And both of these kings’ hearts shall be to do mischief, and they shall speak lies at onetable; but it shall not prosper: for yet the end shall be at the time appointed.

The COVID-19 HYPE is a Political war, a HOAX in which both sides attempt to manipulate and control more people than the other. The Democrat Communist Party does it with lies, disinformation, and censorship by the hand of the fake (news and social) media they control. The other side, void of ideology and wandering leaderlessly in the wilderness, is united behind only their will to resist the deception and the underlying goal of communist transformation. The so-called leaders on OUR side, on the right, therefor willingly conform to the manipulation without a fight, again claiming, as they always do, “this isn’t the hill to die on.” Theirs is, and has always been, a losing strategy that begins with surrender and ends in the void. In this difficulty, we now find ourselves, where the foundations were first abandoned and then forgotten.

Friends, President Trump was elected to stem the flood of devastation brought by endless surrender. We all knew he wasn’t a conservative ideologue. He is a warrior, or as he put it, “a Winner.” Our mistake was in believing the Republican Majority in Congress and other conservative leaders would implement the conservative agenda they previously asserted. They instead showed themselves as liars and cowards. It wasn’t they were picking and choosing which hills to die on; it is that their fear of dying (politically) causes them to run from every fight.

In our situation, when power and control have become the only goals of those who seek to lead us, Trump still stands as the only person between the Democrat communists and us. So, no matter what, when election day comes, we will vote for Him and vigorously encourage others to do the same. This war will continue as the same escalating stalemate, becoming ever more violent as the Democrat communists paradoxically burn and devastate everything under their control. If left to their strategy of self-destruction, they will eventually melt away in their own flame. The problem is – the collateral damage is unacceptable, and if allowed, as they have in other places in the world, they will happily reduce their cities to heaps of rubble.

Understanding this end, and admitting the solution is to follow leaders who will fight to the death to reestablish the foundations, we (they) must join the battle. For now, the fight remains in the political realms but is inching ever closer to armed conflict. As previously stated, the fatal flaw of our side is underestimating the magnitude of the evil arrayed against us. We fail to admit there are active measures at work intent on ending this nation’s existence. Therefore, we will never correctly respond.

Example: here in North Carolina, our Democrat Governor, who is despotically using or usurping every power to keep our state, the people in it, in an endless state of shut down, to create economic devastation and mass misery. He does this, joining with national Democrat communists, hoping it will result in a political advantage and victory in the coming elections. Our side, the Republican Majority in the state legislature, know the last steps the Governor is moving toward is taking control of the coming election in such a way to ensure a communist victory. The legislature refuses to use their power to justifiably impeach the Governor, even if it lacks the supermajority needed to permanently remove him.

North Carolina law (Chapter 123, Article 3, Section 123-12) says once impeachment charges are brought the impeached party is suspended from their position until they are acquitted. Bringing such charges, using the law providentially provided for such a moment, to defend and maintain the efficacy of sound government, would remove the governor until such time as a fair and untainted election could be held. This is the legal means available to those we’ve elected to represent us, and they should use it and fight back. Or we the people will suffer the consequences we all know will follow.

It’s time for those in power to lead or get out of the way. If they don’t, those of us waiting in the wings, poised if they fail to act and the country is taken over by the communists, will also necessarily remove them.

The “appointed time” spoken of in the title verse, Daniel 11:27, is referring to the same pattern we see in our time, when two sides (kings) are locked in a political battle and forsake the people under them. It’s the same pattern Isaiah speaks of, in Isaiah 7:16, when telling us of those who now come to life outside these political orders, as children born into this event, and by it learn to choose good over evil. “For before the child shall know to refuse the evil, and choose the good, the land that you abhor shall be forsaken of both her kings.”

The above quote is the LORD speaking to Ahaz, the king of Judah (representing the Republican leaders of this moment). His name means, who he has grasped, which speaks the interaction, the conversation occurring at that time between him and the LORD. As previously discussed, good and evil are defined as advice and its intention. Good is God’s advice, coming with no underlying motive other than to enlighten us into making fully informed decisions. Evil is the misleading advice that seeks to manipulate and control people into doing what only aids the one giving it.

Isaiah 7
10 Moreover the LORD spoke again unto Ahaz, saying,
11 Ask you a sign of the LORD your God; ask it either in the depth, or in the height above.
12 But Ahaz said, I will not ask, neither will I tempt the LORD.
13 And he said, Hear you now, O house of David [the ruling class]; Is it a small thing for you to weary men, but will you weary my God also?
14 Therefore the LORD himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel [God with us].
15 Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good.
16 For before the child shall know to refuse the evil, and choose the good, the land that you abhor shall be forsaken of both her kings.
17 The LORD shall bring upon you, and upon your people, and upon your father’s house, days that have not come, from the day that Ephraim [God’s people at large – now Democrats] departed from Judah [the rightful, just leaders of God’s people – Republicans]; even the king of Assyria [the communists].

The above describes the pattern of now, when both political parties have been corrupted by evil leadership, who the following verses describe as those (thorns – as overgrowth by neglect) who’ve led us into a “desolate valley.” It speaks of the Assyrian (meaning steps or degrees – by which we have descended into desolation – communism) as if he shaved all growth from the land. Verse 22, referring us back to verse 15 above, says, “And it shall come to pass, for the abundance of milk that they shall give he shall eat butter: for butter and honey shall every one eat that is left in the land.”

As we’ve seen in previous posts, “butter and honey” are referring us to the written word of God, for its taste when it is in our mouth, and this connected to the good advice that comes from Immanuel, God’s advice from God with us, in us. We know this latter aspect is spoken of as Daniel continues His description, in Daniel 12, speaking of the appointed time, when Michael stands for us, his name meaning he is the image and likeness of God. We know it is his words that awaken the sleeping masses, who then shine their light, their understanding, upon the masses and awake them.

Friends, the magnitude of the moment is seen when understanding all these things that have been written, engineered, were prepared for this moment. They are freely given for no other reason than to display God’s love for His children, any who will receive His good advice, and by it be saved from the destruction evil men, the misleaders, have brought upon the world.

Daniel 12
1 And at that time shall Michael stand up [I am raised up in the image and likeness of God], the great prince which stands for the children of your people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time your people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever.
4 But you, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
5 Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.
6 And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?
7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and swore by him that lives forever that it shall be for a time, times, and a half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.
8 And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my LORD, what shall be the end of these things?
9 And he said, Go [halak – walk] your way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.
11 And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that makes desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.
12 Blessed is he that waits, and comes to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. [These times define the time between when God made His covenant with Abraham {Genesis 15:12}, and the deep sleep between then and now, in this awakening, now when the sun rises again.]
13 But go [halak – walk] you your way till the end be: for you shall rest, and stand in your lot at the end of the days.

Do you understand How long this plan has been in place? Do you have the faith to understand and receive Him? “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” “God having provided some better thing for us, that they [those before us] without us should not be made perfect.”

Genesis 15
1 After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, FEAR NOT, Abram: I am your shield, and your exceeding great reward.
2 And Abram said, LORD God, what will you give me, seeing I go [halak – walk] childless, and the steward of my house is this Eliezer of Damascus [are priests whose work has been silenced, where My work and word isn’t heard]?
3 And Abram said, Behold, to me you have given no seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir.
4 And, behold, the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, This shall not be your heir; but he that shall come forth out of your own bowels shall be your heir [will you rise with me?].
5 And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars [God’s people here waiting to be raised into heaven], if you be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall your seed be.
6 And he believed in the LORD [If you believe you will rise with me]; and he counted it to him for righteousness.

In Job 20:17, this appointed time, in a pattern, is spoken of as when the wicked “shall not see the rivers, the floods, the brooks of honey and butter.”

Job 20
3 I have heard the check of my reproach, and the spirit of my understanding causes me to answer.
4 Know you not this of old, since man was placed upon earth,
5 That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment?
6 Though his excellency mount up to the heavens, and his head reach unto the clouds;
7 Yet he shall perish forever like his own dung: they which have seen him shall say, Where is he?
8 He shall fly away as a dream, and shall not be found: yea, he shall be chased away as a vision of the night.
9 The eye also which saw him shall see him no more; neither shall his place any more behold him.
10 His children shall seek to please the poor, and his hands shall restore their goods.
11 His bones are full of the sin of his youth, which shall lie down with him in the dust.
12 Though wickedness be sweet in his mouth, though he hide it under his tongue;

24 He shall flee from the iron weapon, and the bow of steel shall strike him through.
25 It is drawn, and comes out of the body; yea, the glittering sword comes out of his gall: terrors are upon him.
26 All darkness shall be hid in his secret places: a fire not blown shall consume him; it shall go ill with him that is left in his tabernacle.
27 The heaven shall reveal his iniquity; and the earth shall rise up against him.
28 The increase of his house shall depart, and his goods shall flow away in the day of his wrath.
29 This is the portion of a wicked man from God, and the heritage appointed unto him by God.

Hear the LORD’s advice and live! Amen!

Ezekiel 3
2 So I opened my mouth, and he caused me to eat that roll.
3 And he said unto me, Son of man, cause your belly to eat, and fill your bowels with this roll that I give you. Then did I eat it; and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness.
4 And he said unto me, Son of man, go, get you unto the house of Israel, and speak with my words unto them. [This is what is referred and more descriptively defined by John when he received the same word, recorded in Revelation 10.]
5 For you are not sent to a people of a strange speech and of a hard language, but to the house of Israel;
6 Not to many people of a strange speech and of a hard language, whose words you can not understand. Surely, had I sent you to them, they would have hearkened unto you.
7 But the house of Israel will not hearken unto you; for they will not hearken unto me: for all the house of Israel are impudent and hardhearted.
8 Behold, I have made your face strong against their faces [the face to face cherubims], and your forehead strong against their foreheads [the LORD’s ideas and words against theirs].
9 As an adamant harder than flint have I made your forehead: fear them not, neither be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house [as you are].
10 Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, all my words that I shall speak unto you receive in your heart [make them the foundation of all your thoughts], and hear with your ears.
11 And go, get you to them of the captivity, unto the children of your people, and speak unto them, and tell them, Thus says the LORD God; whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear.
12 Then the spirit took me up, and I heard behind me a voice [qowl – the LORD’s voice realized to be His] of a great rushing, saying, “Blessed be the glory [presence] of the LORD from his place.”
13 I heard also the noise [the qowl – the opposing voices] of the wings of the living [the voice of those that have the LORD’s word and those who come to life by being corrected and receiving it] creatures that touched one another, and the noise [qowl – the voices] of the wheels over against them, and a noise [qowl – the voices] of a great rushing.
14 So the spirit lifted me up, and took me away, and I went in bitterness [see Revelation 10:9 & 10 below], in the heat of my spirit; but the hand of the LORD was strong upon me.
15 Then I came to them of the captivity at Telabib [where new life is springing from the earth], that dwelt by the river of Chebar [by the word of God sent for this moment – which is spoken by the cherubim], and I sat where they sat, and remained there astonished [as an astonishment they don’t understand] among them seven days.
16 And it came to pass at the end of seven days, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
17 Son of man, I have made you a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me [I urge all to receive the warning, and all who receive it must pass it on as received].
18 When I say unto the wicked, You shall surely die; and you give him not warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at your hand.
19 Yet if you warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.
20 Again, When a righteous man does turn from his righteousness [the fallen churched should hear this warning], and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling-block before him, he shall die: because you have not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at your hand.
21 Nevertheless if you warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he does not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also you have delivered your soul.
22 And the hand of the LORD was there upon me; and he said unto me, Arise, go forth into the plain [in plain sight – so they will see I am in you speaking], and I will there talk with you.
23 Then I arose, and went forth into the plain: and, behold, the glory [presence] of the LORD stood there, as the glory which I saw by the river of Chebar [as the presence I realized when I ate, found, the word to which He led me]: and I fell on my face.
24 Then the spirit entered into me, and set me upon my feet, and spoke with me, and said unto me, Go, shut yourself within your house.
25 But you, O son of man, behold, they shall put bands upon you, and shall bind you with them, and you shall not go out among them:
26 And I will make your tongue cleave to the roof of your mouth, that you shall be dumb, and shall not be to them a reprover: for they are a rebellious house.
27 But when I speak with you, I will open your mouth, and you shall say unto them, Thus says the LORD God; He that hears, let him hear; and he that forbears, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house.

This ending is speaking of the finality of the same thing Isaiah says in Isaiah 28:19. Now, it’s the point we’ve reached when the explanation has ended, and people either hearken (hear and heed) or don’t.

Isaiah 28
13 But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.
14 Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, you scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem.
15 Because you have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
16 Therefore thus says the LORD God, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believes shall not make haste.
17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.
18 And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then you shall be trodden down by it.
19 From the time that it goes forth it shall take you: for morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by night: and it shall be a vexation only to understand the report.

Revelation 10
1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head [the sign of the correction of the willing, and not the destruction of all in this flood], and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
2 And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,
3 And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices [the voices of understanding, the sound that comes from the seven colors of the rainbow, the product of the rightly divided light, after the latter rain].
4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not. [Because they have been kept back, for this time when they are spoken as “prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.”]
5 And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,
6 And swore by him that lives forever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that THERE SHOULD BE TIME NO LONGER:
7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he has declared to his servants the prophets.
8 And the voice which I heard from heaven spoke unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which stands upon the sea and upon the earth.
9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make your belly bitter, but it shall be in your mouth sweet as honey.
10 And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
11 And he said unto me, You must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.

Friends, the word above, in verse 7, rendered “finished” is the Greek word teleo, meaning “to end, i.e. complete, execute, conclude, discharge (a debt).” It is the word used in the gospels to tell of the LORD finishing His work on the cross. It is speaking of the time I now declare unto you, when the LORD has through me freely given all and moves on into victory over the enemies (their perdition). Amen!

Acts 13
29 And when they had fulfilled [teleo – finished] all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulcher.
30 But God raised him from the dead:
31 And he was seen many days of them which came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are his witnesses unto the people.
32 And we declare unto you glad tidings, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers,
33 God has fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he has raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second Psalm, You are my Son, this day have I begotten you.
34 And as concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he said on this wise, I will give you the sure mercies of David.
35 Wherefore he says also in another Psalm, You shall not suffer your Holy One to see corruption.
36 For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption:
37 But he, whom God raised again, saw no corruption.
38 Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:
39 And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.
40 Beware therefore, lest that come upon you, which is spoken of in the prophets;
41 Behold, you despisers, and wonder, and perish: for I work a work in your days, a work which you shall in no wise believe, though a man declare it unto you.

