Continuing: in the past, we have often discussed the demagogue, those who create public prejudices, use them to agitate support against those who have power, and use it to propel themselves into replacing them. As we have learned, in Federalist #1, Alexander Hamilton says history has proven that the liberty of republics has most often been overturned by demagogues, who stirred the people into their overthrow. His point was these men, as now, promised to protect and champion some newly created right, in doing make their political enemies the demon depriving them. These incited pawns then vanquish (by any and all evil means) those who stood in their way and against their inciters. Hamilton says history had also proven these men always begin as demagogues and end as tyrants.

Liberty is defined as being able to freely act, speak, and move in society, irrespective of your political or religious views. In a Republic, such as ours, a Constitution is established to limit the extent to which government can necessarily restrict absolute liberty: (the absence of any law except that which the individual imposes on themselves). What then limits the individual’s actions? Conscience, the inner voice that tells us what is right or wrong, good or evil.

We have in the past also often discussed liberty itself as void of any morality. It is, in fact, a neutral state wherein an agent exercises (outwardly works) his own will; his will an extension of and governed by his conscience. Therefore, the more a person self-governs by conscience the less need there is for external laws and institutional government.

Our Declaration of Independence speaks of the laws of nature and nature’s God as that in which we are entitled to live, and to which we were separating ourselves from the tyranny imposed upon us, which was against our will (liberty). These laws tell of a state that exists in the void of any established government, where laws are self-evident and learned by their effect in and on life, liberty, and estate. They are self-imposed compacts governing behavior, under which civilization and peace is ONLY possible. They define how we as individuals, and as groups, will treat others. It is my observation that this nation, it’s beginning in a vast wilderness void of any government except these laws, resulted in the necessity to promote and propagate these ideas. And when formal governments were established they were likewise founded upon these principles, based on the self-evidence truth of their validity.

In previous posts, we have been discussing Isaiah 34:8 and the days of the LORD’s vengeance for the controversy of Zion. We understand Zion is from where God will rule over His people and the world. The controversy is with man over who will better rule them, God or man. We have also discussed the LORD’s vengeance as His teaching and advice that comes into the world as light, and to, from it, shake the wicked. We have seen this described in Isaiah 28 as the LORD’s teaching that brings rest and refreshing to as many as will receive it. We have seen and heard described these same men’s ideas as their covenant with death. These are those in control of what is taught. Their ideas are those that have led into a world that is now the habitation of the dead (Sheol); against which the LORD comes, which they resist, and thereby reject His rule and the Salvation of humanity.

What is the difference between the way man has and does rule, and the way God rules?

The men who now rule do so as demagogues, who we now see have become tyrants. They first accused, next attacked, and now have destroyed all ideas of a self-governing conscience. Then, once destroyed, they replace them with new distorted realities that produce injustice and disturb the peace. Their remedies are more and more laws, which restrict liberty, destroy lives, and demand the socialization of all property (except that of the elites funding and provoking the overthrow). So, they destroyed all self-restraint and use the resulting lawlessness to justify replacing it with government restraint, which can never make the lawless abide by the laws of civility and peace, and instead, they only restrict the liberty of the law abiding. Man’s ways are self-serving and his solutions victimization, which destroys men’s lives and civilization.

God’s rule is internal, renewing and elevating the mind through teaching and forming a healthy conscience. This is the state that allowed for our national formation with its unique and extreme liberty.

Without this self-governing foundation, our Constitution is abused to protect and defend those using its protections and excessive liberty to exercise their tyrannical will guided by an evil conscience.

This teaching gives an understanding of the difference between God’s vengeance, and those who rule us with wicked intentions. Man’s ways are what we now see: lies, deception, and manipulation used to attack and destroy only those who oppose their control and their means of achieving it. God’s judgment, His vengeance, is to teach sound doctrine, even when it requires giving all to achieve it. God, does not come to destroy men’s lives, but that they might have life and have it more abundantly.

Therefore, I ask you again, who will and does better rule over man and the world, God or man?

Friends, these are ideas all God’s people once knew and understood, and weren’t afraid to preach and teach. They were once taught and unashamedly publicized by all our institution. These same (church and state) establishments have now degenerated into a more primitive condition, as dogs returned to their vomit and a washed sow to her wallowing in the mire.

