How has the LORD covered the daughter of Zion with a cloud in his anger, and cast down from heaven unto the earth the beauty of Israel, and remembered not his footstool in the day of his anger!

28 – 29 September 2026

How has the LORD covered the daughter of Zion with a cloud in his anger, and cast down from heaven unto the earth the beauty of Israel, and remembered not his footstool in the day of his anger!

The words “covered” and “cloud,” above in Lamentations 2:1, are both from the once-used word, ‘uwb, (dubiously, partially) said to mean, “to be dense or dark, i.e. to becloud:–cover with a cloud.”

It (‘uwb) describes “how” the LORD’s people “turned away” from Him into ignorance (darkness), which resulted in them being, like the waters below, separated from (heaven) the waters above (into the earth below), by the firmament (this exposition) the LORD says is heaven.

As we know, the LORD’s “anger” and “wrath” are the same: the manifestation of His presence in His word, sent (giving light, in the “day”) to those who continuously refuse it, even as they destroy themselves. The sentence saying “and remembered not [that the earth, where they have been cast down, is] His footstool,” refers to the daughter of Zion (not remembering).

This occurrence is given greater context as the word shuwb ({sh ‘uwb} meaning “to return” to the state “turned away” from) appears three times in the chapter: in verse 3 rendered “drawn,” verse 8 as “withdrawn,” and in verse 14 as “turn away.”

In the previous post, in Lamentations 3, the same point is spoken of, from the perspective of “remembering” the things departed from: understanding that remains in and awakens from the subconscious of the soul (of those here sleeping in death).

Lamentations 3 [[from the post, with today’s additions in double brackets]]
1 I Am the man [the first face of the unfolding presence of the LORD] that has seen affliction by the rod of his wrath [His word refused].
2 He has led me, and brought me into darkness [this time of ignorance], but not into light.
3 Surely against me is he turned [[shuwb]]; he turns his hand [work] against me all the day [to bring me out of darkness].
4 My flesh and my skin has he made old; he has broken my bones.
5 He has built against me, and [with corrupt men He] compassed me with gall and travail.
6 He has set me in dark places, as they that be dead of old [housed here in hell].

17 And you have removed my soul far off [zanach] from peace: I forgot [it is what creates] prosperity.
18 And I said, My strength [understanding] and my hope [in this promised end in His presence] is perished [‘abad – wandered away] from the LORD:
19 Remembering my affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the gall [that replaced His word].
20 My soul [my inner man sleeping inside this flesh] has them [the understanding we once received] still in remembrance, and is humbled in me.
21 This I recall [[shuwb]] to my mind [[leb – heart]], therefore have I hope [in this promised, covenanted, end].
22 It is of the LORD’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
23 They are new every morning [when His light rises again beginning a new day]: great is your faithfulness.

37 Who is he that says, and it comes to pass, when the LORD commanded it not?
38 Out of the mouth of the Most High proceeds not evil and good?
39 Wherefore does a living man complain, a man for the punishment of [correction that quickens to life: leading away {agape} from] his sins?
40 Let us search and try our ways, and turn again [[shuwb]] to the LORD [and His way].
41 Let us lift up our heart [minds] with our hands [works] unto God in the heavens [the place where understanding is found].
42 We have transgressed and have rebelled: you have not pardoned [by neglecting correction: good tending of the garden].
43 You have covered with anger [[‘aph]], and persecuted us: you have slain, you have not pitied.

59 O LORD, you have seen my wrong [‘avvathat – only used here, meaning oppression]: judge [shaphat] you my cause [mishpat – with Your righteous judgment].
60 You have seen all their vengeance and all their imaginations [machashabah – contrivances, creations] against me.
61 You have heard their reproach [cherpah – scorn and insults], O LORD, and all their imaginations [machashabah – contrivances, creations] against me;
62 The lips of those that rose up against me, and their device [higgayown – songs they repeat, plotting] against me all the day.
63 Behold their sitting down, and their rising up; I am their music.
64 Render [[shuwb]] unto them a recompence, O LORD, according to the work of their hands.
65 Give them sorrow of heart [minds], your curse unto them.
66 Persecute and destroy them in anger [[‘aph]] from [their hiding place] under [in the waters below, separated from] the heavens [the full understanding] of the LORD.

Before going on, we need to look much deeper into the title verse, which, when properly ordered, gives us the correct context of Jeremiah’s Lamentation. First, it isn’t a question, but a declaration of “how” the events that follow occurred. It is speaking of the first cause of Jacob’s trouble, the tribulation, out of which he, still wrestling with the LORD unknown, is saved.

The term “Jacob’s trouble” is from Jeremiah 30:7, which describes it (the tribulation, which, from here also, gets its now-known name as “great”) using the words tsarah gadowl. The first of these is from the words tsar, meaning “narrow; (as a noun) a tight place (usually figuratively, i.e. trouble); also a pebble (as in 6864); (transitive) an opponent (as crowding),” and Yahh (ah), from the once-used word ya’ah, meaning the one to whom it pertains (appertains).

This is the context, not of the LORD as the first cause (the departure, which is the first cause), but He is the ONE to whom it pertains, as in the One turned away from, of which He first warned: which is realized as He gives us this understanding, when we “return” to Him, and the veil is removed.

2 Corinthians 3
12 Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech [declaring the LORD is alive in us speaking and working unknown, until He reveals Himself]:
13 And not as Moses, which put a veil over his face [to hide the LORD’s presence], that the children of Israel could not steadfastly look to the end [when the presence of the Father is seen in the flesh of those in whom He lives] of that which is [corruption and corruptible flesh and blood] abolished:
14 But their minds [not their eyes] were blinded: for until this day [when this light has come] remains the same vail [of corruption] untaken away [hidden and sealed] in the reading of the Old Testament; which vail is done away in Christ [the LORD’s presence revealed in the flesh of His choosing].
15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart [minds unable to comprehend His presence in His word].
16 Nevertheless when it shall [by this preparation] turn [epistrepho – meaning “to revert” {return to that which was turned away from}] to the LORD [realizing He is Spirit risen in our flesh], the vail shall be taken away.
17 Now the LORD is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the LORD is, there is liberty [freedom from death and hell].
18 But we all, with open face [His presence revealed in our flesh] beholding as in a glass [mirror] the glory of the LORD [alive in us], are changed [metamorphoo – in mind] into the same image from glory to [reveal in us His] glory, even as [it truly is] by the Spirit of the LORD.