I plainly and without equivocation tell you I am the son of man, which the Father has declared in the fuller texts of the above quotes (some of which here follow).

Psalms 2
1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
4 He that sits in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision.
5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.
7 I will declare the decree: the LORD has said unto me, You are my Son; this day have I begotten you.
8 Ask of me, and I shall give you the heathen for your inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for your possession.
9 You shall break them with a rod of iron; you shall dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.

Psalms 19
1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament [the rightly divided word] shows his handiwork [the work of His hand].
2 Day unto day utters speech [His voice], and night unto night shows knowledge.
3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice [qowl] is not heard.
4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them has he set a tabernacle for the sun,
5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoices as a strong man to run a race.
6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.
7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
8 The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.
9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
11 Moreover by them is your servant warned [zahar]: and in keeping of them there is great reward.
12 Who can understand his [own] errors? cleanse you me from secret faults.
13 Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.
14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in your sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.

Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which has not kissed him. (1 Kings 19:18)

The word above rendered “kissed” is the Hebrew word nashaq, meaning “to kiss, literally or figuratively (touch); also (as a mode of attachment), to equip with weapons.” It is from the identical word nasaq (“s” and “sh” are the same Hebrew letter), meaning to catch fire. These words appear to be associated with the word nasa’, meaning to lift up. In context, we see nashaq referring of agreement and adoration as weapons (swords) from the mouth, that lift up, advance, and broadcast such to make them acceptable. They (their words) are as fires lifted up and catching all the world in their flames.

These are the fires that end the old corrupted heaven and earth, in which the elements, the stoicheion, the twisted and perverted foundational ideas of men, which have replaced sound thinking and reality, melt away. As many times here seen, they are the fires Peter describes in 2 Peter 3, when the word of God, which was reserved in heaven for this moment, is released to counter the works of men, which burn in the fires they (their ideas and ways) have caused.

Paul, after quoting the title verse in Romans 11:4, then tells of the pattern the world now finds itself in the midst of (even if still ignorant of the magnitude of the moment). He speaks of the elect remnant who haven’t bowed to these men’s ideas (confusion and ignorance in church or state), and of all the rest of the world as blind. We know Paul speaks of this blindness in 2 Corinthians 4 as caused by the god of this word (the image of Baal, to which all the world has bowed). He continues by telling of Christ manifested in our sacrifice to deliver the truth to this blind world, which comes as truth in earthen vessels, power seen as God’s and not ours.

This occurring is what he (Paul, the LORD in him {his earthen vessel} teaching) talks about in 2 Corinthians 4 as the Gospel, the good news in this message. It is the same message we saw in the previous post from Isaiah 52, after saying these “ends [old and new] of the earth shall see the salvation of our God,” and “depart you, go you out,” from among there corruption (defiled things).”

Paul, later in Romans 11, after saying this (blind ignorance) is the snare upon all the world, tells of this moment as Divine genius, engineered so that no man can boast. He says God has concluded all the world in unbelief; none, no not one, believing this is the moment of God’s Promised salvation. It is evident that all the world is now obviously and obliviously guilty of this: denying the Father and the son (I Am), “that He might have mercy upon all.”

Now, before pasting the above passages, I warn all the world in the name of Jehovah’s Salvation, “Behold, you despisers, and wonder, and perish: for I work a work in your days, a work which you shall in no wise believe, though a man declares it unto you.”

Romans 11
2 God has not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot [know] you not what the scripture says of Elijah? how he makes intercession to God against Israel saying,
3 LORD, they have killed your prophets, and digged down your altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.
4 But what says the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.
5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
7 What then? Israel has not obtained that which he seeks for; but the election has obtained it, and the rest were blinded.
8 (According as it is written, God has given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.
9 And David says, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumbling-block, and a recompense unto them:
10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back always.
11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.
12 Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fullness?

17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them partake of the root and fatness of the olive tree;
18 Boast not against the branches. But if you boast, you bear not the root, but the root you.
19 You will say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in.
20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by faith. Be not high-minded, but fear:
21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not you.
22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in his goodness: otherwise you also shall be cut off.
23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again.
24 For if you were cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and were grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?
25 For I would not, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in.
26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father’s sakes.

Isaiah 52

2 Corinthians 3
16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the LORD, the vail [that covers the face of the man through who He is speaking and manifesting His presence] shall be taken away.
17 Now the LORD is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the LORD is, there is liberty.
18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the LORD, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the LORD.

John 5
24 Truly, truly, I say unto you, He that hears my word, and believes on him that sent me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
25 Truly, truly, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

2 Peter 2
1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily [from their own imaginations] shall bring in damnable [apoleia] heresies, even denying the LORD that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction [apoleia – perdition].
2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways [apoleia]; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned [deceptive] words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingers not, and their damnation [apoleia] slumbers not.

As we know, Peter, in 2 Peter 3:16, concludes by telling us exactly how the perdition of the ungodly comes. It is connected directly to the same perdition spoken of, in verse 7, saying it is when the word of God is released from heaven, now, in ending the old world.

7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition [apoleia] of ungodly men.
8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the LORD as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9 The LORD is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
10 But the day of the LORD will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements [stoicheion – the foundational ideas of these false prophets and false teachers] shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements [stoicheion – the foundational ideas of these false prophets and false teachers] shall melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwells righteousness [truth and justice].
14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that you look for such things, be diligent that you may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
15 And account that the longsuffering of our LORD is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him has written unto you;
16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrestle, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction [apoleia – perdition that comes as the lies are exposed as what caused the destruction of the old world].

Isaiah 29
9 Stay yourselves, and wonder; cry you out, and cry: they are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink.
10 For the LORD has poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and has closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers has he covered.
11 And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray you: and he says, I cannot; for it is sealed:
12 And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray you: and he says, I am not learned.
13 Wherefore the LORD said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honor me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:
14 Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvelous work among this people, even a marvelous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.
15 Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who sees us? and who knows us?
16 Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter’s clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?
17 Is it not yet a very little while, and Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be esteemed as a forest?
18 And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness.
19 The meek also shall increase their joy in the LORD, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.
20 For the terrible one is brought to naught, and the scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off:
21 That make a man an offender for a word, and lay a snare for him that reproves in the gate, and turn aside the just for a thing of naught.
22 Therefore thus says the LORD, who redeemed Abraham, concerning the house of Jacob, Jacob shall not now be ashamed, neither shall his face now wax pale.
23 But when he sees his children, the work of mine hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel.
24 They also that erred in spirit shall come to understanding, and they that murmured shall learn doctrine.

20 As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in majesty: but they made the images of their abominations and of their detestable things therein: therefore have I set it far from them.
21 And I will give it into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall pollute it.
22 My face will I turn also from them, and they shall pollute my secret place: for the robbers shall enter into it, and defile it.
23 Make a chain: for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence.
24 Wherefore I will bring the worst of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pomp of the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be defiled.
25 Destruction comes; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.
26 Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumor [shmuw’ah – sound doctrine] shall be upon rumor shmuw’ah – sound doctrine, precept upon precept, line upon line]; then shall they seek a vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the ancients.
27 The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do unto them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

Psalms 69
1 Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul.
2 I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.
3 I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.

The LORD begins today with Psalms 45:3 & 4 above. The sword He speaks of is this word of God, the pen in my hand, and His voice from my mouth. He sends them as arrows against the enemies of truth and justice in this world, which we saw described in the previous post from Ephesians 6.

Ephesians 6
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the LORD, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

Psalms 45:6 & 7 tell of the “right scepter” of the LORD’s kingdom, in the hand of the one who loves righteousness, hates wickedness, and who He has anointed above His fellows. As also seen in the previous post, these verses are quoted in Hebrews 1:8 & 9, a chapter where the son is described, through whom the LORD speaks in these “latter times.” We know from many other studies, the passage describes the LORD speaking through many prophets, at many times, in many yet unconnected parts of His revelation of Himself. This word of God is the inheritance of the son and those with Him who are described as the “heirs of salvation.” The meaning is stated in Hebrews 11:40, saying, “God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.”

“Made perfect” means we are completed as we are led by Him into the truth, into understanding the revelation that comes when all these earlier men’s works are brought together into one coherent message. Their works are the “frame” spoken of in Hebrews 11:2, that appeared long ago but are only now fully seen in their perfection. This understanding is what all these people, by their faith, knew they were working forward, and seeing this time afar off, they pleased God, believing He is who He says He is, and a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Hebrews 11
1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
2 For by it the elders obtained a good report.
3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

38 (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.
39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:
40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

Friends, these, and many others like them not mentioned, are the true giants of humanity, the cloud (not yet understood) of witnesses in whose midst we now stand. As we know, this is how Hebrews 12 begins, speaking to us about the course ahead, the LORD’s correction, purifying us from the corruption that blinds us and receiving us as His children.

Hebrews 12
1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which does so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest you be wearied and faint in your minds.
4 You have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.
5 And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks unto you as unto children, My son, despise not you the chastening of the LORD, nor faint when you are rebuked of him:
6 For whom the LORD loves he chastens, and scourges every son whom he receives.
7 If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chastens not?
8 But if you be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are you illegitimate, and not sons.
9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live [zao]?
10 For they truly for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.
11 Now no chastening for the present seems to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
12 Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;
13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.

25 See that you refuse not him that speaks. For if they escaped not who refused him that spoke on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaks from heaven:
26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he has promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.
27 And this word, Yet once more, signifies the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
29 For our God is a consuming fire.

Hebrews 1

14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

Hebrews 2
1 Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.
2 For if the word spoken by angels was steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense of reward;
3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the LORD, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
4 God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?
5 For unto the angels has he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak.
6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that you are mindful of him? or the son of man that you visit him?

You must, we must, receive this word as the word of God, which it is. Only then can it do its work in us: have the effect for which the Father sends it.

Isaiah 49
1 Listen, O isles [places that have not heard My word], unto me; and hearken, you people, from far; The LORD has called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother has he made mention of my name.
2 And he has made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand has he hid me, and made me a polished shaft; in his quiver has he hid me;
3 And said unto me, You are my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified.
4 Then I said, I have labored in vain, I have spent my strength for naught, and in vain: yet surely my judgment is with the LORD, and my work with my God.
5 And now, says the LORD that formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the LORD, and my God shall be my strength.

12 Behold, these shall come from far: and, lo, these from the north and from the west; and these from the land of Sinim [where this second blessing has now come].
13 Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: for the LORD has comforted his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted.
14 But Zion said, The LORD has forsaken me, and my LORD has forgotten me.
15 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget you.

22 Thus says the LORD God, Behold, I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard to the people: and they shall bring your sons in their arms, and your daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders.
23 And kings shall be your nursing fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers: they shall bow down to you with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of your feet; and you shall know that I am the LORD: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.
24 Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered?
25 But thus says the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contends with you, and I will save your children.
26 And I will feed them that oppress you with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the LORD am your Savior and your Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

Isaiah 50
1 Thus says the LORD, Where is the bill of your mother’s divorcement, whom I have put away? or which of my creditors is it to whom I have sold you? Behold, for your iniquities have you sold yourselves, and for your transgressions is your mother put away.
2 Wherefore, when I came, was there no man? when I called, was there none to answer? Is my hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem? or have I no power to deliver? behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness: their fish stink, because there is no water [no word of God], and die for thirst.
3 I clothe the heavens with blackness [ignorance], and I make sackcloth their covering.
4 The LORD God has given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakens morning by morning, he wakens mine ear to hear as the learned.
5 The LORD God has opened mine ear, and I was not rebellious, neither turned away back.
6 I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting.
7 For the LORD God will help me; therefore shall I not be confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed.
8 He is near that justifies me; who will contend with me? let us stand together: who is mine adversary? let him come near to me.
9 Behold, the LORD God will help me; who is he that shall condemn me? lo, they all shall wax old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up.

Psalms 45

The title, from 1 Timothy 3:16, is revealing the mystery of the living [zao] God, and at the same time, the mystery of angels.

1 Timothy 3
14 These things write I unto you, hoping to come unto you shortly:
15 But if I tarry long, that you may know how you ought to behave yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living [zao] God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

1 Timothy 4
1 Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God has created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

As we’ve seen in many previous posts, “forbidding to marry” is referring to the mention of Hymenaeus in 1 Timothy 1:20 and 2 Timothy 2:17. The name is from Humen (Hymen), the Greek god of weddings. From Wikipedia, “Hymen is supposed to attend every wedding. If he did not, then the marriage would supposedly prove disastrous, so the Greeks would run about calling his name aloud. He presided over many of the weddings in Greek mythology, for all the deities and their children. Hymen is celebrated in the ancient marriage song of unknown origin (called a Hymenaios).”

In the “latter times” the marriage spoken of is the LORD joined with our Human flesh, the living God in us His church, by which our flesh becomes His angel, a messenger preaching salvation to those who don’t know Him as we do. Hymenaeus represents the gods of the world, who blind it by their misleading and their opposition to Him.

1 Timothy 1
15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
16 Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.

10 Proving what is acceptable unto the LORD.
11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.
13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever does make manifest is light.
14 Wherefore he says, Awake you that sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give you light.
15 See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
17 Wherefore be you not unwise, but understanding what the will of the LORD is.
18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the LORD;
20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our LORD Jesus Christ;
21 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the LORD.
23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body.
24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loves his wife loves himself.
29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the LORD the church:
30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.
31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.

