for this is all my salvation, and all my desire, although he makes it not to grow [until this time].
6 But the sons of Belial [who follow men, idols, as the gods of this dead and corrupt world] shall be all of them as thorns [misleaders] thrust away, because they cannot be taken with hands:
7 But the man that shall touch them must be fenced with iron [this law in my hand] and the staff of a spear; and they shall be utterly burned with fire [this word as the sword of the LORD from my mouth] in the same place.
1 Thessalonians 4
13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep [koima – made still and silent], that you sorrow not, even as others which have no hope [of them being reanimated].
14 For if we believe that Jesus died [apothnesko – to die away {from sight}] and rose again [from stillness and silence], even so them also which sleep [koimai – those that are lifeless: still and silent] in Jesus will God bring with [ago – lead by] him [quickening into life].
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the LORD, that we which are alive [zao] and remain unto the coming of the LORD shall not prevent [rise as ONE BODY before] them which are asleep [koimai – the lifeless, in whom His Spirit has not yet been awakened, as it will be by the effectual working of this word once heard and received].
16 For the LORD himself shall descend from heaven [full understanding] with a [an awakening] shout, with the voice of the archangel [His messenger from whom His shout is heard], and with the trump of God [calling all to gather to Him in His ONE BODY]: and the dead [nekros – lifeless {sleeping minds}] in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive [zao – already quickened from death into life] and remain [faithfully speaking His word as received] shall be caught up [harpazo – pulled from the fires] together with them in the clouds [into full understanding], to meet the LORD in the air [cleared of the smoke from the bottomless pit, which darkened the sun: made the church lifeless without light]: and so shall we ever be with the LORD [in heaven, in full understanding on the earth].
18 Wherefore comfort [lead into all truth] one another with these words.
1 Peter 4
1 Forasmuch then as Christ has suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin;
2 That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.
3 For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles [those who haven’t known the LORD], when we walked [with the misleading blind gods of this world] in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, reveling, banqueting, and abominable idolatries:
4 Wherein they think it strange that you run not with them to the same excess [ignorance] of riot, speaking evil of you:
5 Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick [zao] and the dead [nekros].
6 For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead [nekros], that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live [zao] according to God in the spirit.
7 But the end of all things is at hand: be you, therefore, sober [of a sound mind], and watch [understanding the experience] unto prayer [conversing with the LORD above His mercy seat].
8 And above all things have fervent charity [agape – freely giving this word as He has given it] among yourselves: for charity [agape] shall cover the multitude of sins.
9 Use hospitality one to another without grudging.
10 As every man has received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace [this gift] of God.
11 If any man speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God gives: that God in all things may be glorified [as the giver of the word] through Jesus Christ [through Jehovah’s Salvation manifested in our flesh], to whom be praise and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial [from the world who doesn’t know the LORD and can’t hear Him speaking] which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:
13 But rejoice, inasmuch as you are partakers of Christ’s [long] sufferings [not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to repentance]; that, when his glory [His presence in you] shall be revealed, you may be glad also with exceeding joy [that those recognizing Him have been made perfect by His word, power, effectually working in them, changing them, opening their eyes and ears to His gospel].
14 If you be reproached for the name [His identity in you] of Christ, happy are you; for the spirit of glory and of God rests upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.
15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters.
16 Yet if any man suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.
17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begins at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear [in the hell they’ve created and chosen]?
19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator [raising us from death and hell into life in His new heaven and earth].
2 Corinthians 4
1 Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have [at His mercy seat] received mercy, we faint not;
2 But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.
3 But if our gospel is hid, it is hidden to them that are lost:
4 In whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light [understanding] of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the LORD; and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake.
6 For God, who commanded the light [understanding] to shine out of darkness [ignorance], has shined in our hearts, to give the light [understanding] of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face [presence] of Jesus Christ.
7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
8 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;
10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the LORD Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.
11 For we which live are always delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.
12 So then death worketh in us, but life in you.
13 We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
14 Knowing that he which raised up the LORD Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.
Psalms 127
1 Except the LORD build the house, they labor in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman wakes but in vain.
2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he gives his beloved sleep.
3 Lo, children are a heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.
4 As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.
5 Happy is the man that has his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.
Isaiah 43
21 This people [my children in whose mouth is My word] have I formed for myself; they shall show forth my praise.
22 But you have not called upon me, O Jacob; but you have been weary of me, O Israel.
23 You have not brought me the small cattle of your burnt offerings; neither have you honored me with your sacrifices. I have not caused you to serve with an offering, nor wearied you with incense.
24 You have bought me no sweet cane with money, neither have you filled me with the fat of your sacrifices: but you have made me to serve with your sins, you have wearied me with your iniquities.
25 I, even I, am he that blots out your transgressions for my own sake, and will not remember your sins.
26 Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare you, that you mayest be justified.
27 Your first father has sinned, and your teachers [luwts – their scorning interpretations] have transgressed against me.
28 Therefore I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the curse, and Israel to reproaches.
Job 33
16 Then he [the present LORD] opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction,
17 That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man.
18 He keeps back his soul from the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword.
19 He is chastened also with pain upon his bed, and the multitude of his bones with strong pain:
20 So that his life abhors bread, and his soul dainty meat.
21 His flesh is consumed away, that it cannot be seen; and his bones that were not seen stick out.
22 Yea, his soul draws near unto the grave, and his life to the destroyers.
23 If there be a messenger [mal’ak – the angel of His presence] with him, an interpreter [luwts], one among a thousand, to show unto man his uprightness:
24 Then he is gracious unto him, and says, Deliver him from going down to the pit: I have found a ransom.
25 His flesh shall be fresher than a child’s: he shall return to the days of his youth:
26 He shall pray [‘athar – reciprocate: speak as spoken to] unto God, and he will be favorable unto him: and he shall see his face [paniym – they will realize His presence] with joy: for he will render [shuwb – return] unto man his [the LORD’s] righteousness.