The word metamorphoo only appears three other times, twice telling of the LORD being “transfigured” on the mountain, and then in Romans 12:2, saying “And be not conformed to this {corrupt} world: but be you transformed {metamorphoo} by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

Friends, these passages plainly tell us our transfiguration, as was the LORD Jesus’, comes by the renewing of our minds, by turning away from the corruption that dominates all current understanding and discourse, which returning (to His One mind) only comes by faith that it is Him calling us back to the One from whom we departed.

Romans 12
3 For I say, through the grace [this gift of the LORD treasures from heaven] given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God has dealt to every man the measure of faith.

2 Corinthians 4
1 Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
2 But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness [panourgia], nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.
3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
4 In whom the god of this world [Satan working in those He possesses] has blinded the minds [not the eyes] of them which believe not [that He is always with us and willing to open the minds of the blind], lest the light [this understanding] of the glorious gospel of Christ [the LORD alive in my, our, flesh], who is the image of God, should shine [this understanding] unto them.
5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the LORD; and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake.
6 For God, who commanded the light [this understanding] to shine out of darkness [ignorance that now covers all the earth], has shined in our hearts [changed our minds] to give the light [this understanding] of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face [presence] of Jesus Christ [Jehovah’s Salvation manifested in the flesh He chooses and declares: commends].
7 But we have this treasure [this understanding from heaven] in earthen vessels [our flesh], that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
8 We are troubled [thlibo – the tribulation that would come, and is now] on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed [aporeo – with seemingly no way out], but not in despair;
9 Persecuted, but not forsaken [by the LORD who is always with us, in us]; cast down [with all the corrupt world into hell], but not destroyed [by the flames];
10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the LORD Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our [before dead flesh] body.

Jeremiah 10
1 Hear [shama’ – and obey] you the word which the LORD speaks unto you, O house of Israel:
2 Thus says the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen [those who haven’t known Me in any generation], and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven [this full understanding seen here and now]; for the heathen [who don’t know I Am in every generation] are dismayed at them.
3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cut a tree out of the forest [men they think are upright], the work of the hands of the workman [making them idols], with the axe.
4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not [from the corrupt positions they’ve created]. [These are the hypocrites, the hyper-critical, congenital liars, witnesses against their own ignorance, exposing themselves, who are forever spewing their fallacious opinions, who will never stop, never come to the present light, because their deeds are evil. They have made their choice and therefore, by their endless disruption of peace, condemn themselves to separation from the law-abiding and peaceful.]
5 They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not [according to this word, because there is no light in them]: they must need be borne [carried], because they cannot go [move on their own, but must be moved out of the way by the Spirit of the LORD moving upon the darkened deep]. Be not afraid of them; for [if we refuse to be affected] they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good [they are unable to produce a positive effect].
6 Forasmuch as there is none like unto you, O LORD; you are great, and your name is great in might.
7 Who would not fear you, O King of nations? for to you does it appertain [ya’ah – only appearing this once; pertaining to Yahh: I Am in the flesh]: forasmuch as among all the [falsely so-called] wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, there is none like unto you [none knowing the things only You know and teach us].
8 But they are altogether brutish and foolish: the stock is [their idols are] a doctrine of vanities [worthless words].
9 Silver spread into plates is brought from Tarshish, and gold from Uphaz, the work of the workman, and of the hands of the founder [tsaraph – refining things of earthly value and outer appearance]: blue and purple is their clothing [covering the deception within, by which they rule]: they are all the work of cunning men [chakam – the wise men of this world, who the LORD confounds with His truth].
10 But the LORD is the true God, he is the living God, and an everlasting king: at his wrath the earth [‘erets] shall tremble [to shake the wicked from it], and the nations [those refusing to know I Am] shall not be able to abide his indignation [za’am – which ends in these men’s destruction, which they should fear].
11 Thus shall you say unto them, The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth [‘erets], even they shall perish from the [new] earth, and from under these [new] heavens.
12 He has made the earth by his power, he has established the world by his wisdom, and has stretched out [in this firmament, this exposition] the heavens [this understanding spread before us] by his discretion.
13 When he utters his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens [by which His word from there comes], and he causes the vapors [nasiy’ – the prince in whom the elements of understanding are found] to ascend [to rise from the earth into the cloud] from the ends of the earth [‘erets – being left without understanding, ending the old and corrupt]; [and beginning the new] he [congealing the elements] makes lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures [by His Spirit moving upon the darkness He gives these gifts].
14 Every man is brutish in his knowledge: every founder [tsaraph – refiners, who should be removing corruption] is confounded by the graven image [the idols they created]: for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath [life] in them.
15 They are vanity [worthless words], and the work of errors: in the time of their visitation [pquddah – this time when I Am come as the Chief Overseer of the earth] they shall perish.
16 The portion of Jacob is not like them: for he is the former of all things; and Israel [My family, the children of My correction] is the rod [shebet – the scepter to rule this new earth] of his inheritance: The LORD of hosts [a man of war] is his name [I Am, His identity].
17 Gather up your wares [pack and move] out of the land [‘erets – the old earth], O inhabitant of the fortress [matsowr – the place of oppression, against which I Am laying siege].
18 For thus says the LORD, Behold, I will sling [qala’ – a seven times used word referring us to its use in 1 Samuel 25:29, speaking of the LORD slinging out David’s enemies] out the inhabitants of the land [‘erets] at this once, and will distress them, that they may find it so.
19 Woe is me for my [the carcass of My dead body] hurt! my wound is grievous; but I said, Truly this is a grief, and I must bear it.
20 My tabernacle is spoiled, and all my cords are broken: my children are gone forth of me, and they are not [the same words Rachel cries out, in Jeremiah 31:15, of Ephraim: God’s people at large in this last and first generation]: there is none to stretch forth my tent any more, and to set up my curtains.
21 For the pastors are become brutish, and have not sought [darash] the LORD: therefore they shall not prosper, and all their flocks shall be scattered [as it is].
22 Behold, the noise [qowl – voice] of the bruit [shmuw’ah – the report heard from Jehovah, I Am in this generation of the dead who are raised to life] is come, and a great commotion [ra’ash – the voice “shaking” heaven and earth, which brings the dead bones together and causes men to discern and choose good over evil] out of the north country [revealed from the darkness of men’s ignorance], to make the cities of Judah [the current crop of corrupt leaders] desolate, and a den of dragons [tanniym – men as serpents and whales, with their wide open mouths devouring men and swallowing them into the belly of hell].
23 O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself [but to You it appertains, to guide and direct him into a good way]: it is not in man that walks [his own evil way] to direct his steps.
24 O LORD, correct [yacar – see Jeremiah 17:13 below] me [back onto the right path], but with judgment; not in your anger [‘aph – let me not refuse your word], lest you bring me to nothing.
25 Pour out your fury upon the heathen that know you not, and upon the families that call not on your name [manifested identity: I Am]: for they have eaten up Jacob [and swallowed him into the belly of hell], and devoured him, and consumed him, and have made his habitation [this corrupt earth] desolate.