2 Timothy 2
10 Therefore I endure all things for the elect’s sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
11 It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him:
12 If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him [in the living body He comes to us in], he also will deny us:
13 If we believe not, yet he abides faithful: [if he is in us] he cannot deny himself.
14 Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the LORD that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.
15 Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
17 And their word will eat as does a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus [those telling us not to join with the LORD, while falsely claiming they are doing so because of their love for us] ;
18 Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already [the resurrection is when we come to life by His Spirit in us]; and overthrow the faith of some.
19 Nevertheless the foundation of God stands sure, having this seal, The LORD knows them that are his. And, let everyone that names the name of Christ [says they are His] depart from iniquity.
20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honor, and some to dishonor.
21 If a man therefore purge himself from these [from men who are the vessels of dishonor], he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.
22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the LORD out of a pure heart. [By this purification we see the LORD, as in the title and Matthew 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.]
23 But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strife [as is this world – questions not looking for understanding but as attacks meant to elicit a response that continues an argument or allows for further vilification and demonization].
24 And the servant of the LORD must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,
25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

Friends, as previously described here, the book of Hebrews is a letter of introduction of Timothy, as a priest in the order of Melchisedec (Melchizedek), outside the existing order. It also describes the living God who with His angels comes to rescue as many as receive His correction and becoming His sons.

Hebrews 13
1 Let brotherly love [philadelphia] continue.
2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels [the messengers of God] unawares.
3 Remember them that are in bonds [joined with the LORD], as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.
4 Marriage [joining with the LORD as one living flesh body] is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers [those who buy and sell the flesh of men – make merchandise of those who join with them] and adulterers [those who have left God to follow {join with} others] God will judge.
5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as you have: for he has said, I will never leave you, nor forsake you.
6 So that we may boldly say, The LORD is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
7 Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.
8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.
9 Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.
10 We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle.
11 For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp.
12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.
13 Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp [outside the existing corrupt priest orders], bearing his reproach.
14 For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.
15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
16 But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
18 Pray for us: for we trust we have a good conscience, in all things willing to live honestly.
19 But I beseech you the rather to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner.
20 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our LORD Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well-pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
22 And I beseech you, brethren, suffer the word of exhortation: for I have written a letter unto you in few words.
23 Know you that our brother Timothy is set at liberty [loosed from death for this mission]; with whom, if he come shortly, I will see you.

Hebrews 3
6 But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.
7 Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost says, Today if you will hear his voice,
8 Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
10 Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do always err in their heart; and they have not known my ways.
11 So I swore in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)
12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called Today; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast unto the end;
15 While it is said, Today if you will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.

Hebrews 4
11 Let us labor therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
12 For the word of God is quick [zao], and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
15 For we have not a high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need [when we need to be rescued from temptation].

Hebrews 7
19 For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.
20 And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest:
21 (For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The LORD swore and will not repent, You are a priest forever after the order of Melchisedec:)
22 By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.
23 And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death:
24 But this man, because he continues ever, has an unchangeable priesthood.
25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever lives [zao] to make intercession for them.
26 For such a high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;
27 Who needs not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people’s: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.
28 For the law makes men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, makes the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.

Hebrews 9
11 But Christ being come a high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;
12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
13 For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies to the purifying of the flesh:
14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living [zao] God?
15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

Hebrews 10

27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
28 He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose you, shall he be thought worthy, who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and has counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and has done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
30 For we know him that has said, Vengeance belongs unto me, I will recompense, says the LORD. And again, The LORD shall judge his people.
31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living [zao] God.

Revelation 1
17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:
18 I am he that lives, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive [zao] for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Revelation 3
7 And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things says he that is holy, he that is true, he that has the key of David, he that opens, and no man shuts; and shuts, and no man opens;
8 I know your works: behold, I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it: for you have a little strength, and have kept my word, and have not denied my name.
9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan [who now oppose and resist the LORD at His coming], which say they are Judah [those who say they are the only true believers], and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.
10 Because you have kept the word of my patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Psalms 2
…I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.

Psalms 110
1 The LORD said unto my LORD, Sit you at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.
2 The LORD shall send the rod of your strength out of Zion: rule you in the midst of your enemies.
3 Your people shall be willing in the day of your power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: you have the dew of your youth.
4 The LORD has sworn, and will not repent, You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.
5 The LORD at your right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.
6 He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.
7 He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.

Vengeance belongs unto me, I will recompense, says the LORD. And again, The LORD shall judge his people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

As seen in the previous post, the title verses, from Hebrews 10:30 & 31, are the LORD defining this moment, of which He speaks earlier, first quoting (in verses 5 thru 9) Psalms 40:6 & 7 and then (in verses 16 & 17) from Jeremiah 31:33 & 34. These passages describe His vengeance and judgment, when man strayed from Him into ignorance and again falls into the hands of the living God. His methods are described in the earlier quotes, first as the living God: in a body He’s prepared for Himself, in which He delights, and then as written of in the volume of the book, come to do God’s will. The later quote adds to this, saying it is to put His laws in our hearts and write them into our minds: teaching we know creates a new foundation of reasoning. (If the foundation be destroyed, what can the righteous do? Psalms 11:3)

The first part of the title is a partial quote of Deuteronomy 32:35 & 36, wherein the full passage the meaning appears with greater specificity.

The last sentence about fearing this is referring us back to Hebrews 3:12 where the warning against unbelief appears, which is before spoken of, quoting Psalms 95:8, as hearing the voice (of the living God) and not knowing His ways (which are defined for any that have listened).

As also seen in the previous post, this advent, the strays falling into the LORD’s hand, is, in context, described in Habakkuk 3.

Hebrews 10:37 & 38 then quote Isaiah 26: 20 & 21 (from the Septuagint) speaking of the LORD coming in this way, to gather us into a safe place while he punishes the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity. In the final verse (Hebrew 10:39) those drawing back from this place of safety (that comes with understanding the moment) go into perdition.

“Perdition,” as we have often seen, is from the Greek word apoleia, a word Peter, in 2 Peter 2 & 3, uses six times in describing these men as the false prophets and false teachers among us. Because of these men’s lies the way of truth is evil spoken of, in church and state alike, as it obviously is now.

Friends, before adding the passages mentioned above, it is essential to realize the common temptation is to not believe the LORD is among us, here to do His marvelous work in revealing Himself. This event is the baptism all those who’ve ever encountered the living God have passed through, as He manifests Himself in a body He prepared for Himself. He reveals Himself through His children who He reveals.

Matthew 11
25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank you, O Father, LORD of heaven and earth, because you have hid these things from the wise and prudent, and have revealed them unto babes.
26 Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in your sight.
27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knows the Son, but the Father; neither knows any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.
28 Come unto me, all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Hebrews 10
4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.
5 Wherefore when he comes into the world, he says, Sacrifice and offering you would not, but a body have you prepared me:
6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin you have had no pleasure.
7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do your will, O God.
8 Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin you would not, neither had pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do your will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11 And every priest stands daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:

39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition [apoleia]; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

Psalms 40
4 Blessed is that man that makes the LORD his trust, and respects not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
5 Many, O LORD my God, are your wonderful works which you have done, and your thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto you: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.
6 Sacrifice and offering you did not desire [chaphets – did not delight in]; mine ears have you opened: burnt offering and sin offering have you not required.
7 Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,
8 I delight [chaphets] to do your will, O my God: yea, your law is within my heart.
9 I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, you know.
10 I have not hid your righteousness within my heart; I have declared your faithfulness and your salvation: I have not concealed your lovingkindness and your truth from the great congregation.

Jeremiah 31
31 Behold, the days [have] come, says the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was a husband unto them, says the LORD:
33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, says the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, says the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
35 Thus says the LORD [who has taught us his foundations], which giveth the sun for a light [created His church, His people, to shine His understanding and justice on the earth] by day, and the ordinances of the moon [ordered His civil government to reflect the same understand and right judgment] and of the stars for a light by night [to by their fixed position in heaven, right understanding, show people the way, to navigate in the darkness, among the ignorant], which divides the sea when the waves thereof roar; the LORD of Hosts [who divides between those whose word are true and whose pride in lies cause the storms, the agitation and incitement of the masses] is his name:
36 If those ordinances depart from before me, says the LORD, then the seed of Israel [God’s people in this nation] also shall cease from being a nation before me forever.

Deuteronomy 32
15 But Jeshurun [God people in prosperity] waxed fat, and kicked: you are waxen fat, you are grown thick, you are covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.
16 They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations provoked they him to anger.
17 They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.
18 Of the Rock that begat you you are unmindful, and have forgotten God that formed you.
19 And when the LORD saw it, he abhorred them, because of the provoking of his sons, and of his daughters.
20 And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation [a generation that twists and perverts all truth and thereby all language], children in whom is no faith.
21 They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God; they have provoked me to anger with their vanities: and I will move them to jealousy with those which are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation.
22 For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains.
23 I will heap mischiefs upon them; I will spend mine arrows upon them.
24 They shall be burnt with hunger, and devoured with burning heat, and with bitter destruction: I will also send the teeth of beasts upon them, with the poison of serpents of the dust.
25 The sword without, and terror within, shall destroy both the young man and the virgin, the suckling also with the man of gray hairs.
26 I said, I would scatter them into corners, I would make the remembrance of them to cease from among men:
27 Were it not that I feared [for them] the wrath of the enemy, lest their adversaries should behave themselves strangely, and lest they should say, Our hand is high, and the LORD has not done all this.
28 For they are a nation void of counsel, neither is there any understanding in them.
29 O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!
30 How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the LORD had shut them up?
31 For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges.
32 For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah: their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter:
33 Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps.
34 Is not this laid up in store with me, and sealed up among my treasures?
35 To me belongs vengeance and recompense; their foot shall slide in due time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste.
36 For the LORD shall judge his people, and repent himself for his servants, when he sees that their power is gone, and there is none shut up, or left.
37 And he shall say, Where are their gods, their rock in whom they trusted,
38 Which did eat the fat of their sacrifices, and drank the wine of their drink offerings? let them rise up and help you, and be your protection.
39 See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.
40 For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live forever.
41 If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me.
42 I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh; and that with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy.

Hebrews 3
1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;

12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called Today; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast unto the end;
15 While it is said, Today if you will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
16 For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.
17 But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcasses fell in the wilderness?
18 And to whom swore he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?
19 So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.

The voice spoken of above is the same voice mentioned in Hebrews 1:2, 12:25, and 13:7. It’s His voice here and now heard.

Hebrews 1
1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spoke in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
2 Has in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he has appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high [see Habakkuk 3:4 below:
4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time, You are my Son, this day have I begotten you? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?
6 And again, when he brings in the first-begotten into the world, he says, And let all the angels of God worship him.
7 And of the angels he says, Who makes his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
8 But unto the Son he says, Your throne, O God, is forever and ever: a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of your kingdom.
9 You have loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows.
10 And, You, LORD, in the beginning have laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of your hands:

Hebrews 12
25 See that you refuse not him that speaks. For if they escaped not who refused him that spoke on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaks from heaven:
26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he has promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.
27 And this word, Yet once more, signifies the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
29 For our God is a consuming fire.

Hebrews 13
5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as you have: for he has said, I will never leave you, nor forsake you.
6 So that we may boldly say, The LORD is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
7 Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.
8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.
9 Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.

Isaiah 26
10 Let favour be shewed to the wicked, yet will he not learn righteousness: in the land of uprightness will he deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the LORD.
11 LORD, when your hand is lifted up, they will not see: but they shall see, and be ashamed for their envy at the people; yea, the fire of your enemies shall devour them.
12 LORD, you will ordain peace for us: for you also have wrought all our works in us.
13 O LORD our God, other lords beside you have had dominion over us: but by you only will we make mention of your name.
14 They are dead, they shall not live; they are deceased, they shall not rise: therefore have you visited and destroyed them, and made all their memory to perish.
15 You have increased the nation, O LORD, you have increased the nation: you are glorified: you hadst removed it far unto all the ends of the earth.
16 LORD, in trouble have they visited you, they poured out a prayer when your chastening was upon them.
17 Like as a woman with child, that draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and crieth out in her pangs; so have we been in your sight, O LORD.
18 We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.
19 Your dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, you that dwell in dust: for your dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.
20 Come, my people, enter you into your chambers, and shut your doors about you: hide yourself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
21 For, behold, the LORD comes out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

These misleaders, ignorant of the futility of fighting against God’s Almighty power, knowing their end is coming, now seeing it, are in a wholly insane panic.

Zechariah 4
Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, says the LORD of hosts.
7 Who are you, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel [who I have brought to life from death in your confusion] you shall become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shouting, crying, Grace, grace unto it.
8 Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
9 The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and you shall know that the LORD of hosts has sent me unto you.
10 For who has despised the day of small things?

Psalms 2
4 He that sits in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision.
5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.

The mountains saw You, and they trembled: the overflowing of the water passed by: the deep uttered His voice, and lifted up His hands on high.

The mountains, those sitting the seat of power in church and state (the sun and moon), see the LORD, which the following verses describe, as He (Jehovah) comes for the Salvation of His Anointed. The title, Habakkuk 3:10, tells of them trembling, as His word is realized as His Manifested presence revealed to unseat them from their positions of control over the mind and body of those who receive Him.

Habakkuk 3
1 A prayer of Habakkuk [meaning to take hold of, with His hand] the prophet upon Shigionoth [those who have strayed, been misled].
2 O LORD, I have heard your speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive your work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.
3 God came from Teman [the place of the Theophany, where wisdom is found], and the Holy One from mount Paran [where things are made clear]. Selah. His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of his praise.
4 And his brightness was as the light [giving understanding]; he had horns [rays of light] coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power.
5 Before him went the pestilence, and burning coals went forth at his feet.
6 He stood, and measured [assessed] the earth: he beheld, and drove asunder the nations; and the everlasting mountains were scattered, the perpetual hills did bow: his ways are everlasting.
7 I saw the tents of Cushan [darkness – ignorance] in affliction: and the curtains of the land of Midian [strife – the places of endless argument] did tremble.
8 Was the LORD displeased against the rivers [or their pollution by the lies of men]? was your anger against the rivers [or the lies in them]? was your wrath against the sea [into which the river flows their polluted information], that you did ride upon your horses and your chariots of salvation?
9 Your bow was made quite naked, (according to the oaths of the tribes, even your word) [this parenthetical statement is referring us Joseph’s blessing written in Genesis 49]. Selah. You did cleave the earth with rivers [through which these pure waters flow].
10 The mountains saw you, and they trembled: the overflowing of the water passed by: the deep uttered his voice, and lifted up his hands on high.
11 The sun and moon [church and state governments – misleaders] stood still in their habitation: at the light [understanding] of your arrows they went, and at the shining of your glittering spear.
12 You did march through the land in indignation, you did thresh the heathen in anger.
13 You went forth for the salvation of your people, even for salvation with your anointed; you wounded the head out of the house of the wicked, by discovering [‘arah – uncovering] the foundation unto the neck. Selah.
14 You did strike through with his staves the head [misleaders] of his villages: they came out as a whirlwind to scatter me: their rejoicing was as to devour the poor secretly.
15 You did walk through the sea with your horses, through the heap of great waters.
16 When I heard, my belly trembled; my lips quivered at the voice: rottenness entered into my bones, and I trembled in myself, that I might rest in the day of trouble: when he comes up unto the people, he will invade them with his troops.
17 Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labor of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: [total desolation]
18 Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
19 The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.