27 He looks upon men, and if any say, I have sinned, and perverted that which was right, and it profited me not;
28 He will deliver his soul from going into the pit, and his life shall see the light [understanding, which is life].
29 Lo, all these things works God oftentimes with man,
30 To bring back his soul from the pit, to be enlightened with the light of the living.
Numbers 12
1 And Miriam [the rebellious] and Aaron [those called to deliver the light received from the one the LORD separated from the waters below] spoke against Moses [the one drawn from the waters below] because of the Ethiopian woman [covered in darkness] whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman.
2 And they said, Has the LORD indeed spoken only by Moses [I Am: Christ in him]? has he not spoken also by us? And the LORD heard it.
3 (Now the man Moses was very meek [as one who will inherit the earth], above all the men which were upon the face of [paniym – above all others, exalted by the LORD’s gentleness, sent to manifest the LORD’s presence on] the earth.)
4 And the LORD spoke suddenly [pith’own] unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto Miriam, Come out you three unto the tabernacle of the congregation [mow’ed, at this appointed time, before all God’s people who are His ONE BODY]. And they three came out.
5 And the LORD came down in the pillar of the cloud [with full understanding], and stood in the door of [the way into] the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they both came forth.
6 And he said, Hear [shama’ – obey, you rebels and disobedient] now my words: If there be a prophet [given My word] among you, I the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision [seeing me in the flesh from where I speak and work], and will speak unto him in a dream [manifested in his mind].
7 My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all my house. [as defined in Hebrews 3 & 2 Timothy 3, both below, as in the previous post]
8 With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches [chiydah]; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were you not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?
9 And the anger of the LORD was kindled against them; and he departed.
Hebrews 3
1 Wherefore [He is able to recuse, succor, us from our doubt], holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling [to declare Him present, and this word as His voice], consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession [homologia – giving us His word to declare], Christ Jesus;
2 Who was [is] faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house.
3 For this man was [is] counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who has built the house [from the stones from where His word flows] has more honor than the house.
4 For every house is built by some man; but he that built all things is God.
Deuteronomy 33
1 And this is the blessing, wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death.
2 And he said, The LORD came from Sinai [against the thorns], and rose up from Seir [against devils misleading us] unto them; he shined [understanding] forth from mount Paran [and made it clearly seen], and he came with ten thousands of saints [as Enoch foretold]: from his right hand went a fiery law for them.
3 Yea, he loved the people; all his saints are in your hand: and they sat down at your feet; every one shall receive of your words.
27 The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before you; and shall say, Destroy them.
28 Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain [of life] of Jacob shall be upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew [His word appearing on the earth at the beginning of this new day].
29 Happy are you, O Israel: who is like unto you, O people saved by the LORD, the shield of your help, and who is the sword [His word sent in this judgment] of your excellency! and your enemies shall be found liars unto you; and you shall tread upon their high places.
2 Timothy 3
7 Consider what I say; and the LORD give you [first] understanding in all things.
8 Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead [the first- fruit, now, of the resurrection of the dead] according to my gospel:
9 Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound [nor can any man shut what the LORD has now opened].
10 Therefore I endure all things for the elect’s sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
11 It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him:
12 If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:
13 If we believe not [He is resurrected in me], yet he abides faithful [in me]: he cannot deny himself. [I tell you the truth, I confess without fear, Jehovah’s Salvation, Jesus, is alive from the dead, Christ, in my flesh!]
14 Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the LORD that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.
15 Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Psalms 49
1 Hear [shama’ – obey] this, all you people; give ear [‘azan – perceive My presence by first hearing My voice], all you inhabitants of the world:
2 Both low and high, rich and poor, together.
3 My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.
4 I will incline my ear to a parable [mashal]: I will open my dark saying [chiydah] upon the harp [striking My enemies with these songs from My instrument].
5 Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, when the iniquity of my heels [the dirt, corruption, picked up in the journey, the interpretations of scorners] shall compass me about?
6 They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches;
7 None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him:
8 (For the redemption of their soul is precious, and it ceases forever:)
9 That he should still live forever, and not see corruption.
10 For he sees that wise men die, likewise the fool and the brutish person perish, and leave their wealth to others.
11 Their inward thought is, that their houses shall continue forever, and their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names.
12 Nevertheless [corrupt] man being in honor abides not: he is like the beasts [those lacking My Spirit, by choice] that perish.
13 This their way is their folly: yet their posterity approves [ratsah – happily accepts] their [corrupt] sayings. Selah.
14 Like sheep [misled to the slaughter] they are laid in the grave [sheol – in hell]; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning [now, when the light has come]; and their beauty shall consume in the grave [sheol – in hell] from their dwelling.
15 But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave [sheol – from hell, from where I Am resurrected]: for he shall receive me [into life everlasting]. Selah.
16 Be not you afraid when one is made rich, when the glory of his [corrupt] house is increased;
17 For when he dies he shall carry nothing away: his glory shall not descend after him.
18 Though while he lived he blessed his soul: and men will praise you, when you do well to yourself.
19 He shall go to the generation of his fathers; they shall never see light [this understanding, because they choose darkness, because their deeds are evil].
20 Man that is in honor, and understands not, is like the beasts that [lacking MY Spirit] perish.