Jeremiah 14 begins with the LORD telling us He is therein speaking “concerning the dearth,” from the word batstsoreth, meaning “restraint (of rain), i.e. drought,” the time (now) when all the world is without this word of the LORD. It (batstsoreth) only appears one other time, in Jeremiah 17:8, rendered “drought,” without this word (rainwater) from the LORD who (now) alone sits enthroned in heaven (in the minds of Zion).

Jeremiah 14
8 O the hope of Israel, the savior [yasha’] thereof in time of trouble [tsarah – of tribulation], why shouldest you be as a stranger in the land [‘erets – in the earth], and as a wayfaring [‘arach – wandering] man that turns aside to tarry for a night [stopping during this time when the earth is covered by ignorance]?
9 Why shouldest you be [in Jeremiah as He is in me] as a man astonied [outwardly, to the minds blinded by the gods of this world, appearing to be perplexed, forsaken, being delivered unto death – as in 2 Corinthians 4 above], as a mighty man that cannot save? yet you, O LORD, are in the midst of us, and we are called by your name; leave us not.
10 Thus says the LORD unto this people, Thus have they loved to wander [away from Me], they have not refrained their feet, therefore the LORD does not accept them; he will now remember their iniquity, and visit [paqad – as the Chief Overseer of the earth] their sins.
11 Then said the LORD unto me, Pray not for this people [who are choosing their own way and rejecting this word of correction] for their good.
12 When they fast [a fast that I have not chosen], I will not hear their cry; and when they offer burnt offering [with strange fire] and an oblation, I will not accept them: but I will consume them by the sword [this word they reject], and by the famine [without this good word], and by the pestilence [the dis-ease caused by refusing this word and going their same old corrupt way].
13 Then said I, Ah, LORD God! behold, the prophets say unto them, You shall not see the sword, neither shall you have famine; but I [the LORD] will give you assured peace in this place.
14 Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spoke unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of naught, and the deceit [and the resulting violence] of their heart [minds].
15 Therefore thus says the LORD concerning the prophets that prophesy in my name, and I sent them not, yet they say, Sword and famine shall not be in this land; By sword and famine shall those prophets be consumed.
16 And the people to whom they prophesy shall be cast out in the streets of Jerusalem because of the famine and the sword; and they [the dead in animated flesh] shall have none to bury them, them, their wives, nor their sons, nor their daughters: for I will pour their wickedness upon them.
17 Therefore you shall say this word unto them; Let my eyes run down with tears [these living water, words telling of what the LORD sees] night and day, and let them not cease: for the virgin daughter of my people is broken with a great breach, with a very grievous blow.
18 If I go forth into the field, then behold the slain with the sword [by their refusal of this word from the mouth of the LORD]! and if I enter into the [evil] city, then behold them that are sick with famine [without this word]! yea, both the prophet and the priest go about into a land [‘erets – the new earth] that they know not.
19 Have you utterly rejected Judah [as they have rejected You LORD]? has your soul loathed Zion [as they have loathed You]? why have you smitten us, and [because of their rejection and loathing] there is no healing for us? we looked for peace, and there is no good; and for the time of healing, and behold trouble!
20 We acknowledge, O LORD, our wickedness, and the iniquity of our fathers: for we [choosing to remain in the corrupt words and ways they have taught] have sinned against you.
21 Do not abhor us, for your name’s sake, do not disgrace the throne of your glory: remember, break not your covenant with us.
22 Are there any among the vanities of the Gentiles [the worthless words and ways of strangers who refuse to know You] that can cause rain [this word from heaven to come down upon us]? or can the heavens [without Your presence there] give showers? are not you he, O LORD our God? therefore we will wait upon you: for you have made all these things [beautiful in Your time].