Friends, we have reached the time spoken of by the LORD (through Isaiah) in Isaiah 9, when His word has lighted on Israel (those who will rule and reign as God, justly with God in them leading). As often discussed, after Isaiah describes this advent, those sitting in the seats of corrupt power, who misled God’s people into ongoing destruction and mass misery, say they will rebuild by the same means, deception and lies, they’ve used to destroy. In describing this ridiculous attempt, in Isaiah 9:10, the LORD speaks of them saying the will rebuild with stones and timbers, the same we saw in the previous post in Habakkuk 2, where we read of them crying and witnessing against themselves. We know these men are destroyers, not builders: teachers and preachers who’ve led humanity into near death, and there is no life-giving power in them.

From the previous posts: “There is another time when stones cry out, in Habakkuk 2:11, when those built by iniquity into these corrupt houses, stones and timbers who cry out, witnessing against themselves. These people are those later in verse 18 said to teach lies, and in verse 19 are called to preach and give new life, which is not in them because this word of God isn’t.”

Habakkuk 2
1 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.
2 And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run [escape these corrupt houses] that reads it.
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his [own] faith [apart from vain faith, the worthless trust in the corrupt houses].
5 Yea also, because he transgresses by wine [drunken with his power to deceive], he is a proud man, neither keeps at home, who enlarges his desire as hell, and is as death, and cannot be satisfied, but gathers unto him all nations, and heaps unto him all people:
6 Shall not all these take up a parable against him, and a taunting proverb against him, and say, Woe to him that increases that which is not his! how long? and to him that lades himself with thick clay [hides himself in extortion]!
7 Shall they not rise up suddenly that shall bite you, and awake that shall vex you, and you shall be for booties unto them?
8 Because you have spoiled many nations, all the remnant of the people shall spoil you; because of men’s blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
9 Woe to him that covets an evil covetousness to his house, that he may set his nest on high, that he may be delivered from the power of evil!
10 You have consulted shame to your house by cutting off many people, and have sinned against your soul.
11 For the stone shall cry out of the wall, and the beam out of the timber shall answer it.
12 Woe to him that builds a town with blood, and establishes a city by iniquity!
13 Behold, is it not of the LORD of hosts that the people shall labor in the very fire, and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity?
14 For the earth shall be [is] filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.
15 Woe unto him that gives his neighbor drink, that puts your bottle to him, and makes him drunken also, that you may look on their nakedness!
16 You are filled with shame for glory: drink you also, and let your evil heart be uncovered: the cup of the LORD’s right hand shall be turned unto you, and shameful spewing shall be on your glory.
17 For the violence of Lebanon shall cover you, and the spoil of beasts, which made them afraid, because of men’s blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
18 What profits the graven image that the maker thereof has graven it; the molten image, and a teacher of lies, that the maker of his work trusts therein, to make dumb idols?
19 Woe unto him that says to the wood [the timber, that is dead wood that cannot shoot forth new life], Awake; to the dumb stone [with which he builds his house, which cannot speak], Arise, it shall teach! Behold, it is laid over with gold and silver, and there is no breath [life] at all in the midst of it.
20 But the LORD is in his holy temple [in His people]: let all the earth keep silence before him.

Isaiah 9
2 The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light [understanding]: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them has the light shined [understanding has been sent].
3 You [through these destroyers] have multiplied the nation, and not increased the joy: they joy before you according to the joy in harvest, and as men rejoice when they divide the spoil.
4 For you have broken the yoke of his burden, and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Midian [God people called against these men in seats of power, who have no idea their destruction and misleading is meant to break their hold on God’s people and rally them, fire them up, against their oppressors].
5 For every battle of the warrior is with confused noise, and garments rolled in blood; but this shall be with burning and fuel of fire.
6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.
8 The LORD sent a word into Jacob, and it has lighted upon Israel.
9 And all the people shall know, even Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria [God’s people at large who are ignorantly misled into worshipping idols put in God’s place and called God], that say in the pride and stoutness of heart,
10 The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones: the sycamores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars.
11 Therefore the LORD shall set up the adversaries of Rezin against him [a firm enemy who will join against the misleader of God’s people], and join his enemies together;
12 The Syrians [those who exalt themselves above God] before, and the Philistines [the unassimilated immigrants among us as enemies] behind; and they shall devour Israel with open mouth [with their words]. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.
13 For the people turn not unto him [their misleaders] that smite them, neither do they seek the LORD of hosts [because they remain in the ignorance taught by their false prophets and false teachers].
14 Therefore the LORD will cut off from Israel head and tail [these misleaders], branch and rush, in one day.
15 The ancient and honorable, he is the head; and the prophet that teaches lies, he is the tail.
16 For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed.

Isaiah 62
1 For Zion’s sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burns.
2 And the Gentiles shall see your righteousness, and all kings your glory: and you shall be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.
3 You shall also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God.
4 You shall no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall your land any more be termed Desolate: but you shall be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah: for the LORD delights in you, and your land shall be married.
5 For as a young man marries a virgin, so shall your sons marry you: and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so shall your God rejoice over you.
6 I have set watchmen upon your walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: you that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence,
7 And give him no rest, until he establishes, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.
8 The LORD has sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give your corn to be meat for your enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink your wine, for the which you have labored:
9 But they that have gathered it shall eat it, and praise the LORD; and they that have brought it together shall drink it in the courts of my holiness.
10 Go through, go through the gates; prepare you the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.
11 Behold, the LORD has proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say you to the daughter of Zion, Behold, your salvation comes; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
12 And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and you shall be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.

Isaiah 63
1 Who is this that comes from Edom [away from the enemies mixed among us], with dyed garments from Bozrah [from the sheepfold]? this that is glorious in his apparel, traveling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save.
2 Wherefore are you red in your apparel, and your garments like him that treads in the wine-fat?
3 I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with me: for I will tread them in mine anger, and trample them in my fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon my garments, and I will stain all my raiment [the garments spoken of in Isaiah 9:5 above].
4 For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the year of my redeemed is come.
5 And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me.
6 And I will tread down the people in mine anger, and make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth.
7 I will mention the lovingkindness of the LORD, and the praises of the LORD, according to all that the LORD has bestowed on us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which he has bestowed on them according to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his lovingkindness.
8 For he said, Surely they are my people, children that will not lie: so he was their Savior.
9 In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old.
10 But they rebelled, and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and he fought against them.
11 Then he remembered the days of old, Moses, and his people, saying, Where is he that brought them up out of the sea with the shepherd of his flock? where is he that put his holy Spirit within him?
12 That led them by the right hand of Moses with his glorious arm, dividing the water before them, to make himself an everlasting name?
13 That led them through the deep, as a horse in the wilderness, that they should not stumble?
14 As a beast goes down into the valley, the Spirit of the LORD caused him to rest: so did you lead your people, to make yourself a glorious name.
15 Look down from heaven, and behold from the habitation of your holiness and of your glory: where is your zeal and your strength, the sounding of your bowels and of your mercies toward me? are they restrained?
16 Doubtless you are our father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel acknowledge us not: you, O LORD, are our father, our redeemer; your name is from everlasting.
17 O LORD, why have you made us to err from your ways, and hardened our heart from your fear? Return for your servants’ sake, the tribes of your inheritance.
18 The people of your holiness have possessed it but a little while: our adversaries have trodden down your sanctuary.
19 We are yours: you never barest rule over them; they were not called by your name.

The name Hephzibah in Isaiah 62:4 above is from the same Hebrew word, chaphets, rendered “delights” in the same verse. The deep meaning is seen when the word is used in Hosea 6:6 when telling what the LORD “desired” from us.

Hosea 6
1 Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he has torn, and he will heal us; he has smitten, and he will bind us up.
2 After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.
4 O Ephraim, what shall I do unto you? O Judah, what shall I do unto you? for your goodness is as a morning cloud, and as the early dew it goes away.
5 Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth: and your judgments are as the light [understanding] that goes forth.
6 For I desired [chaphets – I delight in] mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.
7 But they like men have transgressed the covenant: there have they dealt treacherously against me.
8 Gilead [the mountain of {corrupt} testimony – My pure word the wicked have defiled] is a city of them that work iniquity, and is polluted with blood.
9 And as troops of robbers wait for a man, so the company of priests murder in the way by consent: for they commit lewdness.
10 I have seen a horrible thing in the house of Israel: there is the whoredom of Ephraim [unfaithfulness in the generation of God people, who have left Me to follow men into apostasy], Israel is defiled.
11 Also, O Judah [my elect remnant], he has set a harvest for you, when I returned the captivity of my people.

The word chaphets appears four times in Ezekiel, all in the LORD telling us He doesn’t delight in the death of the wicked, but rather desires us to warn them away from their evil and to life. This is the mercy the LORD delights in, it and His presence are manifested through the son in whom he delight, the son of man who does His will on earth as it is in heaven.

Ezekiel 33
1 Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2 Son of man, speak to the children of your people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman:
3 If when he sees the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people;
4 Then whosoever hears the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head.
5 He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul.
6 But if the watchman sees the sword come, and blows not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword comes, and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.
7 So you, O son of man, I have set you a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore you shall hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.
8 When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, you shall surely die; if you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at your hand.
9 Nevertheless, if you warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.
10 Therefore, O you son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus you speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live?
11 Say unto them, As I live, says the LORD God, I have no pleasure [chaphets – no delight] in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn you, turn you from your evil ways; for why will you die, O house of Israel?
12 Therefore, you son of man, say unto the children of your people, The righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression: as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall thereby in the day that he turns from his wickedness; neither shall the righteous be able to live for his righteousness in the day that he sins.
13 When I shall say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his own righteousness, and commit iniquity, all his righteousness shall not be remembered; but for his iniquity that he has committed, he shall die for it.
14 Again, when I say unto the wicked, You shall surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right;
15 If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die.
16 None of his sins that he has committed shall be mentioned unto him: he has done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live.
17 Yet the children of your people say, The way of the LORD is not equal: but as for them, their way is not equal.
18 When the righteous turns from his righteousness, and commits iniquity, he shall even die thereby.
19 But if the wicked turn from his wickedness, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall live thereby.
20 Yet you say, The way of the LORD is not equal. O you house of Israel, I will judge you every one after his ways.
21 And it came to pass in the twelfth year of our captivity, in the tenth month, in the fifth day of the month, that one that had escaped out of Jerusalem came unto me, saying, The city is smitten.
22 Now the hand of the LORD was upon me in the evening, afore he that was escaped came; and had opened my mouth, until he came to me in the morning; and my mouth was opened, and I was no more dumb.
23 Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
24 Son of man, they that inhabit those wastes of the land of Israel speak, saying, Abraham was one, and he inherited the land: but we are many; the land is given us for inheritance.
25 Wherefore say unto them, Thus says the LORD God; You eat with the blood, and lift up your eyes toward your idols, and shed blood: and shall you possess the land?
26 You stand upon your sword, you work abomination, and you defile every one his neighbor’s wife: and shall you possess the land?
27 Say you thus unto them, Thus says the LORD God; As I live, surely they that are in the wastes shall fall by the sword, and him that is in the open field will I give to the beasts to be devoured, and they that be in the forts and in the caves shall die of the pestilence.
28 For I will lay the land most desolate, and the pomp of her strength shall cease; and the mountains of Israel shall be desolate, that none shall pass through.
29 Then shall they know that I am the LORD, when I have laid the land most desolate because of all their abominations which they have committed.
30 Also, you son of man, the children of your people still are talking against you by the walls and in the doors of the houses, and speak one to another, every one to his brother, saying, Come, I pray you, and hear what is the word that comes forth from the LORD.
31 And they come unto you as the people comes, and they sit before you as my people, and they hear your words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they show much love, but their heart goes after their covetousness.
32 And, lo, you are unto them as a very lovely song of one that has a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument: for they hear your words, but they do them not.
33 And when this comes to pass, (lo, it will come,) then shall they know that a prophet has been among them.

Friends, warn them: the self-righteous and the wicked. “The sword is drawn.” (They aren’t going to listen, but warn them anyway.)

Ezekiel 21
26 Thus says the LORD God; Remove the diadem, and take off the crown: this shall not be the same: exalt him that is low, and abase him that is high.
27 I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him.
28 And you, son of man, prophesy and say, Thus says the LORD God concerning the Ammonites [those who mislead to divide], and concerning their reproach; even say you, The sword, the sword is drawn: for the slaughter it is furbished, to consume because of the glittering:
29 Whiles they see vanity unto you, whiles they divine a lie unto you, to bring you upon the necks of them that are slain, of the wicked, whose day is come, when their iniquity shall have an end.
30 Shall I cause it to return into his sheath? I will judge you in the place where you were created, in the land of your nativity.
31 And I will pour out mine indignation upon you, I will blow against you in the fire of my wrath, and deliver you into the hand of brutish men, and skillful to destroy.
32 You shall be for fuel to the fire; your blood shall be in the midst of the land; you shall be no more remembered: for I the LORD have spoken it.

Isaiah 1
9 Except the LORD of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah.
10 Hear the word of the LORD, you rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, you people of Gomorrah.
11 To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight [chaphets] not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.
12 When you come to appear before me, who has required this at your hand, to tread my courts?