2 Peter 2
17 These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.
18 For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.
19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.
20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the LORD and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

Isaiah 24
1 Behold, the LORD makes the earth empty, and makes it waste, and turns it upside down, and scatters abroad the inhabitants thereof.
2 And it shall be, as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his master; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him.
3 The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD has spoken this word.
4 The earth mourns and fades away, the world languishes and fades away, the haughty people of the earth do languish.
5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.
6 Therefore has the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.
7 The new wine mourns, the vine languishes, all the merry-hearted do sigh.
8 The mirth of tabrets ceases, the noise of them that rejoice ends, the joy of the harp ceases.
9 They shall not drink wine with a song; strong drink shall be bitter to them that drink it.
10 The city of confusion is broken down: every house is shut up, that no man may come in.
11 There is a crying for wine in the streets; all joy is darkened, the mirth of the land is gone.
12 In the city is left desolation, and the gate is smitten with destruction.
13 When thus it shall be in the midst of the land among the people, there shall be as the shaking of an olive tree, and as the gleaning grapes when the vintage is done.
14 They shall lift up their voice, they shall sing for the majesty of the LORD, they shall cry aloud from the sea.
15 Wherefore glorify you the LORD in the fires, even the name of the LORD God of Israel in the isles of the sea.
16 From the uttermost part of the earth have we heard songs, even glory to the righteous. But I said, My leanness, my leanness, woe unto me! the treacherous dealers have dealt treacherously; yea, the treacherous dealers have dealt very treacherously.
17 Fear, and the pit, and the snare, are upon you, O inhabitant of the earth.
18 And it shall come to pass, that he who flees from the noise of the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that comes up out of the midst of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth do shake.
19 The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly.
20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.
21 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall punish the host of the high ones that are on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth.
22 And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited.
23 Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before his ancients gloriously.

Isaiah 25
1 O LORD, you are my God; I will exalt you, I will praise your name; for you have done wonderful things; your counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.
2 For you have made of a city an heap; of a defensed city a ruin: a palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built.
3 Therefore shall the strong people glorify you, the city of the terrible nations shall fear you.
4 For you have been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.
5 You shall bring down the noise of strangers, as the heat in a dry place; even the heat with the shadow of a cloud: the branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low.
6 And in this mountain shall the LORD of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined.
7 And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations.
8 He will swallow up death in victory; and the LORD God will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD has spoken it.
9 And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.
10 For in this mountain [Zion] shall the hand of the LORD rest, and Moab [the gateways keeping Him out] shall be trodden down under him, even as straw is trodden down for the dunghill.
11 And he shall spread forth his hands in the midst of them, as he that swims spreads forth his hands to swim [dividing the waters in the firmament – heaven where His word is rightly divided and taught – flows as waters]: and he shall bring down their pride together with the spoils of their hands.
12 And the fortress of the high fort of your walls shall he bring down, lay low, and bring to the ground, even to the dust.

As we have discussed, the way to the rest of men, societies, and the world, is to first come out (exodus) from among ALL these ideas, men, and the corrupted and defiled institution of church and states they control. Then the entrance (eisodos) is by a renewed mind into the kingdom of God, where He rules as God in/as the conscience of those wanting to live in peace and civilization. This is the appearing of the LORD at His kingdom.

2 Peter 1
11 For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ.
12 Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though you know them, and be established in the present truth.
13 Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance;
14 Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our LORD Jesus Christ has shewed me.
15 Moreover I will endeavor that you may be able after my decease to have these things always in remembrance.
16 For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our LORD Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.
17 For he received from God the Father honor and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
18 And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount.
19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto you do well that you take heed, as unto a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

2 Peter 2
1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily [from their own evil imaginations] shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the LORD that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingers not, and their damnation slumbers not.

2 Timothy 4
1 I charge you therefore before God, and the LORD Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
5 But watch you in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of your ministry.

Psalms 17
1 Hear the right, O LORD, attend unto my cry, give ear unto my prayer, that goes not out of feigned lips.
2 Let my sentence come forth from your presence; let your eyes behold the things that are equal.
3 You have proved mine heart; you have visited me in the night; you have tried me, and shall find nothing; I am purposed that my mouth shall not transgress.
4 Concerning the works of men, by the word of your lips I have kept me from the paths of the destroyer.
5 Hold up my goings in your paths, that my footsteps slip not.
6 I have called upon you, for you will hear me, O God: incline your ear unto me, and hear my speech.
7 Shew your marvelous lovingkindness, O you that saves by your right hand them which put their trust in you from those that rise up against them.
8 Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of your wings,
9 From the wicked that oppress me, from my deadly enemies, who compass me about.
10 They are enclosed in their own fat: with their mouth they speak proudly.
11 They have now compassed us in our steps: they have set their eyes bowing down to the earth;
12 Like as a lion that is greedy of his prey, and as it were a young lion lurking in secret places.
13 Arise, O LORD, disappoint him, cast him down: deliver my soul from the wicked, which is your sword:
14 From men which are your hand, O LORD, from men of the world, which have their portion in this life, and whose belly you fill with your hid treasure: they are full of children, and leave the rest of their substance to their babes.
15 As for me, I will behold your face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with your likeness.