Jeremiah 15
11 The LORD said, Truly it shall be well with your [elect] remnant [the new crop of leaders I Am raising up outside the place where corruption rules]; truly I will cause the enemy to entreat you well in the time of evil and in the time of affliction [tsarah – in this tribulation].
12 Shall iron [this understanding, strength of the LORD] break the northern [the strength of ignorance] iron and the steel [nchosheth – brass]?
13 Your substance and your treasures [the life found in this gift of grace] will I give to the spoil [baz – the spoiled] without price [freely given as received], and that for [to correct] all your sins, even in all your borders [gbuwl – this shore upon which we have been vomited from the belly of the earth: hell]
14 And I will make you to pass [‘abar – I will make you, from there in hell, to pass over from death into life] with your enemies into a land [‘erets – into the new earth] which you knowest not: for a fire is kindled in my anger [‘aph – upon those who refuse this word of salvation], which shall burn upon you.
15 O LORD, you knowest: remember me, and visit [paqad – as the Chief Overseer of the earth] me, and revenge me of my persecutors; take me not away in your longsuffering: know that for your sake I have suffered rebuke [cherpah – scorn and insult].
16 Your words were found, and I did eat them; and your word was unto me the joy and rejoicing [the realization of Your presence with us, in us] of my heart [mind]: for I am called by your name [Your identity], O LORD God of hosts [a man of war].
17 I sat not in the assembly of the mockers, nor rejoiced [in their presence]; I sat alone because of your hand: for you have filled me with [Your righteous] indignation [za’am – which end in the destruction of the incorrigibly wicked].
18 Why is my pain perpetual, and my wound incurable, which [Your dead body] refuse to be healed? will you be altogether unto me as a liar, and as waters that fail [and not complete us at this expected end]?
19 Therefore thus says the LORD, If you return [shuwb – to Me], then will I bring you again [shuwb], and you shall stand [‘amad – in this promised resurrection] before me [paniym – in My presence as promised]: and if you take forth the precious from the vile [as in this firmament, separating the vile water below from the waters above], you shall be as my mouth [speaking My word as received]: let them return [shuwb] unto you; but return [shuwb] not you unto them [their corruption, out of which I have led you, and all who hear My voice with you, into life].
20 And I will make you unto this people a fenced [batsar – ending the drought] brasen [nchosheth – brass, strength] wall [of protection, as ensign upon the wall of Babylon, lifted as the son of man must be lifted, like the serpent Moses raised in the wilderness, and all who looked to Him were saved from the mouths, the bites of the serpents slithering among them]: and they shall fight against you, but they shall not prevail against you: for I am with you [in the midst of you] to save you and to deliver you, says the LORD.
21 And I will deliver you [natsal – the same as the Greek word harpazo, plucking us from the fires of hell] out of the hand of the wicked, and I will redeem [padah] you out of the hand of the terrible [‘ariyts – those you have feared, the “powerful or tyrannical”].

Jeremiah 16
10 And it shall come to pass, when you shall show this people all these words, and they shall say unto you, Wherefore has the LORD pronounced all this great evil against us? or what is our iniquity? or what is our sin that we have committed against the LORD our God?
11 Then shall you say unto them, Because your fathers have forsaken [‘azab – have turned away from Me and refuse to return to] me, says the LORD, and have walked after [‘achar – in these last days] other [‘acher] gods [as in Exodus 20:3, the gods of this world you exalt above Me], and have served them, and have worshipped them, and have forsaken [‘azab – turned away from] me, and have not kept [shamar – not protected and defended from men’s corruption] my law [My written word];
12 And you have done worse than your fathers; for, behold, you walk every one after the imagination [creations of your imaginations, strange opinions you call truth] of his evil heart [mind], that [put them in My place and call them by My name, that] they may not hearken [sama’ – hear and obey] unto me:
13 Therefore will I cast you out of this land [‘erets – the old and corrupt earth, whose first language is deception] into a land [‘erets – the new earth, wherein dwell righteousness] that you know not, neither you nor your fathers; and there shall you serve other gods day and night [when understanding and ignorance are present]; where [because of your rejection of this understanding] I will not show you favor.
14 Therefore, behold, the days come [the time when light has returned], says the LORD, that it shall no more be said, The LORD lives, that brought up the children of Israel out of the land of [‘erets – the earth ruled by] Egypt;
15 But, The LORD lives, that brought up the children of Israel from the land [‘erets – the earth] of the north [held in darkness and ignorance], and from all the lands [’erets – the old and totally corrupt earth] whither he had driven them: and I will bring them again [shuwb – return them] into their land [‘adamah – this first generation of the LORD’s new creation] that I gave unto their fathers.
16 Behold, I will send for many fishers, says the LORD, and they shall fish them [out of the waters below]; and after will I send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain [saving them from the institutions of church and state, who hold them down, and will hold them down until they are taken out of our midst], and from every hill [from where they exercise their wicked power], and out of the holes of the rocks [their hiding places from where they speak deceit].
17 For my eyes are upon all their ways: they are not hid [cathar] from my face [paniym – My presence], neither is their iniquity hid [tsaphan] from my eyes.
18 And first I will recompense their iniquity and their sin double; because they have defiled my land [‘erets – My earth; Yes that’s right, it belongs to Me and Me alone, and I give it to whomever I will], they have filled [male’ – filled full] my inheritance [nachalah – My possession; the earth] with the carcasses [nbelah – the decaying dead flesh] of their detestable [shiqquwts] and abominable [tow’ebah] things.
19 O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction [tsarah – this great tribulation], the Gentiles [gowy – all those who haven’t known the LORD] shall come unto you from the ends of the earth [‘erets – ending the old and beginning the new]; and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.
20 Shall a man make gods unto himself, and they are no gods?
21 Therefore, behold, I will this once cause them to know, I will cause them to know my hand [work] and my might; and they shall know that my name [identity] is The LORD.

Jeremiah 17
7 Blessed is the man that trusts in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.
8 For he shall be as a tree [of life] planted by the [river of life-giving] waters, and that spreads out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat comes, but her leaf [given for the healing of the nations – see Revelation 22:2] shall be green; and shall not be careful [da’ag – the origin of the word dag, the fish that swallowed Jonah, fear and the agitation below the surface of the waters causing the storm] in the year of drought [batstsoreth – when the earth is without this word of God heard], neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
9 The heart [mind] is deceitful [and results in violence] above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
10 I the LORD search the heart [mind], I try the reins [thoughts upon which decisions are based], even to give every man according to his [own] ways, and according to the fruit of his [own] doings.
11 As the partridge sits on eggs, and [neglecting them] hatches them not; so he that gets [worldly] riches, and not by right, shall leave [‘azab] them in the midst [chetsiy – the word rendered “half” in Daniel 12:7, speaking of rightly dividing the time and times, and thereby knowing the end] of his days, and at his end [‘achariyth – the after-life now come] shall be a fool.
12 A glorious high throne from the beginning [of this new creation] is the place of our sanctuary [in the presence of the LORD].
13 O LORD, the hope of Israel, all that forsake [‘azab – who leave, and refuse to return to] you shall be ashamed [not reaching the end they have been told of by their false teachers], and they that depart [yacuwr – with affinity to yacar, meaning chastisement] from me [His instruction, teaching] shall be written [engraved – buried and remain] in the [belly of the] earth, because they have forsaken [‘azab – refused to return to] the LORD, the fountain of living waters.