Hebrews 10
4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.
5 Wherefore when he comes into the world, he says, Sacrifice and offering you would not, but a body have you prepared me:
6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin you have had no pleasure.
7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do your will, O God.
8 Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin you would not, neither had pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do your will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11 And every priest stands daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God;
13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.
14 For by one offering he has perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,
16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the LORD, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
20 By a new and living way, which he has consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
21 And having a high priest over the house of God;
22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as you see the day approaching.
26 For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifice for sins,
27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
28 He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose you, shall he be thought worthy, who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and has counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and has done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
30 For we know him that has said, Vengeance belongs unto me, I will recompense, says the LORD. And again, The LORD shall judge his people.
31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
32 But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after you were illuminated, you endured a great fight of afflictions;
33 Partly, whilst you were made a gazing-stock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst you became companions of them that were so used.
34 For you had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that you have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.
35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which has great recompense of reward.
36 For you have need of patience, that, after you have done the will of God, you might receive the promise.
37 For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.
38 Now the just shall live by [his own] faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition [apoleia]; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

Psalms 40
1 I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.
2 He brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.
3 And he has put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.
4 Blessed is that man that makes the LORD his trust, and respects not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
5 Many, O LORD my God, are your wonderful works which you have done, and your thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto you: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.
6 Sacrifice and offering you did not desire [chaphets – did not delight in]; mine ears have you opened: burnt offering and sin offering have you not required.
7 Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,
8 I delight [chaphets] to do your will, O my God: yea, your law is within my heart.
9 I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, you know.
10 I have not hid your righteousness within my heart; I have declared your faithfulness and your salvation: I have not concealed your lovingkindness and your truth from the great congregation.
11 Withhold not you your tender mercies from me, O LORD: let your lovingkindness and your truth continually preserve me.
12 For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart fails me.
13 Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: O LORD, make haste to help me.
14 Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil.
15 Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha.
16 Let all those that seek you rejoice and be glad in you: let such as love your salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified.
17 But I am poor and needy; yet the LORD thinks upon me: you are my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my God.

Can Christianity and our Constitutional Republic endure?

With nearly all their original intent, traditional institution, and their modern offshoots, now thoroughly corrupted by the falsely so-called “better ideas” of men: confused foundations on which they lay, can and will these pillars stand?

Psalms 11:3 asks the question, “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?”

As the Psalm begins, David asks why, in this time of trouble, is the counsel of men to look to these corrupt houses, as a bird flees to a mountain. He says people don’t know it is in these places the wicked wait, “that they may secretly shoot at the upright in heart.” Verse 3 speaks of these places, church and state, as where the foundations have been destroyed.

What follows is the LORD God Almighty (literally) speaking at the moment to those who understand the above-described darkness, and know the only solution is His light now in the world, manifested through His word, His guiding us forward from His throne. Amen! I Am sold out and all in!

Psalms 11
1 In the LORD put I my trust: how say you to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?
2 For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily [secretly] shoot at the upright in heart.
3 If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?
4 The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD’s throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.
5 The LORD tries the righteous: but the wicked and him that loves violence his soul hates.
6 Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and a horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.
7 For the righteous LORD loves righteousness; his countenance does behold the upright.

The term above, “sold out,” refers to the LORD saying to sell all we have and follow Him, meaning leaving behind all the ideas and ways we think are valuable, which keeps us from His leading. By taking nothing from these corrupt houses, we become as little children fleeing to the LORD, and as a swept house, we can again learn the foundations.

The first of these foundations appear in Deuteronomy 8, where the LORD, in verse 3, tells us man doesn’t live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. He tells us this word, His authoritative word, is the manna, the name meaning those receiving it didn’t know what it is. Their ignorance is what John describes and John 1 when He says the word was made flesh, the same flesh the LORD tells us we must eat to remember Him, which John says was sent to God’s people in the darkness (in their ignorance) and they comprehended it not – because it can only be fully understood when it is realized as the actual word from God’s mouth.

Later, in ending Deuteronomy 8, the LORD cautions His people against forgetting Him, when we’ve prospered because we have followed and obeyed His leading, as we have. He says what we tend to forget is how He led us out of bondage and from the hand of the oppressors who’ve also forgotten, which we again need. We forget He made water flow from the Rock, which we know is His word coming from Moses’, which is Christ in Him speaking. He speaks of this as manna, again telling of our forgetting resulting in ignorance, and not knowing it’s God’s word, lacking the ability to comprehend.

1 Corinthians 3
11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ [the LORD’s presence manifested, personified, in us as we preach and teach the good news of Jehovah’s Salvation].
12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;
13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire [that now burns] shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.
14 If any man’s work abide which he has built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
15 If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
16 Know you not that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God [truly] dwells in you [if His word dwells in you]?
17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.
18 Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seems to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
20 And again, The LORD knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.
21 Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;
22 Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours;
23 And you are Christ’s [if this word of Jehovah’s Salvation is personified in you]; and Christ is God’s.

1 Corinthians 10
1 Moreover, brethren, I would not that you should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
2 And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea [baptized as the waters, the word of God, flowed understand from heaven, as rain from the cloud where understand is held as a vapor, and pass through the masses as understanding rightly diving those speaking the word of God from those speaking the words of corrupted men];
3 And did all eat the same spiritual meat [this authentic word of God];
4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.
5 But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.
6 Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.
7 Neither be you idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.
8 Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.
9 Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted [questioning if the LORD was truly among them speaking through Moses], and were destroyed of serpents [whose poison is in their mouth, in their misleading advice].
10 Neither murmur you, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.
11 Now all these things happened unto them for examples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.
12 Wherefore let him that thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.
13 There has no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that you are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it.
14 Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.
15 I speak as to wise men; judge you what I say.
16 The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?
17 For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread [this is the LORD, now, speaking of one voice, heard here].
18 Behold Israel after the flesh: are not they which eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar [as you are partakers of those you are listening to and are misled by]?
19 What say I then? that the idol is anything, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is anything?
20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles [those who don’t really know God] sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils [sa’iyr – misleading he-goats], and not to God: and I would not that you should have fellowship with devils.
21 You cannot drink the cup of the LORD, and the cup of devils [the cup of all others, misleading]: you cannot be partakers of the LORD’s table, and of the table of devils.
22 Do we provoke the LORD to jealousy? are we stronger than he?
23 All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not [all others do not teach the LORD’s teaching].
24 Let no man seek his own, but every man another’s wealth [seek other’s profiting by this preaching, the only true valuables].
25 Whatsoever is sold in the shambles [these corrupt houses filled with dead flesh], that eat, asking no question for conscience sake:
26 For the earth is the LORD’s, and the fullness thereof.
27 If any of them that believe not bid you to a feast, and you be disposed to go; whatsoever is set before you, eat, asking no question for conscience sake [because in your mind you know it’s nothing, and it therefore can’t do you any harm].
28 But if any man says unto you, this is offered in sacrifice unto idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake: for the earth is the LORD’s, and the fullness thereof:
29 Conscience, I say, not your own, but of the other: for why is my liberty judged of another man’s conscience?
30 For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks?
31 Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatsoever you do, do all to the glory of God.
32 Give none offense, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God:
33 Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.

In 1 Corinthians 3:19 above is the one-time Job (from Job 5:13) is quoted in the New Testament. It comes as Eliphaz, meaning his god (idol) is gold, one of Job’s accusers, representing a believer who has partial understanding, which he says in Job 4:12. We begin below, after Eliphaz speaks of the young lions scattered, a result of lacking the meat (prey) referred to in 1 Corinthians 10:3 above, and also spoken of by the LORD in ending Job 38.

Job 38
1 Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind [ca’ar – the tempest in Jonah 1:11 & 13], and said,
2 Who is this that darkens counsel by words without knowledge [who are these known liars who continue to tell known lies and have led the world into ignorance]?
3 Gird up now your loins like a man; for I will demand of you, and answer you me.
4 Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if you have understanding.
5 Who has laid the measures thereof, if you know? or who has stretched the line upon it?
6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof [who is Christ, the LORD Himself speaking through man – which only those who listen, go into the depths, will understand – this is the daily sacrifice men took away];
7 When the morning stars [all God’s people] sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy [when there was meat for all daily]?
8 Or who shut up the sea with doors [shut the kingdom to man, when they abandoned His wisdom and were born into a corrupt existence], when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb?
9 When I made the cloud [understanding held in heaven, as a vapor, waiting to be sent at this appointed time] the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddling band for it [the LORD made the darkness a protective wrapping, until we were, are now, ready TO RECEIVE FULL UNDERSTANDING],
10 And brake up for it my decreed place, and set bars and doors,
11 And said, Hitherto shall you come, but no further: and here shall your proud waves be stayed [here is the place where the pride of man ends, and only those who humble themselves and become as little children, ready and willing to learn the foundations, will enter His kingdom]?
12 Have you commanded the morning since your days; and caused the day-spring [the understanding of this new day] to know his place;
13 That it might take hold of the ends [the end and this new beginning] of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?
14 It is turned as clay to the seal [it is the signature of God]; and they stand as a garment [light, understanding as His known clothing].
15 And from the wicked their light is withheld, and the high arm [of the proud] shall be broken.
16 Have you entered into the springs of the sea? or have you walked in the search of the depth?
17 Have the gates of death been opened unto you? or have you seen the doors of the shadow of death?
18 Have you perceived the breadth of the earth? declare if you know it all.
19 Where is the way where light [God’s understanding] dwells? and as for darkness [man’s ignorance], where is the place thereof,
20 That you should take it to the bound thereof, and that you should know the paths to the house thereof?
21 Know you it, because you were then born? or because the number of your days is great?
22 Have you entered into the treasures of the snow [God’s word frozen in heaven, in pure white form, held there until now when it is sent in small soft flakes, as His still small voice]? or have you seen the treasures of the hail [the same frozen word sent to destroy the works of men who “refuse the waters of Shiloah that go softly”],
23 Which I have reserved against the time [this time] of trouble, against the day of battle and war [“Blessed be the LORD my strength which teaches my hands to war”]?
24 By what way is the light parted [into the rainbow, which by understanding men see He has come for the salvation of His people], which scatters the east wind upon the earth?
25 Who has divided a watercourse for the overflowing of waters [this word of God], or a way for the lightning of thunder [His understanding and the voice thereof];
26 To cause it to rain on the earth, where no man is; on the wilderness, wherein there is no man;
27 To satisfy the desolate and waste ground [the earth that has become without form and void, by its own confusion and emptiness]; and to cause the bud of the tender herb to spring forth [new life on the new earth]?
28 Has the rain a father? or who has begotten the drops of dew?
29 Out of whose womb came the ice? and the hoary frost of heaven, who has gendered it?
30 The waters are hid as with a stone [as in Horeb, in Christ, the man of God’s choosing], and the face of the deep is frozen.
31 Can you bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion [the sons of God, morning stars waiting to sing and shout for joy]?
32 Can you bring forth Mazzaroth in his season? or can you guide Arcturus with his sons?
33 Know you the ordinances of heaven [do you understand the set order of heaven]? can you set the dominion thereof in the earth [can you cause heaven to rule over the earth]?
34 Can you lift up your voice to the clouds [where understanding is held], that abundance of waters may cover you [that they send their understanding to you]?
35 Can you send lightning [understanding], that they may go and say unto you, Here we are [as God does to Himself – manifesting Himself at His will in this way]?
36 Who has put wisdom in the inward parts? or who has given understanding to the heart?
37 Who can number the clouds in wisdom? or who can stay the bottles of heaven [who can shut up His word until the end, until now when He opens it],
38 When the dust grow into hardness, and the clods cleave fast together?
39 Will you hunt the prey for the lion [speaking of the LORD providing His word in due season, at this time to the body of Judah, His elect remnant]? or fill the appetite of the young lions,
40 When they couch in their dens, and abide in the covert to lie in wait [this lying wait is the elect remnant, once fed and filled, now, to give this same word of God to those still covered in darkness]?
41 Who [but the elect remnant] provides for the raven [those covered in darkness – ignorance] his food? when his young ones cry unto God, they wander [in darkness] for lack of meat [this authentic word of God, now opened as He said].

Job 4
11 The old lion perishes for lack of prey, and the stout lion’s whelps are scattered abroad.
12 Now a thing was secretly brought to me, and mine ear received a little thereof.
13 In thoughts from the visions of the night, when deep sleep falls on men [this is speaking Abram’s deep sleep, Genesis 15:12, from which Daniel 12 describes the awakening, now when the book is again opened and we shine as the stars of heaven, giving the LORD’s understanding to the world],
14 Fear came upon me, and trembling, which made all my bones to shake.
15 Then a spirit passed before my face; the hair of my flesh stood up:
16 It stood still, but I could not discern the form thereof: an image was before mine eyes, there was silence, and I heard a voice, saying,
17 Shall mortal man be more just than God? shall a man be more pure than his maker?
18 Behold, he put no trust in his servants; and his angels he charged with folly:
19 How much less in them that dwell in houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust, which are crushed before the moth?
20 They are destroyed from morning to evening: they perish forever without any regarding it.
21 Does not their excellency which is in them go away? they die, even without wisdom.

Job 5
1 Call now, if there be any that will answer you; and to which of the saints will you turn?
2 For wrath kills the foolish man, and envy slays the silly one.
3 I have seen the foolish taking root: but suddenly I cursed his habitation.
4 His children are far from safety, and they are crushed in the gate, neither is there any to deliver them.
5 Whose harvest the hungry eat up, and taketh it even out of the thorns, and the robber swallows up their substance.
6 Although affliction comes not forth of the dust, neither does trouble spring out of the ground;
7 Yet man is born unto trouble, as the sparks fly upward.
8 I would seek unto God, and unto God would I commit my cause:
9 Which does great things and unsearchable; marvelous things without number:
10 Who gives rain upon the earth, and sends waters upon the fields:
11 To set up on high those that be low; that those which mourn may be exalted to safety.
12 He disappoints the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise.
13 He taketh the wise in their own craftiness: and the counsel of the froward is carried headlong [the advice of those who twist and pervert truth carries them headlong into self-destruction].
14 They meet with darkness in the day time [their ignorance remain even when understanding is present], and grope in the noonday as in the night [and understanding to them is ignorance].
15 But he saves the poor from the sword, from their mouth, and from the hand of the mighty.
16 So the poor has hope, and iniquity stops her mouth.
17 Behold, happy is the man whom God corrects: therefore despise not you the chastening of the Almighty:
18 For he makes sore, and binds up: he wounds, and his hands make whole.
19 He shall deliver you in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch you.
20 In famine he shall redeem you from death: and in war from the power of the sword.
21 You shall be hid from the scourge of the tongue: neither shall you be afraid of destruction when it comes.
22 At destruction and famine you shall laugh: neither shall you be afraid of the beasts of the earth.
23 For you shall be in league with the stones of the field: and the beasts of the field shall be at peace with you.
24 And you shall know that your tabernacle shall be in peace; and you shall visit your habitation, and shall not sin.
25 You shall know also that your seed shall be great, and your offspring as the grass of the earth.
26 You shall come to your grave in a full age, like as a shock of corn comes in in his season.
27 Lo this, we have searched it, so it is; hear it, and know you it for your good.