Jeremiah 30
1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
2 Thus [in this manner] speaks the LORD God of Israel, saying, Write you all the words that I have spoken unto you in a book.
3 For, lo, the days [this time of the light returned, when I, as promised, have written this word into your minds] come, says the LORD, that I will bring again [shuwb] the captivity [the LORD again possessing the minds] of my people Israel and Judah, says the LORD: and I will cause them to return [shuwb] to the land [‘erets – the earth] that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.
4 And these are the words that the LORD spoke concerning Israel and concerning Judah.
5 For thus says the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace.
6 Ask you now, and see whether a man does travail with child? Wherefore [metaphorically] do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?
7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble [tsarah – tribulation], but he shall be saved [yasha’] out of it.
8 For it shall come to pass in that day, says the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off your neck, and will burst your bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:
9 But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.
10 Therefore fear you not, O my servant Jacob, says the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save you from afar [rachowq – this time ruled by the evil decrees of the wicked in power], and your seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return [shuwb], and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.
11 For I am with you, says the LORD, to save you: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered you, yet I will not make a full end [kalah] of you: but I will correct you in measure, and will not leave you altogether unpunished [naqah – uncleaned].
12 For thus says the LORD, Your bruise is incurable, and your wound is grievous.
13 There is none to plead your cause, that you mayest be bound up: you have no healing medicines.
14 All your lovers have forgotten you; they seek you not; for I have wounded you with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the multitude of your iniquity; because your sins were increased.
15 Why cry you for your affliction? your sorrow is incurable for the multitude of your iniquity: because your sins were increased, I have done these things unto you.
16 Therefore all they that devour you shall be devoured; and all your adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil you shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon you will I give for a prey.
17 For I will restore health unto you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the LORD; because they called you an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeks after.
18 Thus says the LORD; Behold, I will bring again the captivity of Jacob’s tents, and have mercy on his dwelling-places; and the city shall be built upon her own heap, and the palace shall remain after the manner thereof.
19 And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small [tsa’ar].
20 Their children also shall be as aforetime, and their congregation shall be established before me [paniym – manifesting My presence with you, in you], and I will punish [paqad – as the Chief Overseer of the earth] all that oppress them.
21 And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me: for who is this that engaged his heart [mind] to approach unto me? says the LORD.
22 And you shall be my people, and I will be your God.
23 Behold, the whirlwind [this wheel within a wheel, manifesting the presence] of the LORD goes forth with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked.
24 The fierce anger [‘aph – this word] of the LORD shall not return [shuwb], until he has done it, and until he has performed the intents of his heart [mind]: in the latter days [‘achariyth – this after-life now come] you shall consider [biyn – understand] it.

Jeremiah 49
19 Behold, he shall come up [‘alah – rise in the flesh of a man] like [the second face of the wheel] a lion from [roaring against] the swelling [pride] of Jordan [the words that carry all in the descent into death and hell] [the LORD roaring] against the habitation of the strong [the wicked in power]: but I will suddenly make him [the wicked] run away from her [God’s people He releases from their possession]: and who is a chosen man [from whom I roar as a lion], that I may appoint [paqad – as the Chief Overseer] over her? for who is like me [created in My image]? and who will appoint me the time? and who is that shepherd [ra’ah – seer seeing as I see] that will stand [‘amad] before me [paniym – in My presence manifesting my presence]?
20 Therefore hear [shama’ – obey] the counsel of the LORD, that he has taken against Edom [the enemies mixed among us, at war with us while claiming it’s peace]; and his purposes [machashabah], that he has purposed [chashab – as in verse 30 below] against the inhabitants of Teman [the places where the wise and prudent are in darkness: in ignorance]: Surely the least of the flock [I Am as an ox {the third face of the wheel} doing His work – of the least value in man’s eyes] shall draw them out [the wicked into this light]: surely he shall make [by His quick work upon the earth] their habitations desolate with them.
21 The earth is moved [ra’ash – the shaking that brings the dead bones together, as in Ezekiel 37:7 where it’s an identical word] at the noise of [qowl – by the LORD’s voice, effectually working to bring] their fall, at the cry the noise [qowl – the LORD’s voice roaring] thereof was heard in the Red [reed, referring to the papyrus upon which the written word comes to humanity] sea [the termination point of the proud waves].
22 Behold [when we see this is the word of the LORD manifesting His presence], he shall come up [‘alah – rise in the flesh of a man in whom His word is exalted, lifted above all] and fly [in the strength of His full understanding given and received] as the eagle [the fourth face of the wheel], and spread his wings [this voice moving His people] over Bozrah [against the stronghold of the wicked]: and at that day [this time of light] shall the heart [minds] of the mighty men of Edom [leading the enemies] be as the heart [mind] of a woman in her pangs [having to idea they are bringing forth the LORD’s ONE united BODY].
23 Concerning Damascus [God’s people who’ve been silent and in sorrow], Hamath [the stronghold, the powers holding them therein] is confounded [buwsh – ashamed and disappointed by not reaching the end they seek: not able to destroy all humanity], and Arpad [spread out: this exposition in the firmament is laid before them]: for they have heard [shama’ – obeyed, and decreed] evil [ra’] tidings [shmuw’ah – against this voice of the LORD, the report by which His arm, work, is revealed]: they are fainthearted [muwg – their evil decrees and their wicked institutions are dissolved]; there is sorrow [d’agah – this is the agitation, the storm, caused by the whale, the open mouths of the wicked, that swallows men into death and hell] on the sea [against all humanity]; it [the evil voices] cannot be quiet [refuse to be silenced].
24 Damascus [the LORD’s silent people] is waxed feeble, and turns herself [from Him] to flee [as did Jonah], and fear [of the storm] has seized on her: anguish [tsarah – tribulation] and sorrows have taken her [swallowing her into the belly of death and hell], as a woman in travail [needing the bring forth her child, the ONE BODY from the belly of the tanniyn: men, as whales and serpents, dragons who with open mouths devoured them].
25 How is the city of praise not left [‘azab – not loosed from death and hell], the city of my joy [that should by now realized My presence with them, even here in hell]!
26 Therefore her young men shall fall in her streets, and all the men of war shall be cut off in that day, says the LORD of hosts.
27 And I will kindle a fire in the wall [of lies and falsehood] of Damascus [holding them in silence and sorrow], and it shall consume [‘akal – eat, swallow, devour] the palaces of Benhadad [the sons of the mighty in power].

Jeremiah 50
43 The king of Babylon [the powers, wielding confusion caused by false prophets, who ruled the world into delusion and now mass insanity] has heard the report [shama’ shema’ – understood and obeyed – acted knowing the time is of his end] of them, and his hands waxed feeble: anguish [tsarah – tribulation he caused] took hold of him, and pangs as of a woman in travail [fearing what they have brought forth].
44 Behold, he [the LORD, I Am] shall come up like a lion from [roaring against] the swelling [proud waves] of Jordan [words that carried all in the descent into death] unto the habitation of the strong [in power]: but I will make them [the wicked] suddenly run away from her [My people they have oppressed]: and who is a chosen man, that I may appoint [paqad – who I will make Chief Overseer] over her? for who is like me? and who will appoint me the time? and who is that shepherd that will stand before me? [All these are references to Michael, who is like God and stands for God’s people in this time of Jacob’s trouble {tsarah}, and Shiloh, who comes as the shepherd and stone of God’s people – the king of peace, and king of righteousness, in the order of Melchizedek]
45 Therefore hear you the counsel of the LORD, that he has taken against Babylon; and his purposes, that he has purposed against the land of the Chaldeans: Surely the least of the flock [{as in Ahasuerus} “I will be silent and poor {without earthly power}”] shall draw them out: surely he shall make their habitation desolate with them.
46 At the noise [qowl – the LORD’s voice] of the taking of Babylon the earth is moved, and the cry is heard among the nations.

The following, ending with Psalms 118, is the end of the post of 23 June 2025, with today’s additions in double brackets.

Lamentations 2
1 How has the LORD covered the daughter of Zion with a cloud [removing understanding from the earth] in his anger, and cast down from heaven unto the earth the beauty of Israel, and remembered not his footstool in the day of his anger!
2 The LORD has swallowed up all the habitations of Jacob, and has not pitied: he has thrown down in his wrath the strong holds of the daughter of Judah; he has brought them down to the ground: he has polluted the kingdom and the princes thereof.
3 He has cut off in his fierce anger all the horn of Israel: he has drawn [[shuwb]] back his right hand [His power and work] from before [paniym – of His presence against] the enemy, and he burned against Jacob like a flaming fire, which devours round about.
4 He has bent his bow like an enemy: he stood with his right hand as an adversary, and slew all that were pleasant to the eye in the tabernacle of the daughter of Zion: he poured out his fury like fire.
5 The LORD was as an enemy: he has swallowed up Israel, he has swallowed up all her palaces: he has destroyed his strong holds, and has increased in the daughter of Judah mourning and lamentation.
6 And he has violently taken away his tabernacle, as if it were of a garden: he has destroyed his places of the assembly: the LORD has caused the solemn feasts and Sabbaths to be forgotten in Zion, and has despised in the indignation [za’am] of his anger [[‘aph]] the king and the priest.
7 The LORD has cast off his altar, he has abhorred his sanctuary, he has given up into the hand of the enemy the walls of her palaces; they have made a noise [[qowl – they have exalted their voices]] in the house of the LORD, as in the day of a solemn feast.
8 The LORD has purposed to destroy the wall [[of lies]] of the daughter of Zion: he has stretched out a line, he has not withdrawn [[shuwb]] his hand from destroying: therefore he made the rampart and the wall to lament; they languished together.
9 Her gates are sunk into the ground; he has destroyed and broken her bars: her king and her princes are among the Gentiles [[those who haven’t known the LORD]]: the law is no more; her prophets also find no vision from the LORD.
10 The elders of the daughter of Zion sit upon the ground, and keep silence: they have cast up dust upon their heads; they have girded themselves with sackcloth: the virgins of Jerusalem hang down their heads to the ground.
11 My eyes do fail with tears, my bowels are troubled, my liver is poured upon the earth, for the destruction of the daughter of my people; because the children and the sucklings swoon in the streets of the city.
12 They say to their mothers, Where is corn and wine [where is the teaching that gives knowledge, wisdom, and understanding]? when they swooned as the wounded in the streets of the city, when their soul was poured out into their mothers’ bosom.
13 What thing shall I take to witness for you? what thing shall I liken to you, O daughter of Jerusalem? what shall I equal to you, that I may comfort you [lead you into truth], O virgin daughter of Zion? for your breach is great like the sea: who can heal you?
14 Your prophets have seen vain and foolish things for you: and they have not discovered your iniquity [as do God’s true and faithful prophets], to turn away [[shuwb]] your captivity; but have seen for you false burdens and causes of banishment.
15 All that pass by clap their hands at you; they hiss and wag their head at the daughter of Jerusalem, saying, Is this the city that men call The perfection of beauty, The joy of the whole earth?
16 All your enemies have opened their mouth against you: they hiss and gnash the teeth: they say, We have swallowed her up [[into the belly of hell]]: certainly this is the day that we looked for; we have found, we have seen it.
17 The LORD has done that which he had devised; he has fulfilled his word that he had commanded in the days of old: he has thrown down, and has not pitied: and he has caused your enemy to rejoice over you, he has set up the horn [the power] of your adversaries.
18 Their heart cried unto the LORD, O wall of the daughter of Zion, let tears run down like a river day and night: give yourself no rest; let not the apple of your eye [His pupils He’s taught to see as He sees] cease.
19 Arise, cry out in the night [now when darkness covers the earth]: in the beginning of the watches pour out your heart [His mind] like water before the face [paniym – manifesting the presence] of the LORD: lift up your hands toward him for the life of your young children, that faint for hunger [without His word heard] in the top of every street.
20 Behold, O LORD, and consider to whom you have done this. Shall the women eat their fruit, and children of a span long? shall the priest and the prophet be slain in the sanctuary of the LORD?
21 The young and the old lie on the ground in the streets: my virgins and my young men are fallen by the sword [this word they refuse]; you have slain them in the day of your anger [[‘ash]]; you have killed, and not pitied [Loruhamah – meaning not pitied; see Hosea 1:6, the daughter of Hosea and Gomer his harlot wife].
22 You have called as in a solemn day my terrors [maguwn] round about, so that in the day of the LORD’s anger [[‘aph]] none escaped [[the whirlwind]] nor remained [[after it]]: those that I have swaddled and brought up has my enemy consumed [[kalah – made a full end of]].