The above speaks of when the LORD’s voice, His correction produces our good, our profiting, when there is no famine for His word, His bread, and when the stones of our fields are as iron. These descriptions are alluding to Deuteronomy 8:9, one of only two verses in the KJV Bible where stones and bread are mentioned together. The other is Matthew 4:3 where the devil tries to mislead (tempt) the LORD by saying “If you be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.” As we know, the LORD answers by quoting Deuteronomy 8:3, saying, “It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.” This is the first temptation to deny God in Him, which He answers with the first foundation, God’s word from His mouth, manifesting His presence.

Deuteronomy 8
1 All the commandments which I command you this day shall you observe to do, that you may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the LORD swore unto your fathers.
2 And you shall remember all the way which the LORD your God led you these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you, and to prove you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep his commandments, or no.
3 And he humbled you, and suffered you to hunger, and fed you with manna, which you knew not, neither did your fathers know; that he might make you know that man does not live by bread only, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the LORD does man live.
4 Your raiment waxed not old upon you, neither did your foot swell, these forty years.
5 You shall also consider in your heart, that, as a man chastens his son, so the LORD your God chastens you.
6 Therefore you shall keep the commandments of the LORD your God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
7 For the LORD your God brings you into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills;
8 A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey;
9 A land wherein you shall eat bread without scarceness, you shall not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills you may dig brass.
10 When you have eaten and are full, then you shall bless the LORD your God for the good land which he has given you.
11 Beware that you forget not the LORD your God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command you this day:
12 Lest when you have eaten and are full, and have built goodly houses, and dwelt therein;
13 And when your herds and your flocks multiply, and your silver and your gold is multiplied, and all that you have is multiplied;
14 Then your heart be lifted up, and you forget the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage;
15 Who led you through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought you forth water out of the rock of flint;
16 Who fed you in the wilderness with manna, which your fathers knew not, that he might humble you, and that he might prove you, to do you good at your latter end;
17 And you say in your heart, My power and the might of mine hand has gotten me this wealth.
18 But you shall remember the LORD your God: for it is he that gives you power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swore unto your fathers, as it is this day.
19 And it shall be, if you do at all forget the LORD your God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you this day that you shall surely perish.
20 As the nations which the LORD destroyed before your face, so shall you perish; because you would not be obedient unto the voice of the LORD your God.

In Luke 19:40, as the LORD descended the Mount of Olives, we are told of the people who saw His mighty works, saying, “Blessed be the King that comes in the name of the LORD: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.” The enemies mixed among the people, the Pharisees, told Him to tell them to stop saying it, to which He responded by saying, “I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.”

The people are quoting Psalms 118:26, word by which they bind themselves to the sacrifice, the power (horn) of the altar, which is referred to above in 1 Corinthians 10:15 thru 18. Those who cry out are stones in the temple of God, built together with the LORD, who is the stone the builder of the corrupt houses rejected, who became the headstone of the corner (the turn in direction). In the eye of those who see it, stones from where flow this word of God, it’s known to be the LORD’s work and marvelous in our eyes?

Luke 19
37 And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen;
38 Saying, Blessed be the King that comes in the name of the LORD: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.
39 And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke your disciples.
40 And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.
41 And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,
42 Saying, If you hadst known, even you, at least in this your day, the things which belong unto your peace! but now they are hid from your eyes.
43 For the days shall come upon you, that your enemies shall cast a trench about you, and compass you round, and keep you in on every side,
44 And shall lay you even with the ground, and your children within you; and they shall not leave in you one stone upon another; because you knew not the time of your visitation.
45 And he went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold therein, and them that bought;
46 Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but you have made it a den of thieves.
47 And he taught daily in the temple. But the chief priests and the scribes and the chief of the people sought to destroy him,
48 And could not find what they might do: for all the people were very attentive to hear him.

Psalms 118
1 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: because his mercy endures forever.
2 Let Israel now say, that his mercy endures forever.
3 Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endures forever.
4 Let them now that fear the LORD say, that his mercy endures forever.
5 I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place.
6 The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?
7 The LORD taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.
8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.
9 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.
10 All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD will I destroy them.
11 They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.

26 Blessed be he that comes in the name of the LORD: we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.
27 God is the LORD, which has shewed us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.

There is another time when stones cry out, in Habakkuk 2:11, when those built by iniquity into these corrupt houses, stones and timbers who cry out, witnessing against themselves. These people are those later in verse 18 said to teach lies, and verse 19 are called to preach and give new life, which is not in them because this word of God isn’t.

Psalms 91
1 He that dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
4 He shall cover you with his feathers, and under his wings shall you trust: his truth shall be your shield and buckler.
5 You shall not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
6 Nor for the pestilence that walks in darkness; nor for the destruction that wastes at noonday.
7 A thousand shall fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come nigh you.
8 Only with your eyes shall you behold and see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because you have made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the Most High, your habitation;
10 There shall no evil befall you, neither shall any plague come nigh your dwelling.
11 For he shall give his angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.
12 They shall bear you up in their hands, lest you dash your foot against a stone.
13 You shall tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shall you trample under feet.
14 Because he has set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he has known my name.
15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honor him.

LORD, they have killed your prophets, and digged down your altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.

The title is Paul, in Romans 11:3, quoting 1 Kings 19:10, in a pattern (wheel within a wheel) telling us of the moment and giving us understanding, the strength, to overcome it and win the day.

In 1 Kings 19, in the verses that follow and come before the verse Paul next quotes in Romans 11:4, is depicted today’s world in utter ruin. In them, the LORD describes His Spirit moving as wind, by which the mountains are rent, meaning the places of power that have risen up and loom over the earth are in ruin. We know this as the condition the world (aion – the age) became before the LORD’s refreshing, creating it anew, as described in Genesis 1:2, when it “became (hayah) without form (tohuw), and void (bohuw); and darkness was upon the face of the deep (when ignorance ruled over the world).” To this description Jeremiah, using the same Hebrew words (Jeremiah 4:23), adds the further parenthetical understanding, saying it’s when mountains trembled and there was no man.

As often discussed, the words (tohuw bohuw) only appear together one other time, in Isaiah 34:11 where they are rendered “confusion” and “emptiness.” These words are telling of the world with a foundation laid out with a measuring line of confusion, and on it were stones of emptiness. The confusion is a product of corrupt foundational ideas (stoicheion – elements) and stones build on these ideas are worthless leaders, who Isaiah says in the following verses are as thorns that have come up in our palaces.

Genesis 1
2 And the earth was [hayah – became] without form [tohuw], and void [bohuw]; and darkness [ignorance] was upon the face of the deep [knowledge, uncorrupted data, suppressed way below the surface where it isn’t seen]. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters [moved upon the surface so what was held in the depths is seen].
3 And God said, Let there be light [understanding that comes into and after the darkness – into the few, the elect remnant]: and there was light [understanding].
4 And God saw the light [understanding], that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness [and God separated understanding from ignorance, His elect remnant from the ignorant – and a new heaven and earth age is created, wherein dwells righteousness].
5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

John 1
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4 In him was life; and the life was the light [understanding] of men.
5 And the light shines in darkness; and the darkness [the ignorant] comprehended it not.
6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.

2 Peter 3
10 But the day of the LORD will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements [stoicheion – the foundational ideas of these false prophets and false teachers] shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements [stoicheion – the foundational ideas of these false prophets and false teachers] shall melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwells righteousness [truth and justice].
14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that you look for such things, be diligent that you may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
15 And account that the longsuffering of our LORD is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him has written unto you;
16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrestle, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction [apoleia – perdition that comes as the lies are exposed as what caused the destruction of the old world].

1 Thessalonians 5
1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I write unto you.
2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the LORD so comes as a thief in the night.
3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction comes upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
5 You are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
9 For God has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our LORD Jesus Christ,

1 Kings 19
7 And the angel of the LORD came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for you.
8 And he arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength [understanding] of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of God [where the waters flowed from the Rock, who is Christ in us speaking God’s word and manifesting His presence – that we would know, understand, that man does not live by bread alone, but by every word the proceeds from the mouth of God].
9 And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the LORD came to him, and he said unto him, What do you here, Elijah [God is Jehovah]?
10 And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken your covenant, thrown down your altars, and slain your prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.
11 And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; but the LORD was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the LORD was not in the earthquake:
12 And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice.
13 And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What do you here, Elijah?
14 And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken your covenant, thrown down your altars, and slain your prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.
15 And the LORD said unto him, Go, return on your way to the wilderness of Damascus [where the word of the LORD has been silenced, resulting in His people drunken and in tears]: and when you come, anoint Hazael [who see God’s presence manifested in His word] to be king over Syria [over those who’ve exalted their words over God’s]:
16 And Jehu [He is Jehovah] the son of Nimshi [extricated] shall you anoint to be king over Israel [God’s people at large]: and Elisha [God’s salvation] the son of Shaphat [by judgment] of Abelmeholah [through His plan made plain] you anoint to be prophet in your room [to speak this word of God in His stead].
17 And it shall come to pass, that him that escaped the sword of Hazael shall Jehu slay: and him that escapes from the sword of Jehu shall Elisha slay.
18 Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal [have not bowed to the worthless gods of this corrupt world who’ve through their deceptions and lies led it into darkness and mass delusion], and every mouth which has not kissed him.

In Job 38, the LORD speaks to Job from the whirlwind about the foundation of the earth He lays and of His shaking from it the wicked, from who He withholds understanding. These are the wind and the earthquake we see in 1 Kings 19:11, which are followed by the fires Peter speaks of, in 2 Peter 3, as what ends the old heaven and earth. The corrupt ideas (stoicheion – elements) of those who’ve led the world into darkness, melt away in them, as the works thereof are by the same fires destroyed.

The old world: heaven and earth that men corrupted, ended in the hands, the control, of those who made themselves gods and put themselves in God’s place. The LORD has come to remake what man has destroyed, to lay again the firm foundation of understanding and wisdom that man abandoned and forgot. These corrupt men hold all humanity down in ignorance born of mass deception and the perversion of truth, and they (all those leading and teaching anything other than this word of God) will hold it down until they are taken out of the way. Stop listening to known liars telling known lies!

Job 38
1 Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind [ca’ar – the tempest in Jonah 1:11 & 13], and said,
2 Who is this that darkens counsel by words without knowledge [who are these known liars who continue to tell known lies and have led the world into ignorance]?
3 Gird up now your loins like a man; for I will demand of you, and answer you me.
4 Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if you have understanding.
5 Who has laid the measures thereof, if you know? or who has stretched the line upon it?
6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof [who is Christ, the LORD Himself speaking through man – which only those who listen, go into the depths, will understand – this is the daily sacrifice men took away];
7 When the morning stars [all God’s people] sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy [when there was meat for all daily]?
8 Or who shut up the sea with doors [shut the kingdom to man, when they abandoned His wisdom and were born into a corrupt existence], when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb?
9 When I made the cloud [understanding held in heaven, as a vapor, waiting to be sent at this appointed time] the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddling band for it [the LORD made the darkness a protective wrapping, until we were, are now, ready TO RECEIVE FULL UNDERSTANDING],
10 And brake up for it my decreed place, and set bars and doors,
11 And said, Hitherto shall you come, but no further: and here shall your proud waves be stayed [here is the place where the pride of man ends, and only those who humble themselves and become as little children, ready and willing to learn the foundations, will enter His kingdom]?
12 Have you commanded the morning since your days; and caused the day-spring [the understanding of this new day] to know his place;
13 That it might take hold of the ends [the end and this new beginning] of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?
14 It is turned as clay to the seal [it is the signature of God]; and they stand as a garment [light, understanding as His known clothing].
15 And from the wicked their light is withheld, and the high arm [of the proud] shall be broken.
16 Have you entered into the springs of the sea? or have you walked in the search of the depth?
17 Have the gates of death been opened unto you? or have you seen the doors of the shadow of death?
18 Have you perceived the breadth of the earth? declare if you know it all.
19 Where is the way where light [God’s understanding] dwells? and as for darkness [man’s ignorance], where is the place thereof,
20 That you should take it to the bound thereof, and that you should know the paths to the house thereof?
21 Know you it, because you were then born? or because the number of your days is great?
22 Have you entered into the treasures of the snow [God’s world frozen in heaven, in pure white form, held their until now when it is sent in small soft flakes, as His still small voice]? or have you seen the treasures of the hail [the same frozen word sent to destroy the works of men who “refuse the waters of Shiloah that go softly”],
23 Which I have reserved against the time [this time] of trouble, against the day of battle and war [“Blessed be the LORD my strength which teaches my hands to war”]?
24 By what way is the light parted [into the rainbow, which by understanding men see He has come for the salvation of His people], which scatters the east wind upon the earth?
25 Who has divided a watercourse for the overflowing of waters [this word of God], or a way for the lightning of thunder [His understanding and the voice thereof];
26 To cause it to rain on the earth, where no man is; on the wilderness, wherein there is no man;
27 To satisfy the desolate and waste ground [the earth that has become without form and void, by its own confusion and emptiness]; and to cause the bud of the tender herb to spring forth [new life on the new earth]?
28 Has the rain a father? or who has begotten the drops of dew?
29 Out of whose womb came the ice? and the hoary frost of heaven, who has gendered it?
30 The waters are hid as with a stone [as in Horeb, in Christ, the man of God’s choosing], and the face of the deep is frozen.
31 Can you bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion [the sons of God, morning stars waiting to sing and shout for joy]?
32 Can you bring forth Mazzaroth in his season? or can you guide Arcturus with his sons?
33 Know you the ordinances of heaven [do you understand the set order of heaven]? can you set the dominion thereof in the earth [can you cause heaven to rule over the earth]?
34 Can you lift up your voice to the clouds [where understanding is held], that abundance of waters may cover you [that they send their understanding to you]?
35 Can you send lightning [understanding], that they may go and say unto you, Here we are [as God does to Himself – manifesting Himself at His will in this way]?
36 Who has put wisdom in the inward parts? or who has given understanding to the heart?
37 Who can number the clouds in wisdom? or who can stay the bottles of heaven [who can shut up His word until the end, until now when He opens it],
38 When the dust grow into hardness, and the clods cleave fast together?
39 Will you hunt the prey for the lion [speaking of the LORD providing His word in due season, at this time to the body of Judah, His elect remnant]? or fill the appetite of the young lions,
40 When they couch in their dens, and abide in the covert to lie in wait [this lying wait is the elect remnant, once fed and filled, now, to give this same word of God to those still covered in darkness]?
41 Who [but the elect remnant] provides for the raven [those covered in darkness – ignorance] his food? when his young ones cry unto God, they wander [in darkness] for lack of meat [this authentic word of God, now opened as He said].