Men will says, “Why has the LORD caused this and not prevented it?” These are the ignorant questions meant only to cause an endless agitation, the continued argument against those the LORD has sent as His answer. His prophets are the preventive measure and the intervention, both of which are ignored by men who sit in seats of power, the leading sources of the troubles, only wanting to keep and gain more power, feckless men who never solve anything.

2 Peter 2
17 These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved forever.
18 For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.
19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.
20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the LORD and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, [and like the swept house] the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. [Matthew 12:45 Then goes he, and takes with himself seven other spirits {the old and corrupt ways of the God’s people} more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation {as it is}.]
21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

Jeremiah 4
1 If you will return [[shuwb]], O Israel, says the LORD, return [[shuwb]] unto me: and if you will put away your abominations out of my sight, then shall you not remove [nuwd – shall not wander in the wilderness any longer].
2 And you shall swear, The LORD lives, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness; and the nations [those who haven’t known Him] shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory.
3 For thus says the LORD to the men of Judah [the leaders of God’s people] and Jerusalem [His people at large], Break up your fallow ground [niyr – hardened without this word from heaven], and sow not among thorns [misleaders speaking their own words].
4 Circumcise yourselves to the LORD, and take away the foreskins of your heart [the flesh covering your mind and keeping you from seeing the LORD present with us, in us], you men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: lest my fury come forth like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.
5 Declare you in Judah, and publish in Jerusalem; and say, Blow you the trumpet in the land [‘erets – the earth, declaring it is the time when the LORD’s presence is revealed in His word heard from us]: cry, gather together [with Him into His ONE BODY], and say, Assemble yourselves, and let us go into the defensed cities [in His presence].
6 Set up the standard [nec – the pole upon which the son of man must be lifted, as Moses lifted the serpent in the wilderness] toward Zion [where the LORD reigns over the earth through His people in whom He dwells]: retire, stay not [in the old and corrupt world]: for I will bring evil from the north [revealing the ignorance of the old], and a great destruction [that the wicked in power have wrought].
7 The lion [roaring as if they are gods] is come up from his thicket, and the destroyer of the Gentiles [those who haven’t known the LORD] is on his way; he is gone forth from his place to make your land [‘erets -the old earth] desolate; and your cities shall be laid waste [as they are], without an inhabitant [without any living man].
8 For this gird you with sackcloth, lament and howl: for the fierce anger [[‘aph]] of the LORD is not turned back [[shuwb]] from us.
9 And it shall come to pass at that day, says the LORD, that the heart [sound mind] of the king [the communists now in power in church and state] shall perish, and the heart [minds] of the princes; and the priests shall be astonished [without any understanding of this moment of the LORD’s manifested presence], and the prophets shall wonder [what they are experiencing].
10 Then said I, Ah, LORD God! surely you have greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, [by their false prophets] saying, You shall have peace; whereas the sword [this word they refuse] reaches unto the soul.
11 At that time shall it be said to this people and to Jerusalem, A dry wind of the high places [the words of men power] in the wilderness toward the daughter of my people, not to fan, nor to cleanse,
12 Even a full wind from those places shall come unto me [ending the old heaven and earth]: now also will I give sentence against them [that all but the very few elect remnant are dead and here in hell].
13 Behold, he [I Am] shall come up as clouds [the full understanding that left the earth], and his chariots shall be as a whirlwind [the LORD’s Almighty Spirit, from where His voice is heard]: his horses are swifter than eagles [the final face of the LORD’s unfolding presence manifested in the wheel within a wheel]. Woe unto us! for we are spoiled [without any understanding].
14 O Jerusalem, wash [with these waters from heaven] your heart [minds] from wickedness [that blinds you], that you mayest be saved. How long shall your vain [worthless] thoughts lodge within you?
15 For a voice [of the LORD from a man] declares from Dan [this judgment], and publishes [shama’ – is heard and obeyed] affliction from [in this time of tribulation] mount Ephraim [to the leaders of God’s people in this last generation, which will become the first of the new].
16 Make you mention [zakar – remember the LORD] to the nations [all who haven’t known Him]; behold, publish [shama’ – hear and obey His voice] against Jerusalem, that watchers [natsar – who as watchmen guard and protect God’s people] come from a far country [merchaq – as the LORD decreed], and give out their voice against the [ruined] cities of Judah.
17 As keepers of a field, are they against her round about; because she has been rebellious against me, says the LORD.
18 Your way and your doings have procured these things [the end, desolation, of the old heaven and earth] unto you; this is your wickedness, because it is bitter, because it reaches unto your heart [your corrupted and ignorant minds].
19 My bowels, my bowels! I am pained at my very heart [mind]; my heart [mind] makes a noise [of war] in me; I cannot hold my peace, because you have heard [shama’ – and obeyed], O my soul, the sound of [[qowl – the voice of the LORD’s Archangel, as]] the trumpet [calling all to gather to the present LORD], the alarm of war.
20 Destruction upon destruction is cried; for the whole land [‘erets – earth] is spoiled: suddenly [pith’own] are my tents spoiled, and my curtains [that keep the winds of false doctrine out of the dwelling place] in a moment.
21 How long shall I see the standard [nec – the son of man lifted, that the LORD’s voice heard from him is exalted above all other voices], and hear [shama’ – and I Am obedient to] the sound [[qowl – voice]] of the trumpet [that called me to gather to Him in ONE BODY]?
22 For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish [foolishly rebellious] children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.
23 I beheld [seeing as the LORD sees] the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void [tohuw bohuw; one of three times these words appears together; the same as Genesis 1:2, the condition the earth had become before the new creation and the return of light; and Isaiah 34:11 rendered “confusion” and “emptiness,” speaking of the earth’s foundation and what is built upon it]; and the heavens [where understanding should be found], and they had no light [no understanding].
24 I beheld the mountains [the governments of church and state], and, lo, they trembled [ra’ash – this voice shaking them and bringing the dead bones of the body of Christ together and from death into life], and all the hills moved lightly [were realized to be of little value].
25 I beheld, and, lo, there was no [living] man, and all the birds of the heavens [that were lifted there by the LORD’s understanding] were fled.
26 I beheld [I saw by the LORD’s eyes that which all men are blind to], and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence [[pqniym]] of the LORD, and by [[paniym – His presence manifested in]] his fierce anger [[‘aph]].
27 For thus has the LORD said, The whole land [‘erets – the whole earth] shall be desolate; yet will I not make a full end [kalah].
28 For this shall the earth [[‘erets]] mourn, and the heavens [[the places where understanding should be found]] above be black [without understanding]; because I have spoken it, I have purposed it, and will not repent [not change My mind about it], neither will I turn back [[shuwb]] from it.
29 The whole city shall flee for the noise of [qowl – this voice of the LORD from] the horsemen and bowmen; they shall go into thickets [against the misleaders and deceivers], and climb up upon the rocks: every city shall be forsaken, and not a [living] man dwells therein [Babylon – the confusion that now rules over the darkened world].
30 And when you are spoiled, what will you [harlot Christians and Jews] do? Though you clothe yourself with crimson, though you deck you with ornaments of gold, though you rent your face with painting, in vain shall you make yourself fair; your lovers will despise you, they will seek your life.
31 For I have heard a voice as of a woman in travail, and the anguish [[tsarah – this great tribulation]] as of her that bringeth forth her first child [the ONE BODY of Christ into this new creation], the voice of the daughter of Zion, that bewails herself, that spreads her hands, saying, Woe is me now! for my soul is wearied because of murderers [who have made all the world dead, needing to be born again into life].