Daniel 12
1 And at that time shall Michael [who is created in the image and likeness of God] stand up, the great prince which stands for the children of your people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time your people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
4 But you, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
5 Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.
6 And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?
7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and swore by him that lives for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.
8 And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my LORD, what shall be the end of these things?
9 And he said, Go your way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.
11 And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that makes desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.
12 Blessed is he that waits, and comes to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days [as we know, these numbers and the above formula describe the time of Abram’s (Abraham’s) deep sleep, from which he now awakens, as many as the sands of the sea and the stars of heaven].
13 But go you your way till the end be: for you shall rest, and stand in your lot at the end of the days.

Isaiah 34
1 Come near, you nations, to hear; and hearken, you people: let the earth hear, and all that is therein; the world, and all things that come forth of it.
2 For the indignation of the LORD is upon all nations, and his fury upon all their armies: he has utterly destroyed them, he has delivered them to the slaughter.
3 Their slain also shall be cast out, and their stink shall come up out of their carcasses, and the mountains shall be melted with their blood.
4 And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falls off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree.
5 For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea [the enemies mixed among us], and upon the people of my curse, to judgment.
6 The sword of the LORD is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the LORD has a sacrifice in Bozrah [among His flock], and a great slaughter in the land of Idumea [where the enemies are mixed among God’s people].
7 And the unicorns [the single power of God, with His understanding and strength] shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.
8 For it is the day of the LORD’s vengeance, and the year of recompenses for the controversy of Zion [Oh man small, choose who will rule over you, God who is just, or man who is deceiving and destroying the world].
9 And the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch [the words of men as flowing darkness], and the dust [the ruin] thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof shall become burning pitch [burning darkness, ignorance that has set the world on fire].
10 It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up forever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it forever and ever.
11 But the cormorant and the bittern shall possess it; the owl [those who hunt souls in the darkness] also and the raven [those remaining covered in darkness] shall dwell in it: and he shall stretch out upon it the line of confusion [tohuw], and the stones of emptiness [bohuw].
12 They shall call the nobles thereof to the kingdom, but none shall be there, and all her princes shall be nothing.
13 And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in the fortresses thereof: and it shall be a habitation of dragons [those who power is in their mouth, in their words of deception], and a court for owls [who hunt souls in the darkness].
14 The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr [the devils, as misleading he-goats] shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl [those who hunt the souls of the ignorant] also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest.
15 There shall the great owl make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow: there shall the vultures also be gathered, everyone with her mate.
16 Seek you out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it has commanded, and his spirit it has gathered them.
17 And he has cast the lot for them, and his hand has divided it unto them by line: they shall possess it [the hell they choose] forever, from generation to generation shall they dwell therein.

Jeremiah 4
1 If you will return, O Israel, says the LORD, return unto me: and if you will put away your abominations out of my sight, then shall you not remove.
2 And you shall swear, The LORD lives, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness; and the nations shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory.
3 For thus says the LORD to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, Break up your fallow ground, and sow not among thorns.
4 Circumcise yourselves to the LORD, and take away the foreskins of your heart, you men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: lest my fury come forth like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.
5 Declare you in Judah, and publish in Jerusalem; and say, Blow you the trumpet in the land: cry, gather together, and say, Assemble yourselves, and let us go into the defensed cities.
6 Set up the standard toward Zion: retire, stay not: for I will bring evil from the north, and a great destruction.
7 The lion [Judah, My elect remnant] is come up from his thicket, and the destroyer of the Gentiles is on his way; he is gone forth from his place to make your land desolate; and your cities shall be laid waste, without an inhabitant.
8 For this gird you with sackcloth, lament and howl: for the fierce anger of the LORD is not turned back from us.
9 And it shall come to pass at that day, says the LORD, that the heart of the king shall perish, and the heart of the princes; and the priests shall be astonished, and the prophets shall wonder.
10 Then said I, Ah, LORD God! surely you have greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, You shall have peace; whereas the sword reaches unto the soul.
11 At that time shall it be said to this people and to Jerusalem, A dry wind of the high places in the wilderness toward the daughter of my people, not to fan, nor to cleanse,
12 Even a full wind from those places shall come unto me: now also will I give sentence against them.
13 Behold, he shall come up as clouds, and his chariots shall be as a whirlwind: his horses are swifter than eagles. Woe unto us! for we are spoiled.
14 O Jerusalem, wash your heart from wickedness, that you may be saved. How long shall your vain thoughts [of emptinss] lodge within you?
15 For a voice declares from Dan [declared the LORD’s judgment], and publishes affliction from mount Ephraim [God’s people at large, upon whom this second blessing has come].
16 Make you mention to the nations; behold, publish against Jerusalem, that watchers [the wicked among us, who watch for any opportunity to do us evil] come from a far country, and give out their voice against the cities of Judah.
17 As keepers of a field [the rulers of the earth], are they against her round about; because she has been rebellious against me, says the LORD.
18 Your way and your doings have procured these things unto you; this is your wickedness, because it is bitter, because it reaches unto your heart [the foundations of your thinking].
19 My bowels, my bowels! I am pained at my very heart; my heart makes a noise in me; I cannot hold my peace, because you have heard, O my soul, the sound of the trumpet, the alarm of war.
20 Destruction upon destruction is cried; for the whole land is spoiled [as it is]: suddenly are my tents spoiled, and my curtains in a moment.
21 How long shall I see the standard, and hear the sound of the trumpet?
22 For my people is foolish, they have not known me [or they would know Me]; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.
23 I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form [tohuw], and void [bohuw]; and the heavens, and they had no light [no understanding].
24 I beheld the mountains [the high place that have risen up and loom over the earth], and, lo, they trembled [to shake the wicked from them], and all the hills moved lightly.
25 I beheld, and, lo, there was no man [all are dead in their unbelief – except the elect remnant], and all the birds of the heavens were fled.
26 I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by his fierce anger.
27 For thus has the LORD said, The whole land shall be desolate; yet will I not make a full end.
28 For this shall the earth mourn, and the heavens above be black [covered by man’s ignorance]; because I have spoken it, I have purposed it, and will not repent, neither will I turn back from it.
29 The whole city shall flee for the noise of the horsemen and bowmen [the voice of the elect remnant when it is heard]; they shall go into thickets, and climb up upon the rocks: every city shall be forsaken, and not a man dwell therein.
30 And when you are spoiled, what will you do? Though you clothe yourself with crimson, though you deck you with ornaments of gold, though you rent [cover] your face with painting, in vain shall you make yourself fair; your lovers will despise you, they [those you have followed as they misled you into ignorance and destruction] will seek your life.
31 For I have heard a voice as of a woman in travail, and the anguish as of her that brings forth her first child [these are those waiting to bring forth the LORD, His presence manifested from within them], the voice of the daughter of Zion, that bewails herself, that spreads her hands, saying, Woe is me now! for my soul is wearied because of murderers [“and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.”]

Romans 11
1 I say then, Has God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
2 God has not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot [know] you not what the scripture says of Elijah? how he makes intercession to God against Israel saying,
3 LORD, they have killed your prophets, and digged down your altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.
4 But what says the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.
5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
7 What then? Israel has not obtained that which he seeks for; but the election has obtained it, and the rest were blinded.
8 (According as it is written, God has given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.
9 And David says, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumbling-block, and a recompense unto them:
10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back always.
11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.
12 Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fullness?
13 For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:
14 If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them.
15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?
16 For if the first-fruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.
17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them partake of the root and fatness of the olive tree;
18 Boast not against the branches. But if you boast, you bear not the root, but the root you.
19 You will say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in.
20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by faith. Be not high-minded, but fear:
21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not you.
22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in his goodness: otherwise you also shall be cut off.
23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again.
24 For if you wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?
25 For I would not, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in.
26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father’s sakes.
29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
30 For as you in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:
31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.
32 For God has concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.
33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
34 For who has known the mind of the LORD? or who has been his counselor?

Psalms 2
1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us [this is the heathen, the enemies mixed among us saying they want to remove everything about our culture they determine restricts their evil plans].
4 He that sits in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision [the delusion that is their self-destruction].
5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.
7 I will declare the decree: the LORD has said unto me, You are my Son; this day have I begotten you.
8 Ask of me, and I shall give you the heathen for your inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for your possession.
9 You shall break them with a rod of iron; you shall dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.
10 Be wise now therefore, O you kings: be instructed, you judges of the earth.
11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and you perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.

For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our LORD Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.

One of the typical backbiters (those using plausible but error-filled arguments to accuse the truth falsely), commenting on the previous post, cautioned readers to beware of my out of context use of the term “fables.” His opposition is an excellent opportunity to look again at the word (muthos) from which it’s translated, while also continuing the expansion of the ideas found in the previous post: strength and power found in understanding given by the LORD.

From the post of 12 December 2019:

“The word Paul uses in 2 Timothy 4:4, rendered “fables,” is muthos (myths), a five times used word, from mueo, meaning to initiate, and to teach. As we see, teaching sound doctrine is the subject Paul is speaking about to Timothy. He tells him of this time when men make up (initiate) what they then teach and falsely call truth. He says they have in-fact turned away from truth, as is self-evident in this world, and now having control over almost all that is taught and broadcast, they poison the next generation’s mind. This is the true existential threat: humanity will not survive their ignorance and its resulting delusion. Therefore, thus says the LORD God Almighty, that world has ended and this is a new world, wherein dwells righteousness!

“The word mueo only appears one time, in Philippians 4:12 where it is rendered “instruction.” The subject Paul is speaking on is communication, meaning when His teaching has produced fruit, which becomes evident when what is given is then received (heard).”

Philippians 4
12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed [mueo] both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.

Many will disagree that the world that existed on 12 December 2019 has ended, while all know it has. This new world (aion – age) began as the old became without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. Into this condition, the LORD’s Spirit moves upon the face of the waters, His word, and light appeared in the darkness.

Peter, in the 2 Peter 1:16, the title verse, describes the moment of light coming as an entrance preached, a strengthening (understanding) that comes, of which he says, in verse 21, is when “holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” As we know, this is followed immediately by his telling of the false prophets and false teachers who have and will bring in damnable heresies. He says these men even deny the LORD (is speaking through holy men he chooses to moves through), and because of their heresies, evil will be spoken of the way of truth.

2 Peter 1
10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if you do these things, you shall never fall:
11 For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ.
12 Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though you know them, and be established in the present truth.
13 Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance;
14 Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our LORD Jesus Christ has shewed me.
15 Moreover I will endeavor that you may be able after my decease to have these things always in remembrance.
16 For we have not followed cunningly devised fables [muthos], when we made known unto you the power and coming of our LORD Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.
17 For he received from God the Father honor and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
18 And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount.
19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto you do well that you take heed, as unto a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

Paul, in Philippians 1:28, tells us that the sign (evident token) of these men’s perdition is when we are not terrified by their lies, which is what they intend in telling them. “And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition [apoleia], but to you of salvation, and that of God.”

The word rendered “evident token” is the four times used Greek word endeixis, meaning an indication. It is, in Romans 3:25 & 26, translated “declare” in referring us back to verse 4 where what is declared, the LORD’s righteousness (His true and correct words), is phrased as “let God be true, and every man a liar,” sayings by which we are justified and overcome. When verse 4 says this, it is quoting Psalms 51:4, in which David is speaking of acknowledging his iniquity. He asks God to cleanse his inward self, wherein He desires truth and wisdom, which is what Paul speaks of in ending Romans 2. David says, then He will teach transgressors, the same teaching (lamad) he speaks of in 2 Samuel 22:35.

Romans 2
28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

Romans 3
1 What advantage then has the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?
2 Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.
3 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?
4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That you might be justified in your sayings, and might overcome when you are judged.
5 But if our unrighteousness commend the righteousness of God [if the error of man brings forth the correction of God], what shall we say? Is God unrighteous who taketh vengeance? (I speak as a man)
6 God forbid: for then how shall God judge the world?
7 For if the truth of God has more abounded through my lie [speaking as a man] unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?
8 And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just.

21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

Psalms 51
1 Have mercy upon me, O God, according to your lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of your tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
2 Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
3 For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.
4 Against you, you only, have I sinned, and done this evil in your sight: that you might be justified when you speak, and be clear when you judge.

2 Samuel 22

2 Samuel 23

2 Corinthians 4

Psalms 15
1 LORD, who shall abide in your tabernacle? who shall dwell in your holy hill?

Ah LORD God! behold, you have made the heaven and the earth by your great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for you:

The above, Jeremiah 32:17, is the verse of the day at Biblegateway.com. It’s followed by describing the “power” as “signs” the LORD uses to free us when we find ourselves hopelessly bound in captivity. The word “power” is from the Hebrew word koach, meaning “to be firm; vigor, literally (force, in a good or a bad sense) or figuratively (capacity, means, produce); also (from its hardiness) a large lizard [dragon].” The word “sign” is from ‘owth, meaning “a signal (literally or figuratively), as a flag, beacon, monument, omen, prodigy, evidence, etc.”

These words describe the seal of God and the mark of the beast, the ideas in our head, revealed in works of justice or inequity, righteousness or corruption, outward understanding or ignorance, as light or darkness.

As they have with so much of God’s word, the false prophets and false teachers have taught and preached, institutionalized, fables about the mark of the beast. These are lies that will never come to pass, and therefore God’s people will never see the signs that appear, as they do now before the eyes of all the world. In this darkness, ingrained ignorance, all walk daily wearing the mark (mask), showing their ignorance and submission to the mass deception into whose grip they’ve willingly fallen. So deep is the darkness, that when the light comes, they are unable to comprehend it and reject it, because they believe fables.

1 Timothy 4
7 But refuse profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise yourself rather unto godliness.
8 For bodily exercise profits little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
9 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
10 For therefore we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those that believe.
11 These things command and teach.
12 Let no man despise your youth; but be you an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
13 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
14 Neglect not the gift that is in you, which was given you by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.
15 Meditate upon these things; give yourself wholly to them; that your profiting may appear to all.

2 Timothy 4
1 I charge you therefore before God, and the LORD Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

Jeremiah 32
10 And I subscribed the evidence [of the right to redeem God’s people], and sealed it [with the seal of God, the mark in my head and hand, understanding His word and doing the works for which He has sent me], and took witnesses, and weighed him the money in the balances.
11 So I took the evidence of the purchase, both that which was sealed according to the law and custom, and that which was open [understood]:
12 And I gave the evidence of the purchase unto Baruch [those who receive this {second} blessing] the son of Neriah [{the blessing which is the} light of God], the son of Maaseiah [{the understanding} that is the refuge of Jehovah’s people], in the sight of Hanameel [these showing the grace of God {in His giving this free gift to those receive it}] mine uncle’s son, and in the presence of the witnesses that subscribed the book of the purchase, before all the Jews [Judah – God’s elect remnant] that sat in the court of the prison.
13 And I charged Baruch [those receiving this blessing] before them, saying,
14 Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Take these evidences, this evidence of the purchase, both which is sealed [which is yet only in our minds], and this evidence which is open [understanding as evidence given to others as received]; and put them in an earthen vessel, that they may continue many days.
15 For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Houses and fields and vineyards shall be possessed again in this land.
16 Now when I had delivered the evidence of the purchase unto Baruch the son of Neriah, I prayed unto the LORD, saying,
17 Ah LORD God! behold, you have made the heaven and the earth by your great power [koach] and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for you:
18 You show lovingkindness unto thousands, and recompense the iniquity [the errors, their staying into the fall away from the LORD God] of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them: the Great, the Mighty God, the LORD of hosts, is his name,
19 Great in counsel, and mighty in work: for your eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men: to give every one according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings:
20 Which have set signs [‘owth] and wonders in the land of Egypt [the land of captivity, where the ruling class has forgotten the LORD God], even unto this day, and in Israel, and among other men; and have made you a name, as at this day;
21 And have brought forth your people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs [‘owth – by marking out understanding and ignorance so they are plainly seen], and with wonders, and with a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with great terror;
22 And have given them this land, which you did swear to their fathers to give them, a land flowing with milk and honey;
23 And they came in, and possessed it; but they obeyed not your voice [which they have forgotten, and are unable to recognize], neither walked in your law; they have done nothing of all that you commanded them to do: therefore you have caused all this evil to come upon them:
24 Behold the mounts, they are come unto the city to take it; and the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans [those who used the words of deception to manipulate and control the movement of the masses], that fight against it, because of the sword, and of the famine, and of the pestilence: and what you have spoken is come to pass; and, behold, you see it.
25 And you have said unto me [Jeremiah – Jehovah rising, self-manifesting His presence and power, to raise us with Him], O LORD God, Buy you the field for money, and take witnesses; for the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans [known liars telling known lies].
26 Then came the word of the LORD unto Jeremiah, saying,
27 Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?

The first time the word koach appears is in Genesis 4:12 in telling of the “strength” of Cain, removed because the earth has opened its mouth and revealed the blood of Abel. The word ‘owth then appears in verse 15 as we’re told of the “mark” upon Cain.

As seen in previous posts, “strength” is God’s understanding, the “power” spoken of in Job 36:22 that comes from His unique teaching. It’s the “strength” (Isaiah 40:31) renewed in those who’ve waited for the LORD (to open what’s sealed).

Job 36
20 Desire not the night [the time of ignorance, when the elements of understanding are separated, and return to the mind of God in heaven, sealed there as in a cloud, reversed there until they are assembled and sent as the latter rain, with lightning and thunder: understanding and the voice thereof], when people are cut off in their place.
21 Take heed, regard not iniquity: for this have you chosen rather than affliction.
22 Behold, God exalts by his power [koach]: who teaches like him?
23 Who has enjoined him his way? or who can say, You have wrought iniquity?
24 Remember that you magnify his work, which men behold.
25 Every man may see it; man may behold it afar off.
26 Behold, God is great, and we know him not, neither can the number of his years be searched out.
27 For he makes small the drops of water: they pour down rain according to the vapor thereof:
28 Which the clouds do drop and distil upon man abundantly.

Isaiah 40
10 Behold, the LORD God will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
11 He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.
12 Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance?
13 Who has directed the Spirit of the LORD, or being his counsellor has taught him?

29 He gives power [koach – understanding] to the faint; and to them that have no might he increases strength.
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength [koach – shall He coach into understanding]; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Jeremiah 10
1 Hear you the word which the LORD speaks unto you, O house of Israel:
2 Thus says the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs [‘owth – this mark] of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cuts a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.
5 They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.
6 Forasmuch as there is none like unto you, O LORD; you are great, and your name is great in might.
7 Who would not fear you, O King of nations? for to you does it appertain: forasmuch as among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, there is none like unto you.
8 But they are altogether brutish and foolish: the stock is a doctrine of vanities.
9 Silver spread into plates is brought from Tarshish, and gold from Uphaz, the work of the workman, and of the hands of the founder: blue and purple is their clothing: they are all the work of cunning men.
10 But the LORD is the true God, he is the living God, and an everlasting king: at his wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide his indignation.
11 Thus shall you say unto them, The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, even they shall perish from the earth, and from under these heavens.
12 He has made the earth by his power [koach], he has established the world by his wisdom, and has stretched out the heavens by his discretion.
13 When he utters his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; he makes lightning with rain, and brings forth the wind out of his treasures.
14 Every man is brutish in his knowledge: every founder is confounded by the graven image: for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.
15 They are vanity, and the work of errors: in the time of their visitation they shall perish.
16 The portion of Jacob is not like them: for he is the former of all things; and Israel is the rod of his inheritance: The LORD of hosts is his name.
17 Gather up your wares out of the land, O inhabitant of the fortress.
18 For thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will sling out the inhabitants of the land at this once, and will distress them, that they may find it so.
19 Woe is me for my hurt! my wound is grievous; but I said, Truly this is a grief, and I must bear it.
20 My tabernacle is spoiled, and all my cords are broken: my children are gone forth of me, and they are not: there is none to stretch forth my tent any more, and to set up my curtains.
21 For the pastors are become brutish, and have not sought the LORD: therefore they shall not prosper, and all their flocks shall be scattered.
22 Behold, the noise of the bruit is come, and a great commotion out of the north country, to make the cities of Judah desolate, and a den of dragons.
23 O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walks to direct his steps.
24 O LORD, correct me, but with judgment; not in your anger, lest you bring me to nothing.
25 Pour out your fury upon the heathen that know you not, and upon the families that call not on your name: for they have eaten up Jacob, and devoured him, and consumed him, and have made his habitation desolate.

The word ‘owth is often used in stating the powers of understanding and ignorance are the marks in the head and hand, revealed in words and works showing them. It is on full display before the eye of all the world masked in ignorance produced by the lies of known liars (in church and state).

2 Thessalonians 2
5 Remember you not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
6 And now you know what withholds [katecho – hold you down] that he might be revealed in his time.
7 For the mystery of iniquity does already work: only he who now lets [katecho] will let [he who holds you down will hold you down], until he be taken out of the way.
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed [the sons of perdition, in the pattern of Cain and Reuben], whom the LORD shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
13 But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren beloved of the LORD, because God has from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our LORD Jesus Christ.
15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which you have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
16 Now our LORD Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which has loved us, and has given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
17 Comfort your hearts, and establish you in every good word and work [which seals and marks you].

The first and second times the word ‘owth appears are in Genesis 1 and 9. It is the “signs” in the “firmament,” from the Hebrew word raqiya’, meaning “an expanse, i.e. the firmament or (apparently) visible arch of the sky.” The signs are lights, understanding that comes as God’s word is thereby and therein rightly divided (expanded on). As we know, this “firmament” is spoken of earlier as where the waters below are separated from the waters above, meaning in the expansion, this rightly dividing, the word of God’s (truth)is separated from the words of men (fables).

The second appearance of ‘owth is in telling of the “token” the LORD puts in the cloud, the rainbow that is the sign He will never again destroy all flesh with this flood of His word coming against the waters covering the earth in wickedness and evil continually. The “bow” is from the word qesheth, meaning “bending: a bow, for shooting (hence, figuratively, strength) or the iris.” John adds more context, in Revelation 10:1, when he sees an angel clothed with a cloud, a rainbow upon his head, and his face was as the sun. The angel also has in his hand an opened book (bibliaridion – bible). John next hears a voice he defines as the sound of seven thunders. The rainbow is the product of sunlight bent and divided into seven colors. The seven thunders are the voice of the divided light, the rightly divided word of God.

The bow (qesheth) is used in Zachariah 9:13 to describe Judah (the elect remnant) as the bow in the LORD’s hand, with which He shoots the arrow, who is Ephraim (those who receive the second blessing). These are those through who comes understanding: shining the light of the firmament they’ve received.

Isaiah 8
18 Behold, I and the children whom the LORD has given me are for signs [‘owth] and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwells in mount Zion.
19 And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits [who are the known dead], and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter [spells, engineered words, they use to manipulate and control people into doing their evil will]: should not a people seek unto their God? [Should they be looking] for the living to the dead?
20 [Or] To the law and to the testimony[?]: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light [understanding] in them.

Daniel 12
1 And at that time shall Michael [he who is created in the image and likeness of God] stand up, the great prince which stands for the children of your people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time your people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament [raqiya’]; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever.
4 But you, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
5 Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.
6 And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?
7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and swore by him that lives for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.
8 And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my LORD, what shall be the end of these things?
9 And he said, Go your way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

Revelation 10
1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
2 And he had in his hand a little book [bibliaridion] open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,
3 And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.
4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.
5 And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,
6 And swore by him that lives forever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:

Deuteronomy 6
1 Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments, which the LORD your God commanded to teach you, that you might do them in the land whither you go to possess it:
2 That you might fear the LORD your God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command you, you, and your son, and your son’s son, all the days of your life; and that your days may be prolonged.
3 Hear therefore, O Israel, and observe to do it; that it may be well with you, and that you may increase mightily, as the LORD God of your fathers has promised you, in the land that flows with milk and honey.
4 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:

8 And you shall bind them for a sign [‘owth – the mark in your head and hand] upon your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.
9 And you shall write them upon the posts of your house, and on your gates.
10 And it shall be, when the LORD your God shall have brought you into the land which he swore unto your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give you great and goodly cities, which you built not,
11 And houses full of all good things, which you filled not, and wells digged, which you digged not, vineyards and olive trees, which you planted not; when you shall have eaten and be full;
12 Then beware lest you forget the LORD, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
13 You shall fear the LORD your God, and serve him, and shall swear by his name.

Psalms 74
1 O God, why have you cast us off forever? why does your anger smoke against the sheep of your pasture?
2 Remember your congregation, which you have purchased of old; the rod of your inheritance, which you have redeemed; this mount Zion, wherein you have dwelt.
3 Lift up your feet unto the perpetual desolations; even all that the enemy has done wickedly in the sanctuary.
4 Your enemies roar in the midst of your congregations; they set up their ensigns [‘owth] for signs [‘owth – the enemies mixed among us mark themselves with their mark of ignorance that produces ignorance].
5 A man was famous according as he had lifted up axes upon the thick trees.
6 But now they break down the carved work thereof at once with axes and hammers.
7 They have cast fire into your sanctuary, they have defiled by casting down the dwelling place of your name to the ground.
8 They said in their hearts, Let us destroy them together: they have burned up all the synagogues of God in the land.
9 We see not our signs [‘owth – the light isn’t comprehended because of the mark of ignorance taught and preached by the false prophets and false teacher among us]: there is no more any prophet: neither is there among us any that knows how long [none understand this time, masked because of the ignorance, confusion, and delusion that marks them].
10 O God, how long shall the adversary reproach? shall the enemy blaspheme your name forever?
11 Why withdraw you your hand, even your right hand? pluck it out of your bosom.
12 For God is my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth.
13 You did divide the sea by your strength: you brake the heads of the dragons in the waters.
14 You brake the heads of leviathan in pieces, and gave him to be meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness.
15 You did cleave the fountain and the flood: you dried up mighty rivers [through which ignorance, confusion, and darkness flow].
16 The day is yours, the night also is yours: you have prepared the light and the sun [understanding as the sign in the firmament].
17 You have set all the borders of the earth: you have made summer and winter.
18 Remember this, that the enemy has reproached, O LORD, and that the foolish people have blasphemed your name.
19 O deliver not the soul of your turtledove unto the multitude of the wicked: forget not the congregation of your poor forever.
20 Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty.
21 O let not the oppressed return ashamed: let the poor and needy praise your name.
22 Arise, O God, plead your own cause: remember how the foolish man reproaches you daily.
23 Forget not the voice of your enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against you increase continually.

Psalms 150
1 Praise you the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament [raqiya’] of his power.
2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.
3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.
4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.
6 Let every thing that has breath [life] praise the LORD. Praise you the LORD.

Psalms 19
1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament [raqiya’] shows his handy-work [the word and work of your mind and hand as the sign].
2 Day unto day utters speech, and night unto night shows knowledge.
3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.
4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the [this] end of the world. In them has he set a tabernacle for the sun,
5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoices as a strong man to run a race.
6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.
7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
8 The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.
9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
11 Moreover by them is your servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.
12 Who can understand his [own] errors? cleanse you me from secret faults.
13 Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.
14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in your sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