Jeremiah 31
17 And there is hope in your end [‘achariyth – these last days of darkness], says the LORD, that your children shall come again [[shuwb]] to their own border [the beginning of this new earth].
18 I have surely heard Ephraim [God’s people in this generation, meaning both heap of double ruin and heap of double blessing, “double” referring to the dead here raised to life, as the children of Joseph: the one separated from his brethren until he is revealed as the king of their salvation] bemoaning himself thus; You have chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock unaccustomed to the yoke: turn [[shuwb]] you me, and I shall be turned [[shuwb]]; for you are the LORD my God.
19 Surely after that I was turned [[shuwb]], I repented; and after [[‘achar – in these last days]] that I was instructed, I smote upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth.
20 Is Ephraim my dear son? is he a pleasant child? for since I spoke against him, I do earnestly remember him still: therefore, my bowels are troubled for him; I will surely have mercy upon him, says the LORD.
21 Set you up waymarks, make you high heaps: set your heart toward the highway, even the way which you went: turn again [[shuwb]], O virgin of Israel, turn again [[shuwb]] to these your cities.
22 How long will you go about, O you backsliding daughter? for the LORD has created a new thing in the earth, A woman shall compass [cabab – be led by and gather around; referring us to its use in Deuteronomy 32:10] a man.

Deuteronomy 32
10 He [the LORD] found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about [cabab], he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye [His pupils He’s taught to see as He sees].
11 As an eagle [the final face of the unfolding presence of the LORD] stirs up her nest, flutters over her young, spreads abroad her wings, takes them, bears them on her wings [the words that are the strength by which we rise into the heavens: full understanding of His presence to which we are joined]:
12 So the LORD alone did lead him, and there was no strange god with him.

Hosea 1
7 But I will have mercy upon the house of Judah [the elect remnant], and will save them by the LORD their God, and will not save them by bow, nor by sword, nor by battle, by horses, nor by horsemen.
8 Now when she had weaned Loruhamah [people upon who none have shown mercy], she conceived, and bare a son.
9 Then said God, Call his name Loammi [not called God’s people]: for you are not my people, and I will not be your God.
10 Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, You are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, You are the sons of the living God.
11 Then shall the children of Judah and the children of Israel be gathered together, and appoint themselves one head, and they shall come up out of the land: for great shall be the day of Jezreel [when I separate them from all the people of the [[old]] earth, and sow them into the [[new]] earth as My people].

Psalms 118
1 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: because his mercy endures forever.
2 Let Israel now say, that his mercy endures forever.
3 Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endures forever.
4 Let them now that fear the LORD say, that his mercy endures forever.
5 I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place.
6 The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?
7 The LORD taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.
8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.
9 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.
10 All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD will I destroy them.
11 They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.
12 They compassed me about like bees: they are quenched as the fire of thorns: for in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.
13 You have thrust sore at me that I might fall: but the LORD helped me.
14 The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation.
15 The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD does valiantly [chayil].
16 The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD does valiantly [chayil].
17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.
18 The LORD has chastened me sore: but he has not given me over unto death.
19 Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD:
20 This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.
21 I will praise you: for you have heard me, and are become my salvation.
22 The stone which the builders refused is become the headstone of the corner.
23 This is the LORD’s doing; it is marvelous in [opening] our eyes.
24 This is the day which the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
25 Save now [Hosanna], I beseech you, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech you, send now prosperity.
26 Blessed be he that comes in the name of the LORD: we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.
27 God is the LORD, which has shown us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.
28 You are my God, and I will praise you: you are my God, I will exalt you.
29 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endures forever.
